Very poor cleaning service

Booked for classic full home cleaning service and there were 3 guys out of which only one guy was working. They did not even have the basic tools for cleaning and the service was below poor. We paid more than 3000₹ but service provided was not even worth 1000. Tried raising help ticket but no help. There is no customer care no also to contact...

AMC service issue

Air cooler installation

Hi, we made AC installation in oct the agent who installed us said no issue will everything is perfect. Painting Services

I have taken Painting Services for my client on 15th November, 2022 and the same was completed however the painter who visited the site has agreed completing work in the scheduled services however he added another service without informing me. Refund not provided yet

I had booked few services on December 3rd. 2022. Agent arrived and worked on few services but have not completed all the services that I booked. Moreover her work was horrible. So I raised a request to change the Agent for an experienced one since the agent that worked in was a new agent from the company. Payment Not Received

I have done the booking for TV repair on Urban Company app on 13 Aug 2022. Warranty of 2 months started from 13 Aug and it is valid till 14 Oct 2022.

The urban company agent gave me back repaired TV on 20 Aug 2022 and the agent told that if I will face any problem again in the TV call on his number directly. I have faced the same issue again on 22 Aug 2022, I called the same agent on his provided number, and he gave me back...

Excess amount charged, payment made, Invoice not produced on demand

Invoice of amount Rs 2079 not provided after washing machine repair done and cash is paid.Amount Rs 700 charged extra.. Support team is simply buying time and fooling me.

Damage of Kitchen Cabinet Handles

My kitchen cabinets were damaged as they used hard chemicals. The same day I informed customer care and provided all the photos. They confirmed they will provide the claim, but not the total amount They can reimburse 10000/- as per the company policy.

Even after two months still, they are not responding and asking for the same details again and again. Sent multiple emails with no luck.

RO dysfunctional post service

RO post service and filters change is leaking. Tech visited twice and did temporary fix. Now it's leaking again and UC is refusing to take ownership of warranty or insurance. They want me to rebook with COD mode so that insurance gets null and void. When asking for insurance claim process, they do not reply and keep diverting or agents keeps on changing....

Pest control

Dear team

We had booked Pest control services on September 8th 2022.
Our second service was done in September but it was in vain. The issue was not resolved at all (red ants) and we had arranged for a revisit as well .

Service not provided after repeated assurances

Today i booked an appointment for 12:30slot, no professional was available so they sifted to 1:30, again same thing happened, then they shifted it to 4:00.. professional was assigned, but at 5:00 also she couldn’t find my location, even after sending my current location to her in whatsapp.. then they are asking me to cancel the booking..
I have wasted my full afternoon doing this… !!

Chimney Service cheating

I had booked a chimney service on 3rd nov and technician named Veeresh visited. Ext day. He checked and told the board needs replacement and took away chimney. Next day he came back with chimney and fixed, I asked where is the old board, he have no answer. That made me doubt that he didn’t change it. When he left I opened the box and checked, it was my old board he just fixed facing other way. He charged around 3k just rotating the board...

My Bathroom has been completely spoiled

Technician messed up with my washing machine huge cost to repair

My washing machine was in working condition except water drainage problem on 26th October 2022 before your technician comes

Product tampered - lost warranty

I had a booking to repair fridge. Issue 2as no cooling. This booking was made on 1st Sep 2022. Technician arrived and tampered compressor (which was under 10 year warranty by Haier). Issue did not get resolved. Same technician came again and total Amount I spent was close to 3200/-. Later the case was escalated to senior technician on 7th Sep 2022. During 2nd week of Oct 2022, issue started again.

UC professional damaged client's property but UC refused to pay compensation.

Service was requested from UC for bathroom grouting work. The inexperienced professional damaged the tiles by chipping the edges of all tiles in the bathroom. Attached images can be referred.

These details are shared with UC customer care team both on call and email but no resolution is provided and refused to compensate the loss.

It was clearly mentioned in one of the attached images (screnshot from UC app)...
