    Sir,
    In response to my complaint dt. 31/12/2022, I received a call today, from +91 [protected] at 17:23 hrs informing me that he has reference for February for which, he is unable to do anything.

    As far as my knowledge goes, I have booked the free service on the booking made on 16/12/2022. Now I tried to open that page, but could not trace it.

    Now, I have the only proof that I have paid Rs229/ on 16th Feb.2022 from my Paytm wallet.

    If you can help me with the above data, it is well and good. Otherwise, please forget and close the chapter.

      Sir,
      I had booked a plumber service for 17th Dec.22.

      The plumber came and replaced the tap head.

      But, about week later, the tap head turned stiff and would not colse normally, which caused a lot of water to go to waste.

      I had opted for a free service for 28th Dec. '22. No one turned up on the appointed date. So, I raised another complaint.

      After that, I received a call from tel. no.+91 [protected], who enquired about the nature of the complaint and assured that the problem would be solved.

      2 days have passed, no solution provided. We are suffering for no fault of ours.

      Kindly look into it.

        The company has charged me for my service and not provided the same and cancelled on a last minute. This has happened 3 times in past 2 days they are just frauding people and providing no service.
        It has caused alot of inconvenience and mental agony to me.
        I have been so dependent as I booked my slot quite prior and paid for it yet suffered as they dint wana provide any service.

        I am an Advocate and I wont let this thing go.
        I know my rights and I should be fairly compensated.

          I had booked a Cleaning Service from Urban Company. A couple of days back I had this service done on another location, which was good. I gave a good rating too and suggested to another location, where I am there too. After suggesting and booking a cleaning service for another location., I experienced this sad situation. The UC App clearly shows the location for the second one. The Professional from the company reached the first location and called me. I told him that is not the location I have booked, and the App shows the second location clearly. He then asked me to delete the first location and reschedule it. I am unable to delete the first location from the app, maybe I don't know how to delete. He was reading out the correct location from his Mobile but reached an incorrect location. Whose fault is this?

          My point is what if I have multiple locations, should it not take what I select. This is how other app works. Myself, being in the IT field know about it this way. The entire experience has not been good now. I had to reschedule it to Monday now as we are not there on Saturday and Sunday at this location. Not sure, what will happen on Monday again. My worry is, since I am unable to delete the first address, will this situation repeat again? Hope to hear from them. Also, I noticed that there is no way to reach them over to explain this situation. The Toll-free number directs me to Airtel. The number I called Urban Company reaches Hyderabad with a lady (Automated one) telling to enter the PIN if I am professional or callback the number with the registered mobile number. By the way, I was calling from the registered mobile number. I am not sure what is going on with this. I had to spend 3-4 spending time on this. Not a happy customer. If it does not go through fine on Monday, I will be one upset customer and shall not recommend anyone for sure. Thank you for looking into this matter. You have a chance to sort this out now.

            I booked a 5 session laser package with urban company which is valid till 31.8.2024 and i have availed 2 sessions already. Now i wanted to book 3rd session but i am unable to book the same through app. There are no helpline nos., no customer care, no email ids and nothing where a consumer can contact. I tweeted so one of the executives called but till now no response is there. One of the executive said that your session is cancelled. How can it be cancelled on its own? And if the same is cancelled then why i was not intimated about the same? And where is the refund?

              My Name is B J Samson. I have given a request for repairing our smart TV in the month of august 2022. Your technicians have attended and at the time of servicing your technician miss handled the TV and display has cracked. He promised to replace at his own cost and he took the TV to their place. We contacting many times over phone he is saying it is not getting ready. Much time he is not picking the phone. We made a complaint many times through app but there is no response. We went directly to your Urbon company located at Gundy, Chennai and given a complaint to your rep Mr.Akash. But till date ( for the past 4 months) it is not get resolved. I had so frustrated about your service and I didn’t expect like this kind of worst service given by Urbon company.
              Kindly do the needful to resolve the issue immediately.

                Booked classic full home cleaning. 3 guys came of which only one guy was working. They dint have basic tools for cleaning and they hardly cleaned properly. We paid 3000₹ but dint even get 1000₹ worth of service. We raised a help ticket but no use. There is no customer care no to call also and whatever is available on internet no one answers calls. Very very poor service.

