I Parvez lakdawala has given to urban company for cleaning my empty flat of 3 BHK, on 6/06/23 i think they has given to shine Time cleaning solution in Indore. But it was not done properly the flooring of the hall bedroom toilet and their taps kitchen sinks

    We are trying for past three weeks, for booking it's showing error of professional not assigned. Our location is Echanari near podanur so we tried by changing address, I got booking. The booking was rescheduled due to professional personal issues and again it's not confirmed. From customer care we received the message for reschedule but while trying in the app it's showing professional not available. Kindly rectify it and notify us...it was a worst experience..Sorry

        I got my washroom cleaned by Urban clap cleaner on 06 Jun 2023 at 10:30 A.M.
        The cleaner broke the WC jet that we came to know after he left.

        Please get the Wc jet replaced asap.

          A guy named mithun has charged me for ac gas feeling came from urban company he has taken money after that he had worked and just next day again my ac is giving same problem when i asked him to he tell morning evening afternoon next since past three days after that again he came and ask that the pipe was damage so i asked them to buy that pipe he told it will cost 250 rs sqft but when i visit shop and purchase it cost me around100 rs sqft again i have called him he is just delaying and told me that i will not do that so i have to call another he has made that .

            I had a services with Urban company on 22nd April 2023 for Move-in Bathroom cleaning.

            The service mentioned of removing all items and objects
            Remove of saltwater and hard strains taps and other surfaces
            Targets tile discoloration
            Cleaan all areas and surfaces
            Clean hard to reach areas
            Final touch up

            The above services costed 648/- but was really disappointed with the services offered by Selvam and his team

            It was nothing mentioned above, they only gave normal soap wash, liquid wash. No proper scrubbing, discoloration of tiles, saltwater strain removals etc.

            I really didnt wanted to rate the service but the app didnt allow to make payment without rating. Also in front of them how we can rate as negative and dissatisfied.
            No proper customer care supportt to address the concern

            I woulld be happy if the amount is refunded.

              AC deep cleaning service done on 17 April 2023. Paid Rs.700
              AC not cooling so next day on 18 April filled gas. Paid Rs.2750
              AC started leaking water from 20 May
              Called for repair but Urban Company says that warranty period is over.
              In their website both warranty period 90 days and 30 days is mentioned.
              Today 1 June they charged Rs.500 just to tell me that gas has to be filled once again at Rs.2500
              This is a company of crooks !

                I booked bathroom deep cleaning services with Urban Company for today (27th May 2023). I had taken intense cleaning - 2 bathroom package, also Urban Company asked me to take up plus membership for better quality of services and as quality cannot be compromised, I took the membership as well.
                One Mr. Manas (phone number:[protected] turned up for the service at 10.30 AM, today (27th May 2023). Just after entering the house, he asked
                me to cancel the booking from Urban Company and take the services directly from him as he does not want to give commission to Urban Company for the services. When I opposed to that, he just walked away.
                It is completely un-professional and un-acceptable behavior from Urban company staff. I tried to contact Urban company to complaint and seek the next step. That is when I realized there is no way to contact number Urban Company for registering complaints. Its pathetic being in the service industry, there is no way to address customer grievances. Now when I cancel the booking Urban Company charges Rs.100 as cancellation fees. Urban company makes you take plus membership for quality services and when you complain about the lousy services they charges an additional cancellation fee.
                I request Urban Company to refund the complete money including the cancellation fee and plus membership fee.

