I have booked for plumber service. I was allotted Plumber Jagdish. He did not turn up for a long time and when I called him, I was told that his vehicle failed and was on repairer shop.
I have paid online. Now when I tried to call him, there is no response. I do not if I should wait or book another. If so how to get my return?

    Damage to property

    I ordered the intense cleaning package for 2 bathrooms from urban company. The so called professional arrived 1hour late. He took 9 hours for a service that was supposed to take only 2-3hours. He was pre-emptively requested to not use any chemicals on the bathroom fittings. Despite all requests and reasons he argued and was adamant with the use of chemicals on our brand new jaguar fittings. Consequently all the polish of the fittings is now...

    Professional denies to service after visiting my home

    Ac service scam

    I booked ac service, technician Nadeem got assigned along with one assistant. He came and started opening ac while it was running. I asked him no to do that as my ac is working fine. He forced me to fill gas and told me that leakage is normal. After he left my ac is not cooling like before and ice falling from it.

      Gas leakage in the stove serviced by company not attended

          I had booked a haircut for two persons on 24th July 2023 but due to certain reason I had to cancel it. I had cancelled it and they told that they will initialize the refund on 31st July and after that I had contacted the customer care several times but they told they had initialized but till now the amound has not been credited in my bank account.

          Please help me to resolve this matter as soon as possible.

                  I just want my money back...I have paid 4300rs to urbanclap for house cleaning but it doesn't worth even a single rupee!!! All my walls are covered with dust and bathroom floor is like they have washed it with water only and they call themselves professional! I have proof of it.

                          First time requiring service from UC, had difficulty in registering our requirement. My address was wrong (not my fault GPS entered without my control and access). Ultimately your staff turned up and said while we asked for intense cleaning, it should be move in service. Went away. My contract cancelled but only half the amount is refunded even when we asked for alternate service and ready to pay. No slot is available. No telephone numbers o[censored]C makes it very difficult for a person like to contact you.

                            Pathetic service by professional & harressement through continuous calls.

                            I had booked for intense cleaning of my bathroom on 15/7/2023, 3:00 pm. Professional named Javed was assigned for the task. On arrival, initially he was in no mood to clean the bathroom making lame excuses of hard water stains.
