Tikona — Worst tikona service | |||||
Dear sir, My user id = [protected] You company employee's remove my old plan (Adbbm1249) without my confirmation and without any giving info. To me After that when call connected in customer care with ( tejas patil ) senior desk, he said that he can't give info about whom stopped my plan stopped without my request But on that time she generate request no.[protected] that i only know After too much flustation i call on 29th march, " why you guys didn't solve issue from last 60 days, if you can't able to serve your service then give me disconnection " Because i calling in tikona from last 60 days continuously and tikona didn't solve my issues On that time on 29th march she didn't tell me that she changing my rental plan and after that you guys charging me 5 paise per mb without any info.Providing me. On 29th march i just said to disconnection because from last 2 month (60days) i continue calling in tikona to solve my technical issue but every day you guys just raise complaint against technical issue and make fake promise that you will solve within 24hrs but from last 60 days no technical issue resolved of mine But in last she said that " give me last chance, within 24hr issue will be surely solved " and in replied i said that its okay but if you didn't, do as you said then take my disconnection request after 24 hours and i will go towards another vendor ( from last 3+ years i'm using tikona) & why should i pay to tikona if you guys didn't able to solve your issues within 60 days On next day i call to tikona again they suggest me that your rental plan is remove, i was shocked when they said that your rental plan no more, and when i request to reapply my rental plan, they said that that is old plan and now no more but will be apply that plan in your account surely within 24 hour, and regarding that he take request also But when i call in your customer care on 2/05/2016, your senior desk person (Tejas patil) said that was old plan and now its no more and we can't able to provide that plan to you... But what happen after 24 hours after she take request[protected] :- * technical issue not solved * rental plan changed without any info. (Adbbm1249). * rental plan not replaceable again * charging 5 paisa per mb ( without any info.) * engineer visit done on 2/05/2016 @ 5:15 pm * acc. To your engineer, problem in tower (Bandwidth issue in tower) * still same issue going on, and none of them will be solve Conclusion :- 3+ year old customer getting service from tikona Was this information helpful? | |||||

You will be charged up to your disconnection request date or billing cycle date or last usage date whichever is later. If you wish you may still use the services anytime in future, you will be charged 5 Paisa / MB (excluding tax) with speed up to 4Mbps.