                  Called for AC service. Technician came did service and said AC is not cooling may be gas not there. I told him its a 2 years old AC it shouldn't have problem. He checked and said gas is empty need to fill orelse compressor will have problem. I told him check for leakage and fill the gas, he did checking of leakage and filled the gas and charged 2500/-. Now we got to know that again gas is empty and there is a leakage. I could not call the Urban Company because there is no customer care number and chat is not helpful in the APP. I called technician and he is telling warrenty is over, its only for 3 months i cannot help you. Now its 3.5 months he did the gas filling. Already this company have very bad reviews on servicing. Whoever opt for any appliance later they face something than the other repairs on that. I mailed the issue to Urban Company but reply came resolve your issue in APP. HOW GOVERMENT IS ALLOWING THIS COMPANY WITHOUT CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER IN APP ???? If there is no Customer Care number how can we give feedback and resove our problem after service. URBAN COMPANY IS FRAUD AND CHEATING CUSTOMERS. GOVERMENT SHOULD TAKE ACTION AND CANCEL THIS COMPANY. OR ASK THEM TO PROVIDE CUSTOME CARE NUMBER IN THE APP.

                        I want to share my reviews with you for the ac installation service from the urban clap.

                        Arrogant / misbehaving person. After sharing my bad experience on your platform he Threatening to worse my office reviews if I would not give him 5 star rating.
                        Forcing to take the service of ac for which I would have to pay the extra money. Intentionally left thins inside ac so that it could make noise and he can insist for the service.
                        I would request urban company to clearly define the work of technicial as he says on everything this is not his job if installating power supply is not the job of him and what is his job.
                        Person is eager to earn money by doing service.
                        Did not properly install the ac was saying humare company me bolo wo bolenge tab mai karunga.
                        When it comes to getting the review he started fighting saying to cancel it very rude behavior.
                        When not ready to give him 5 star he says I will give your office bad reviews.
                        I have tried to contact urban company helpline but got no response.
                        If anyone higher official is seeing my review kindly take action against such behaviour as I don't want goons in my house I expect professional work from urban clap.
                        After giving the bad review for him he is giving my place fake reviews.
                        Customers are for the review not urban company executive will give my place review.

                          AC repair not completed and asked for more money by engineer. And when I raised concern to Urban company and they are not resolving the issue in given time. Also they are least bothered about the complaint against them on Consumer complaint forum.

                            Urban company engineer has not completed the service and without starting the AC asked for Rs. 4000+ for repair of PCB. And taking unusual duration for repair. And refused to install the repair on time.
                            When I complaint to Customer care o[censored]rban company, they simply took the Engineer's side and refused to complete the service within the time. Also they have not taken the responsibility of bad behaviour of service engineer.

                              SAMSUNG REFRIGERATOR DAMAGE WORTH RS 45K.

                              UC Technician checked and repaired by adding additional coil to refrigerator for AC not cooling and leakage. However the issue still persisted so we requested UC to support. 3 times the same technician came and tried but unable to resolve lastly after several followup 4rth Technician came and checked and told that the Refrigerator has damaged and cannot be repaired as the earlier UC technican should check the specs before adding an external coil which resulted to damage of the refrigerator and there is no solution, I made the same conversation to the UC representative and they told they will give solution.
                              UC requested me to check with the Manufacturer and get repaired and they will support me for 10k as the repair policy. I called Samsung represntative and he confirmed that the Refrigerator cannot be repaired as it is spoiled by the earlier technician.
                              I complained the same to UC they started negotiating with me to give me 4.5k which is my warranty cost which i had paid them. However this is not the solution as they have damaged my 45k Refrigerator.
                              After long discussions as harrasment they told that they can give only 4.5k which they earlier agreed for 10k. I Just need my Refrigerator repaired or the cost of Refrigerator. I have the UC support chat followups with many representatives but i am not getting any support.

                                On 20th Apr 2023, I got my 4 ACs serviced through Urban Company, with the following work
                                a. 2 ACs got PCB repaired.
                                b. 3 ACs got gas refilled.

                                The total bill amount to near Rs 20, 000.

                                One AC isnt cooling at all (this AC had its PCB repaired n gas refilled). And another cooling is very less.

                                I went to raise the issue in the app but my AI "lucy" keep closing my request stating the warranty has expired.

                                What kind of service and customer experience is this? Atleast when a customer spends this much (~20k), he expects things to last one season, if not a year.

