Also, you will observe that as complaint was not attended on time despite various reminders TV Pannel have broken.
Before this, only Back Light problem was in the TV.

Thank you for writing to us on your concerns & apology for the inconvenience caused!
As I go thru your histroy of calls & understand from my service partner as well as Zonal Manager, I got to know that your product is Out of warranty (OOW) currently & there is a need of replacing a LED backlight with which your product will be up & working. Since it falls under OOW category there is a fee attached to it which includes the labour charges +spares charges & some time transportation charge as well. However our team is trying to discount out on some of these charges to help you get rid of your long pending issue hence they have decided not to collect the labour charge & transportation charge & only go with the Spares charges which will sum up to Rs.4, 450/- since it’s a 40” LED TV .
Once we get a confirmation from your end on the above quote, we will proceed with the purchase & we can close your call approx. within 2 working days.

I wish to inform you that I had purchased one 42" Philips TV in the year 2015 (12.04.2015) as per invoice attached. After using the above said TV, I noticed that TV is creating some problem like blinking. After a period of one-and-a-half-years, it stopped working. Immediately, I lodged a complaint with Philips but no action was taken.
My complaint was in June, 2015, as far as I remember. Alternatively, you can see from your records.
In response to the above complaint, only telephonic calls were received but no one turned up to attend the complaint personally. As on date (9th March, 2021), no one came personally to see the TV and since then it is lying in my dumping Store. You will observe from your records that more than 4 years have passed but no action was taken by the Area Manager, Mr.Krishna and Zonal Manager Mr.Tirlok.

Only on Telephone, I was contacted by the following two Service Centres as per details given below :
1. M/s Rishabh Technologies - Hyderabad.
2. M/s United Service Centre, Secundrabad
M/s Rishabh has given an estimate of Rs.3000/- for rectifying the defect whereas
M/s United Service Center has given an estimate of Rs.6000/- for rectifying the same fault.
Whenever I lodged complaint with the Consumer Support/Consumer Care Department during the months of Feb-March, 2021, Mr. Krishna closed the complaint stating “complaint attended and closed.” to the Consumer Support /Consumer Care Department whereas no one turned up to see the TV in question.
If a TV of a reputed company like Philips gets out of order within a span of one and a half years, what the used of buying a TV of Philips or of a reputed company. It is better to buy a local make one.
Despite repeated complaint, telephonic calls, no one has turned up to see the TV personally as on date.
A copy of the Invoice is attached herewith for your perusal and necessary action.
