I've booked the service for pest control on 24th October. The person came told us about the things related to pesticide and told that the thing he is using is herbal and all. He first tried to do properly but then he was behaving lazy in pesticiding. After that he again came after 15 days and spray only little surface. We are facing much bed bug issue then earlier. Refund our money and tips. Better you understand the services u give to customers....

The service was fine.However, we paid the personnel who came directly through cash, but on urban company site it is showing as to be paid still.This service was taken in september 2020 and we are unable to raise concern over this to urban clap people.As no information shown.Tried calling their customer care no[protected], but it doesn't work.Now unable to book anyother bathroom cleaning from the app....

I booked Electrician from urban company for fixing geyser and the Electrician broke my new wester Intalian commode by dropping his hammer on the commode. We hired Urban Company house cleaning services on 14th Nov'20. 3 workers came for the job. Their job was to deep clean the house, dust, sweeping, mopping, clean the mirrors, clean the glass, vacuum everything. As per the site, they were suppose to come by 9.30 am on 14th Nov '20 and finish in 5 hours(maximum time).
The workers came at 9.30 am and finished at 5pm. 8 hours they occupied the house!

I had backlight issue with my Onida 43' smart TV and had raised a service request via Urban Company. The professional (Udhayan) came home and took our tv and said will return it the next day morning. But we did not get our TV back as promised and were not able to contact him for 2 days. He came with the TV on the 3rd day and gave a bill of 5900 Rs with a 6 month Warranty for the backlight and the issue seemed to be fixed. But within a week...

I made payment online, instead of that after 5 hrs the assigned person called me and refused to give service at the end moment and put me on big trouble. We have been fooled by your service executive Santosh. We already had the copper pipe for re- installation of split ac at my home. Santosh has said that your copper pipe has been bend from two sides, hence it cannot be fitted and you have to buy a new pipe. For this he installed 3 mtr. copper pipe, and asked 750 rs. per meter, whereas market rate of a good quality copper pipe is not more than 150 rs. per meter!!
So for 3 meter copper...

This is a disgusting customer service by urban clap.

On april 30, 2020 i had got my ac repaired for the water leakage problem and paid almost 4500 rs but now when the problem has started again and i tried to rebook the revisit, i was told by your agent that i had to wait for one week. If it would had been a new booking, they would have sent a guy the very same day.

My wall is getting damaged due to the leakage...

1. I reported an issue on 15th march 2020 for a washing machine repair. The technician came and replaced a part (Pressure sensor) and said it is fine now. The machine worked for a few days and started giving the same error message as before. I paid ₹750 for pressure sensor + ₹249 labor cost + ₹20 protection plan + ₹299 for membership = ₹1318/-.

I have worst experience with urban clap, it’s way too expensive from any other service provider as per my experience today i had service and repair of window ac two units they charged rs. 7, 998 for this same work my neighbor call hitachi guy they did same work for rs. 2, 200 when i raised this issue with urban clap executive said we are accepting we charged more but we are providing you extra service like 90 days warranty in my opinion...
