Painting services - the worst experience ever

I had booked the house painting services from UC. A surveyor came and provided me the cost estimate and the advance payable. I paid the advance online immediately. Work was supposed to start from 30 Nov 2020. No one turned up. I was assured that work would start from 01 Dec, as there was some internal issue at UC. No one turned up on 01 Dec as well. Complaint against Urban Company for not compensating me towards a theft done by their workers in my home.

We hired Urban Company house cleaning services on 14th Nov'20. 3 workers came for the job. Their job was to deep clean the house, dust, sweeping, mopping, clean the mirrors, clean the glass, vacuum everything. As per the site, they were suppose to come by 9.30 am on 14th Nov '20 and finish in 5 hours(maximum time).
The workers came at 9.30 am and finished at 5pm. 8 hours they occupied the house!

TV Repair

I had backlight issue with my Onida 43' smart TV and had raised a service request via Urban Company. The professional (Udhayan) came home and took our tv and said will return it the next day morning. But we did not get our TV back as promised and were not able to contact him for 2 days. I have booked a service appointment but didn't get it even after passing 15 hrs

Availed Geyser service in UC and Technician took the geyser with him - was charged 2500 for replacement of heating element & thermostat. Unprofessional service

Today i booked professional for my bathroom cleaning. I made payment online, instead of that after 5 hrs the assigned person called me and refused to give service at the end moment and put me on big trouble. They reschedule it on its own time and which was after 2 days, didn’t bother whether that will be suitable for me or not.

Highly overcharged for Split AC installation and no PPE kit during installation.

We have been fooled by your service executive Santosh. We already had the copper pipe for re- installation of split ac at my home. Santosh has said that your copper pipe has been bend from two sides, hence it cannot be fitted and you have to buy a new pipe. For this he installed 3 mtr. copper pipe, and asked 750 rs. per meter, whereas market rate of a good quality copper pipe is not more than 150 rs. per meter!!
So for 3 meter copper...

Problem in booking revisit

This is a disgusting customer service by urban clap.

On april 30, 2020 i had got my ac repaired for the water leakage problem and paid almost 4500 rs but now when the problem has started again and i tried to rebook the revisit, i was told by your agent that i had to wait for one week. If it would had been a new booking, they would have sent a guy the very same day.

My wall is getting damaged due to the leakage...

paid for service - issue still unresolved

1. I reported an issue on 15th march 2020 for a washing machine repair. The technician came and replaced a part (Pressure sensor) and said it is fine now. The machine worked for a few days and started giving the same error message as before. I paid ₹750 for pressure sensor + ₹249 labor cost + ₹20 protection plan + ₹299 for membership = ₹1318/-.

charging high price from customers

I have worst experience with urban clap, it’s way too expensive from any other service provider as per my experience today i had service and repair of window ac two units they charged rs. 7, 998 for this same work my neighbor call hitachi guy they did same work for rs. 2, 200 when i raised this issue with urban clap executive said we are accepting we charged more but we are providing you extra service like 90 days warranty in my opinion...

urban clap cancelled service 30 minutes before

I had booking at 8:30 am but i got a message at 7;30 apologizing for their delay in assigning staff. And when i check back my account, i couldn't find the booking i did, it got cancelled. Ppl will be having commitments. What if they cancel like this. If they don't have enough staff for the selected slot they shouldn't allow to book the slot.
