I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent AC service we booked through your company. The technician who visited our premises seemed to have mishandled the situation, resulting in further complications with our AC unit.
On 15th May, 2023 we contacted Urban company to book an AC service as we were experiencing issues with cooling. The technician arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem as a faulty board. He proceeded to remove and reinstall the board, assuring us that the issue was resolved and charged an amount of 4400 rupees from us. However, to our dismay, the problem still persisted after. In light of this, we promptly contacted Urban company again to inform them about the ongoing issue. As a response, another technician was sent to assess the situation. To our surprise, this technician explained that our AC model is designed to display an error message when there is a problem with the board. Since we did not receive any error message, he concluded that the previous technician had deceived us. Furthermore, upon inspection, it was discovered that not only was the board removed unnecessarily, but the earth wire was also cut. As per our knowledge, these two components were not required to be tampered with during the service. Unfortunately, as a consequence of the previous technician's actions, our AC unit is now in a non-working condition. We are deeply disappointed by this turn of events and expect prompt resolution from your company. It is essential that you take immediate action to rectify the damage caused to our AC unit. Despite our repeated complaints to customer support, the problem remains unresolved, and our AC unit has been further damaged due to the actions of your technician. Additionally, we recently had a conversation with the technician who visited our premises initially. He confessed his mistake and admitted that he had removed the board and cut the earth wire unnecessarily. He expressed his willingness to refund the amount charged for the service. While we appreciate his honesty, it does not absolve your company of the responsibility to rectify the damage caused to our AC unit and provide a suitable resolution to this issue.We kindly request that you address this matter urgently and provide a suitable resolution within reasonable time frame, to avoid further escalation of this issue. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and provide us with the necessary support and compensation. We value your commitment to customer satisfaction and hope to see it reflected in your prompt actions.

Further to this UC representative called me and offered me to give 4.5k as a refund which is actually value for the warranty cost i have paid to UC. I did not accept then they told that they cna support for 10k as a repair cost but i told them it is not repairable confirmed by both UC and Samsung Technician. Then they had a senior representative saying we will give 10k and share the account via link they send to me i some how accepted it as i was told thats the only thing they can offer me lastly and its the Terms and condition. Now again they have started negotiation and arguing that we can give you only 4.5k. This is an unethical with no value system in the UC organisation, who plays with feelings of customer, Damage my 45k refrigerator and harassed me for quite a month now. This is the pain and i am going to take Legal actions going to CONSUMER court and also spread this in Media. UC has really no values its disgusting response.