                  Booked for classic full home cleaning service and there were 3 guys out of which only one guy was working. They did not even have the basic tools for cleaning and the service was below poor. We paid more than 3000₹ but service provided was not even worth 1000. Tried raising help ticket but no help. There is no customer care no also to contact

                      Hi, we made AC installation in oct the agent who installed us said no issue will everything is perfect. But when it rain the water came into the wall so we complained and got the claim so the second agent said hereafter there will be no issues but again now the same issue..see how can we tolerate at this issue the issue is yours if there are not sure why should they assure the issue will not occur again. The MOST FRUSTRATED thing is CUSTOMER SUPPORT the person don't even have patience expalain us more then he hardly ended the chat. This is very ridiculous I need claim the fault is not on our side, Of we not paid the cost will you guys let us...NEED CLAIM.

                        I have taken Painting Services for my client on 15th November, 2022 and the same was completed however the painter who visited the site has agreed completing work in the scheduled services however he added another service without informing me. Though he told we need to add separate service and when i explained the scope of job that he needs to perform and the work i have added to do he found justifyable and said ok sir i will do it. And later to my surpirse he says it should be added as another service which means he is cheating for extra money. And when complained the same to Urban Company i had to talk to Ms. Purnima Kumari ([protected]) she says its ok sir you pay the amount. I dont understand what does that mean by saying its ok. Also she says painter is very good and he will do good work...she is simply backing that fellow but not able to understand the issue of cheating customer by accepting to perform job in assigned task and later adding another task for his benefit.
                        Please do take stern action against the both painter and Ms. Purnima Kumari.

                          I had booked few services on December 3rd. 2022. Agent arrived and worked on few services but have not completed all the services that I booked. Moreover her work was horrible. So I raised a request to change the Agent for an experienced one since the agent that worked in was a new agent from the company. However, after raising the complaint, customer service named ayush rajput declined saying we provide a new agent and you will have to continue only with the agent they provided. Since I did not like her work, and they did not wish to provide a new agent, i requested for a refund. Since then, I was being ignored and not been replied to. Horrible experience . Please solve this issue.

                            I have done the booking for TV repair on Urban Company app on 13 Aug 2022. Warranty of 2 months started from 13 Aug and it is valid till 14 Oct 2022.

                            The urban company agent gave me back repaired TV on 20 Aug 2022 and the agent told that if I will face any problem again in the TV call on his number directly. I have faced the same issue again on 22 Aug 2022, I called the same agent on his provided number, and he gave me back repaired TV on 18 September 2022 after multiple follow-ups. Again, I have faced the same issue on 20 September and this time I have booked the revisit through urban company app and he gave me TV back on 5 Oct 2022. The agent said that part is not available, so it is taking more time in the repair of device.

                            On the same day after few hours faced the same issue again and I demanded for refund. The customer care told that once again they are booking the revisit with highly expert technician of TV repair. The new technician took the TV on 6 Oct 2022 and he gave me back repaired TV on 23 Oct 2022.
                            In the meantime, the warranty got expired on 14 Oct 2022.

                            After receiving the repaired TV on 23 Oct 2022, I told to agent the if I will face any issue then to whom i need to contact because now the warranty is expired. He said that the part has been replaced now and you will not face this issue again.
                            After 1 week, I started facing the same issue again and I have called and raised the dispute 18-20 times, but they said that it is pout of warranty now and we cannot repair it and also, we will not refund your money and they are closing the ticket automatically by themselves.

                            So, I have faced this worst experience with Urban Company Team, they have wasted my 2 months and took the money. All want to waste of Time and money.

                              Invoice of amount Rs 2079 not provided after washing machine repair done and cash is paid.Amount Rs 700 charged extra.. Support team is simply buying time and fooling me.
                              After 3 days passed Urban company could not able to provide Invoice for the amount charged

                                My kitchen cabinets were damaged as they used hard chemicals. The same day I informed customer care and provided all the photos. They confirmed they will provide the claim, but not the total amount They can reimburse 10000/- as per the company policy.

                                Even after two months still, they are not responding and asking for the same details again and again. Sent multiple emails with no luck.

                                It's been almost two months and still I am receiving calls asking for photos even after sending them multiple times.

                                  RO post service and filters change is leaking. Tech visited twice and did temporary fix. Now it's leaking again and UC is refusing to take ownership of warranty or insurance. They want me to rebook with COD mode so that insurance gets null and void. When asking for insurance claim process, they do not reply and keep diverting or agents keeps on changing.

                                    Pest control

                                    Dear team

                                    We had booked Pest control services on September 8th 2022.
                                    Our second service was done in September but it was in vain. The issue was not resolved at all (red ants) and we had arranged for a revisit as well .

                                    When revisit was arranged in October, professional Mr Vinay Jaiswal o[censored]rban company had accepted the same and when I contacted him, he replied he is in village and cant come.
