[Resolved] Tikona — Tikona ISP fraud | |||||
Hello Sir/Madam, I purchase a new connection from Tikona digital network on 6th of October, 2015. My net was not working from the day when I purchased it. I called many times to customer support but not get any good information. I told them to refund the money which I paid but not getting any help. Please close this type of companies. I didn't get any response from you regarding refund.
Some technician guy called me to check my connection is working or not but sorry to say my connection not working from starting date when I purchase your services, I need refund. So, please resolve the issue asap.
