Tikona — Wifi | |||||
I used tikona wifi services for 3 months and it was pathetic i paid 2800 rs for 3 months, connection and speed was too poor, i complaint to customer care a lot but still no solutions provided by the tikona, when i request for disconnection they transfered my call to senior staff and believe me they never entertained my cal till yet amyday...but they keep on calling in every 15 days for payment of 1100 approx...why should i pay for the services which i never used ..they are not disconnecting and asking for bill..
