We hired a professional accounts teacher as home tutor whom the whole amount was paid in advance. Out of the 18 classes that was promised only 6 has been taken. No response from neither the faculty nor the company itself despite a complaint being registered at their own app....

I have booked a service of AC gasfilling & repair and total cost in the app show as 2800(aprox) which i paid i advance and opted the service as well. now in the app it is showing me to pay again 249. When i checked with them they were telling that any order above 2000 by default warranty of 249 rs is added. First thing this was not informed to the customer in advance and secondly warranty is needed or not will be decided...

This person Durgesh Verma, take bookings in the name o[censored]C and forcefully does extra work without informing the UC and afterwards charges extra money. I myself has paid him 1400 rupees extra after paying Urban company Rs.1805. Also, this person will forcefully takes good rating by standing in front of you adamantly. It is really sad that urban clap company employees can be so unprofessional and not customer friendly. This has caused me mental agony and stress because of their unruly behaviour and response.

I had booked for chimney deep cleaning service to be carried out at my home at Salt Lake Kolkata on Sun, Feb 26. The service person calls me at 10 am to inform that he wouldn’t be able to come due to some death that has happened in his family. Highly disappointed with my laser hair removal service. I had 4 sessions of arm laser hair removal. After the last session one hand has full hair and the other hand has shown results.
Now, no one is responding to resolve the issue.

This is highly pathetic customer service. This is not a cheap service. And after the session no one takes responsibility....

Given my Samsung 55" LED TV for sound issues and paid Rs. 5000 for it. TV was returned but started having power issues with one hour, The Egg took the TV back with a promise to return next day, but it's been 10 Days and is not repotting to messages or calls. I booked 2 services Geyser Checkup and Intense Bathroom cleaning. Geyser professional just uninstalled my geyser and told it would not be possible to repair. I basically paid 249 Rs for uninstalling a geysar!!
Intense Bathroom cleaner said that bathroom could not be cleaned with the service, I booked. I need to go for booking 6-7 such services to clean my bathroom.

While cleaning my microwave oven, the person who cleaned has left permanent rub mark on my oven, on my kitchen floor, left scratch mark on kitchen chimney. I have raised a complaint in their app, but Urban Company said apart from waving off my cleaning charge they won't do anything. Also after the job was done instead of sharing proper receipt the company provided me a receipt of bathroom cleaning which they didn't do....
