[Resolved]  Airtel Company Complaint — very bad services of airtel

airtel is a very very veryyyyyyyyyyyy froud company, and very cheap and bad service , i had purchase airtel 3G data card 850/month 5GB unlimited , this data card is not worked in home, basement or any palace , i don't get to use airtel datacard it work only on tarris , we had more complaint to customer care but they don't resolve my problem after that we had close our data card so airtel company have sent 2400rs bill of 1 month. so i am suggesting to anyone person please don't take any services of airtel like - Datacard, Mobile Sim, DTH Connection.

and www.airtel.in website is very poor website user can't understand how to do recharge and how to will login. user will be mad to see the airtel website .

and i am also suggesting to airtel company please improve your network and improve your website , please make your website user friendly , you can refrence to idea company website , it is very user friendly website.

please please please please please please please anyone do not purchase any airtel services specially datacard very bad services of datacard

AirTel — Is AIRTEL SERVICE REALLY THAT BAD???

I have an airtel mobile with prepaid connection.
On 2nd of April I recharged it with all india 1rs STD scheme in order to activate 1 rs STD .
However my STD calls were still being charged at older tarrif and when i contacted cusomer care they told me that a scheme bol bol is already activated "I don't have an idea why it is activated "that's why new scheme is not effective.After deactivating that bol bol scheme they told me that my scheme will get effective within 24 hrs .
However even next day it was not activated.When I called cusomer care they said there was a technical problem it would get effective within 24 hrs.

For the PAST THREE DAYS I AM CALLING AIRTEL AND LISTENING that service will be activated within 24 HRS.
and I don't know how long it would take EVEN IT WOULD HAPPEN OR NOT.
or maybe they are hoping i will stop trying because the amount is so negligible "which i guess i would after 3 -4 attempts"

airtel data card — Pathetic Service

I applied for an Airtel Data Card on 17th April 2008 (Serial No. B421691). Since the day I've recieved the connection, it has been nothing but harassment from Airtel. The connection is almost always disconnected and after several calls pleading them to fix the problem, nothing was done for the whole month for which I had paid the money in advance.

After a month of mental torture and losses due to the company's lack of responsibility, their executives (Mr. Menon, Ms. Abha Gupta, Ms. Swati) stopped answering my calls. A mail to the nodal officer Mr. Ravi Nagpal was to no avail and I'm still stuck with the pathetic connection.

I want to throw the data card back on Airtel's face and want my money back immediately! At the same time, I need remuneration for the trouble caused to me by Airtel.

Airtel — Very Worst service provider

Hi,
Am using Airtel number since 2005. Every month am getting the bills thru my mail ID only. Last month i didn't recd my bill for Oct'08, so i calld up customer care 121 & requested my bill to make the payment. the same has been requested 10 days back. till i didn't recd the bill. My Request # is 4844978 &[protected]. Again i cal'd them and requested my bill copy bcos am getting calls from Airtel for payment. But they are not responding & behaving correctly. Am having 8 Airtel numbers, but now am planning to cancel all the numbers bcos of worst service which thy are doing now a days.
Air tel Services is very very poor. I have been debited for various VAS Service which I have not subscribed. On protesting, the call centre some amount is refunded and for balance am told have to again complaint. THEY ARE ON THEIR OWN FORCIBLY SUBSCRIBING AND if people do not bother to check, the money is in their kitty. Then we have to keep fighting with them for recrediting the amount. Not only that, while on one hand they recredit after lots of messages/followups over phone which costs time and money, again I have been subscribed, again on their own. This has been happening for the last 3 days - I keep complaining that I have not opted for the service, they keep recrediting, and then again subscribe. The call center operator tells I will not receive again and this keeps happening in a vicious circle. They will take all the addressess etc. but everytime you call up it is different people and first you have to waste time in verification, then the process begins again.

I think we should form a common forum to take on this beligerent co. If anyone has the email id of their MD or top brasses, let me know and then we all can together flood him with mails. I think this should be done to ensure that their MD is aware of the problems we are facing. Even phone should do, but it should be on mass scale so that he feels the impact of the problems we are facing.

airtel/data card — extremely bad service

I use internet via airtel data card,the sim on which internet is active has number [protected].
I am using it since almost last 11 months,and despite of complaining frequently I did never got speed more than 25 kbps and that too at the rarest occassions.most of the time I have to fight with my system for internet,because the data transaction speed remains 0 to 2-3 kbps.
It made me feel like using internet in stone age.
and adding salt to it is that since last one and half months I had not been able to merely view any webpage through my data card.
the terms and conditions were that I have to recharge 498 rupees per month in order to be connected to internet,validity given is 1 month and talktime 0 INR.They told me internet on data card doesn't runs on a lifetime number.
I have never recharge anything other than 498 recharge per month and they themselves had extended my validity till 11th april 2012.............why????????I dont know.
But I just know that Airtel cheated with me.........and I can not use internet on my card.
I complained about it,and the customer care feels sorry and give a new timeline everytime................The big question is that why aren't they giving me a solution.
by 22nd sep 2009(recent timeline given by the responsibles of airtel),if my problem will not be solved,I am going to file a complaint against them in the consumer forum.

And I hope I am not going to thank airtel anytime,coz They made me suffer a lot,and I am sure they are not going to give me better speed if they come up with a solution too............
Is there anyone using data card here????

AirTel — very worst service from airtel

i ve called up many times tat i am not able to call customer care from my number [protected](tamil nadu) to customer care from my number,a TL named selva kumar answered and said we cant do anything for tat even though i am telling tat i am calling from other network and i am getting charged for that cal,this how the customer service from airtel is very poor,pls anyone who think to take airtel service pls,dont go to airtel instead go to some other networks really those guys provide atleast response to you so i suggest all not to go to airtel.
I have faced problems very similar to yours. Let me know if we can all join together and file a class action legal suit against Airtel.

my mobile number is [protected].it has been deactivated on 28.9.10due document verification.after i submited my doc's there is no steps to activate my num.i called up many times to applet managers.they are also not responding.i dont know how reach them.please help

airtel providing very very worst service.. they reducing prepaid account balance unnecessarily.. from customer care side they are not responding these problems
