Bad service and damage created by urban company AC technician

Hello,

This is the issue I am facing with your company service.

Booked deep clean service for air conditioner. Technician visited one June 18 and he included deep clean and uninstall. He uninstalled indoor unit and did deep clean.

After clean service, he didn't fix it indoor unit and outdoor unit connection tube properly. Within a week it created problem. I created revisit ticket and technician...

We wanted to use the services of you company for house cleaning. Around 6 Jul i was trying to make payment of Rs 1754 but i was not successful.
On 10 July i made another paymentof Rs 914. Your Technicians came and did very good job on 11july
We also got a message from you that Rs 174 also have been transferred toyou. Kindly refund this amount immediately
To get this refund i contacted your customer care numbers [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. [protected]. was advised that the amount can be refunded if i share my card details details. thinking that ii am in safe hands i shared the details. to my horror i find that Rs 20000 have been transferred to a/c of VIN*RAZDhani. Kindly help me to recover this amount.I am a retired soldier of 82 years of age. Tkanks

    TV Repair

    Address: Dwarka

    We have booked a tv repair through Urban company, a technician came on and took away the tv and return the same on the third day and charged us Rs. 5290 as repair cost on 18th May, 2023.

    We called him again on 9th June, 2023 and told him that the problem persist, he said please close the complaint on urban company I will come and rectify. He closed the complaint without repairing the TV.

    Being under 6 months...

      I'm Prachi Rajput. I have purchased 3 session package in specific face part for chin of laser hair reduction for Rs. 3878/- on 26th April, 2023 at 1:24 PM and took my first session at 6:30 PM on same day. But the option for redemption for remaining sessions is not available there in my account. I have already complained about this. But still haven't found any solution even after 2 months. I am neither getting any call from doctor nor getting any reply. Kindly help me out and consider my problem immediately.

        I booked an appointment for carrier window air conditioner service from urban company on 22nd June 2023. When his technician Raja came, I told him that this morning some sound was coming from my air conditioner.Then I said that I just got my AC serviced from Urban company 2 months ago. Then I told the technician that please diagnose this sound and fix it.Then the technician said Sir blower sound is coming I will fix it. Then he serviced my air conditioner and said sir done.After the service, when he switched on the air-condition, it was making noise, I said - Rajaji, it is still making noise.Then the technician moved the air conditioner back and forth and the noise stopped.I said - see properly, lest I have any problem later.because i have 8 month old daughter and the weather is very hot. technician said sir no problem i fixed it and he left, then the same day in the evening the air conditioner sound started again. I called the technician at the same time and said that the sound is coming from the air conditioner again. The technician said, Sir, I am sitting in the bus now and going to my village. i said what to do then tell me
        The technician said that you apply for revisit and a technician will come and fix it.
        I said ok and applied for revisit. Then on June 27, 2023 another technician came to my place and saw. I told them that my air conditioner blower is making some noise again and again, you should diagnose and fix it.He said that sir there is no sound in the air conditioner right now. I told the technician that the technician who came before you had told that this sound is coming from the blower.Then I said intermittent sound keeps coming till morning, please get it diagnosed and fix it permanently.He said, "Sir, if there is no sound now, how will I see?"And said that if the sound comes again, you record the video or soung, I will come back and fix it.till now 2 times technician visited my house but no one checked air conditioner blower.. Then same night again loud noise started from air conditioner and I switched off air conditioner and applied for revisit technician again same night.Then on 28th June the same technician who had come earlier came and saw that the sound is coming from the air conditioner.Then he checked the air conditioner and said that its blower is broken.then i told the technician please fix it. because it happened because of your carelessness.I've been telling you since day one.my air conditioner is making some noise.The technician who came for the first time, The technician also said that the sound is coming from the blower.Then it was not rectified even after 2 visits to the technician. Then the technician called in his office and said that I will have to pay Rs 1500 for this.I said talk to me then I talked to his senior and told the whole thing. His senior said that I can't do it with my hand, if you want to fix it then you have to pay 1500.I told his senior that this happened due to negligence of your technicians, you have to fix it.Then the senior said, I can do it with my hand, you talk on the helpline, I said ok, give me the number, I can talk.He said that there is no number, I will go to the Urban Company App Help Center and talk through you.As they do not have any contact number and toll free number so I spoke to their chat support, and said please call me.Then his call came and I told him everything, then he said wait for 15 minutes, I will talk to my senior and tell.Still no response after 15 minutes so I asked chat support to call back please call back.Then he got a call and he said that I have told my seniors that we need 24 hours to solve your problem.I told them my daughter is 8 months old and weather is hot please solve my problem asap.Then he said ok sir. Then I waited for 24 hours again asked chat support to call me.Then his call came and he said that Sir, the update of our senior has not come yet, please wait for a while.Then I said please hurry up.then no update till 3, 4 hours then i requested to call me again.Then his call came, I asked what is the update, he again said that there is no update from senior, please wait.I spoke the whole thing again and also said again that my 8 month old little girl please fix my air conditioner as soon as possible.Then he said sir, there is no update on the response of the seniors authority. Then I told him that you give me some email or some number so that my problem can be solved as soon as possible.He said that we neither have any complaint email ID nor any number, whatever you talk about will be through chat support only.Then I said that I want to talk to your seniors.Then he said that the seniors are busy now, I will get you a call back in two to three hours.Then I said that you give me in writing that your senior will call me in 2-3 hours.Then he wrote me on chat support and told that his senior will call me in 2, 3 hours.But no senior's call came, waited for 24 hours, then did not come, then waited for 24 hours, but senior's call did not come.Then at last I was told by chat support that my problem is resolved and they are refunding Rs 448 for my air conditioner service.then i said call me.I got his call, I asked why are you refunding me this amount of 448 and my problem is not resolved yet.He said that our senior authority has taken this decision.I again said my problem is not solved I had told your technician the whole problem from day one my air conditioner is making some noise since this morning.Then told them that I have fixed the sound of air condition blower.But that voice started coming again so I called him then he said I am going to village you apply for technician revisit.The other one was visited by Technician, he also did not fix it.I said 448 rs/- I don't want refund, you fix my air conditioner blower and give it to me.Since this happened due to your carelessness, your technician did not take my point seriously and did not rectify it despite my repeated requests.