She made me believe that this offer is best deal than company. Once she made me believe, took the money and ran away. Her name is Sundari in Noida....

                                  I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent AC service we booked through your company. The technician who visited our premises seemed to have mishandled the situation, resulting in further complications with our AC unit.
                                  On 15th May, 2023 we contacted Urban company to book an AC service as we were experiencing issues with cooling. The technician arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem as a faulty board. He proceeded to remove and reinstall the board, assuring us that the issue was resolved and charged an amount of 4400 rupees from us. However, to our dismay, the problem still persisted after. In light of this, we promptly contacted Urban company again to inform them about the ongoing issue. As a response, another technician was sent to assess the situation. To our surprise, this technician explained that our AC model is designed to display an error message when there is a problem with the board. Since we did not receive any error message, he concluded that the previous technician had deceived us. Furthermore, upon inspection, it was discovered that not only was the board removed unnecessarily, but the earth wire was also cut. As per our knowledge, these two components were not required to be tampered with during the service. Unfortunately, as a consequence of the previous technician's actions, our AC unit is now in a non-working condition. We are deeply disappointed by this turn of events and expect prompt resolution from your company. It is essential that you take immediate action to rectify the damage caused to our AC unit. Despite our repeated complaints to customer support, the problem remains unresolved, and our AC unit has been further damaged due to the actions of your technician. Additionally, we recently had a conversation with the technician who visited our premises initially. He confessed his mistake and admitted that he had removed the board and cut the earth wire unnecessarily. He expressed his willingness to refund the amount charged for the service. While we appreciate his honesty, it does not absolve your company of the responsibility to rectify the damage caused to our AC unit and provide a suitable resolution to this issue.We kindly request that you address this matter urgently and provide a suitable resolution within reasonable time frame, to avoid further escalation of this issue. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and provide us with the necessary support and compensation. We value your commitment to customer satisfaction and hope to see it reflected in your prompt actions.

                                    Today I booked after payment full amount for 5 ACs for servicing today (19th May 2023) at 10.30 AM.

                                    I did not receive any phone call nor any whatsapp message or email confirming if the work will be carried out today or not on schedueled time.

                                    AT 11 AM your person one Mr. Nihal reached the house. When asked why no advance telephone call was given informing that he would arrive late, he said that he sent the message in URBAN CO APP that I did not download. When asked why he could not phone me, he did not answer. He then showed his character that he would not do the work and left. I duly obliged him.

                                    How do you think you will redress this problem.

                                    Strangely, I found no conact no visiting your portal. If you work only through your app you ought to have cautioned me while booking for the service and collecting the money from me? Of late I find that your approach to service your customer is lacadaisical.

                                    I have developed a NEGATIVE FEELING about you, your approach and quality of service.

                                    Hope you will respond immeditately.

                                    Urban Company Technician has danmaged my refrigerator he has not confirmed the specs of refrigerator and added an additional coil which has damaged my refrigerator, After 4 times the complaint the same technician tried but unable to resolve, after several followups another Technician came and verified and stated that the earlier technician has damaged the refrigerator and there is no solution. UC Team asked me to do the repair from the manufacturer Samsung i tried that option but the Samsung Technician also told the same that the Refrigerator cannot be repaired as they UC Technician has damaged the Refrigerator.
                                    Further to this UC representative called me and offered me to give 4.5k as a refund which is actually value for the warranty cost i have paid to UC. I did not accept then they told that they cna support for 10k as a repair cost but i told them it is not repairable confirmed by both UC and Samsung Technician. Then they had a senior representative saying we will give 10k and share the account via link they send to me i some how accepted it as i was told thats the only thing they can offer me lastly and its the Terms and condition. Now again they have started negotiation and arguing that we can give you only 4.5k. This is an unethical with no value system in the UC organisation, who plays with feelings of customer, Damage my 45k refrigerator and harassed me for quite a month now. This is the pain and i am going to take Legal actions going to CONSUMER court and also spread this in Media. UC has really no values its disgusting response.
