Tikona — Tikona Slow Net Connection

Have taken tikona net connectiona and always facing the slowness of the connection. Have taken connection for 2 mbps and most of the times the speed is very low that even google is not downloaded or else very moderate speed. I have raised several complaints with the customer care and they never provide a proper response or solution.I am paying around 1066 rupees per month and i am not getting the promised speed or service. I strongly suspect cheating and forgery either by the employees or the company. What i am demanding is the speed that is promised or else kindly take action against the company. Below are the details of the complaints(few) raised. 28/aug/2013 - speed problem (just 167 kbps) - complaint number - 1-[protected]. ( 24 hours) 29/Aug/2013 - speed problem (complaint number[protected] 14/Aug/2013 - speed problem(complaint number - (No complaint number was provided) 21/sep/2013 - no connection at all - 1-[protected] 28/sep/2013 - speed problem ( complaint request - 1-[protected]) 13/oct/2013 - no net connection - 1-[protected] 28/dec/2013 - Very very slow net connection - 1-[protected] 13/jan/2013 - very very slow net connection - 1-[protected] Note:- The above are just few complaints that are raised till now. Others either i missed out to notice the complaint number or they have not provided the compaint numbers. I request to take strict action against such forgeries/Corruption which are been practiced by the private companies against the public.

yes ..tikona is worst and mentally torture the customers stay away from tikona
so dont choose the tikona my suggestion is to go for local isp or beam as they resolve the things fastly what the joke is even after the disconnection on december i am getting the bill for february 15 2014 .