        I have voice recording, screen recording of chat support, I am sharing it please check it and solve my problem.

              I booked a sofa cleaning service through UC and there is a huge stain on my sofa due to the chemicals used.

              I have been trying to contact you through the app, but was not successful.

              This is absolutely unacceptable and my sofa is completely damaged due to the stain.

              I sofa is completely damaged and I need a complete refund as Rs.20, 000 towards the damages.

                Repairing of AC

                Sir i have book the repairing of AC on 18.06.2023 to fix the leakage and refill the gas, your machinic is attend the same, but after 2 hours your machinic refuse and said that sir your coil is not in condition to repair the same, before the they have do some repairing work on indoor my AC.
                on this sunday when i call to some other machinic to repair the same then he said sir your body is crack and some part of indoor is also burn/damage...

                  I have booked ab electrician from Urban company on 18.06.2023. The money was paid via phone pe. Desire this no service man was sent and money was not refunded. They dont have any customer care number in their website. I need the refund that is why i am complaining.

                    Urban Company pest cleaning gives warranty only for 3 month, in 3 weeks time I have cockroaches roaming around the kitchen. Plus they didn’t even bother to refund a 100. % or give the service again. Bunch of thieves

                        Dear Team,

                        My ID got blocked without informing about anything. I even don't know the exact reason. I visited the Hyderabad office many times to know the reason of blocking. But instead of giving solution the whole category managers are not at all responding even i visit the office. They were asking me to wait lot of time to meet the category manager.

                        Whenever the Terms and conditions changed or new rules was implemented as company you have to give the proper training to the beauticians online / offline. Without giving any information on newly implemented policies you people are blocking the partner ID's unnecessarily. Those who became affected by your activities suddenly coming onto road.

                        You have the rights to block the ID without informing if the partner is doing any activities against the company.

                        Instead of all these, you people are blocking partner ID's and no response later from the respected managers. Many partners are suffering from this activity.

                        I have 4.84 customer rating, category managers saying that the reason for blocking is acceptance rate is below 70%. But, we don't have any intimations that acceptance rate should be more than 70%. Please do the needful. If i didn't get any needful solution from your end I'll take it to the next level.

                          I booked for 3 of my AC servicing with Urban company on 9th March. The technician Mohd Shazad told me that my split AC requires a gas filling as there is low cooling due to leakage. He convinced me that i can pay him directly an amount of 2300 and he will be responsible for any fault. The AC just worked fine for a day and there after there is no cooling
                          We called Shazad and he denied to come and check even though we told him that it just worked for a day. We feel cheated by this technician and regret taking services from Urban company. 2300 is not a small amount we have spent.

                            Mr. Shaikhshan mohammad had come to repair the ac on 21st may. He took 2500 for gas filling. Within one month there was no gas. Urban company is big fraud and its employees are boorish and exhibit bad behaviour. I wonder what a cheap guy the ceo of the company is - since he is not bothered about the innumerable complaints about his company's servicing all over the internet. A fraud company if there is one

                              I just wanted a ac service, but when urban company proffesional (rishi) arrived he said there is a issue in gas and it need to be refill . so i agreed and said him to do the same as he is proffessional and advising so i thought he is expert. he said if there is any issue regarding gas in future for this season he will be responsible for the issue and repair the same. and he charged me around 3000 rs. on next day ac started giving problem and cooling went down then i contacted rishi so he started giving excuses that he has no time will come another day. he is disconnecting my calls and not answering my messages. i feel that i am cheated by urban company because he was came from urban company and i did whatever he said to me.

                                In the month of March paint done by Urban clap and not even three month I see the wall became wet and in few place noticed Paint bubbles and paint about of pealoff.

                                During or before paint start I was asked the painter who is owner/IN charge does the waterproofing done as wall became wet (adjacent to utility wall) in the Kitchen and he was confirmed waterproofing not required and painting is enough and we will take care but i see the wall became wet again.

                                I have escalated to Urban as it has one year warranty. Now the Urban support team denying to fix the issue stating warranty has expired due to cracks and seepage issue and will not be able support.
                                I have requested them to provide photographs but they are not providing any proof such as photographs where they found cracks and rejected my concern.

                                I would request you to take the necessary actions against them and o the need.
