[Resolved] Tikona — Threatening calls for money even though i cleared all due amounts | |||||
I was getting threatening calls from Tikona people impersonating to be lawyers from Tees Hajari Court delhi to pay the due amount for the service which i didn't use otherwise they will file a case against me. I paid the due amount even though i didn't use internet for that period just to avoid those disturbing calls. Then i sent many emails to J Nair the nodel officer of tikona and their customer care to disconnect the connection and not generate any further bills. I didnt get any responase from them. I again got a call yesterday from someone saying that they are calling from tees hajari court and i need to pay money to tikona. Tikona just started black mailing me to pay money otherwise they will file a case against me. I want compensation for these disturbing calls and i want my money back which i paid unnecessarily. I need this connection to be disconnected immediately from their record, because there are no valid dues on my side. Was this information helpful? | |||||
