Hi Tikona Care,
My concern has been treated so lightly that even after calling your department multiple times my issue has not been fixed yet and I am left with unresolved issue which I have reported a month back. An engineer visit was assigned by your Rep "Aditya" 2 days back however no engineer came at my place to fix the problem. However I got a call yesterday from Tikona Rep "Shweta" claiming that my issue has been resolved from their end. As I was not at my place to check if my issue has been fixed or not I requested her to call me back again to check with me, however I didn't hear anything from anyone from Tikona. And when I checked my internet yesterday it was not working at all. Today I've been facing the same issue for which I called Tikona and spoke to Rep "Vinaya", she assured an engineer visit. I'm really very in-confident in Tikona care. I request you either don't charge me until you provide me 100% resolution of reported issue or I'm better off from your services. It's mental harassment for customer like me. Whenever I have to do something important I get no service. It's so screwed up!!

Hi Tikona,
Your service is good for nothing. I haven't seen such a worst service and height of negligence in customer service. It's been a month and I haven't got any resolution from you. So I'm looking out for some other service provider who will provide me much better service. You better live with your screwed service and keep loosing such a old and valuable customer's like me.
