Tikona — Tikona has worst customer serice and billing issue a lot of irritating to me | |||
Hi Team...I am using tikona network 6 months.In this not good for network and service, I was called Tikona care and inform before 3 month. I relocating home to my native place and also i am not able to pay in online. I don't have facilities i asked care can u send ur field worker.i am not using internet before 3 month till now but they will message send me to pay bill.I am paying simply Rs.750.care msg bill pay Rs 1548.47.after message receiving i was called care not responding and i am trying many times that side no response properly. it's getting lot of irritating. I don 't want continue this service.please help me sir/madam Was this information helpful? | |||
