I am extremely disappointed with the service of urban company today. I booked for salon at home and a girl named Sonia Verma was booked for 4 PM. Her number is [protected]. She was showing on her way on your app but when we called her at 4:35 PM she said she will be bit late.. she kept giving excuses and made us wait for 1.5 hrs, she asked us to reschedule but unfortunately no slots left for the same day and finally she refused to come....

Urban Operation team,

Don't degrade your values, You must be proper control against your service/cleaning boys. I have placed a house cleaning services a week back with token advance thru urban clap app.

Unfortunately, today those service boys visited for cleaning and started black mailing to cancel the online request & they want to clean/ attend services directly for more money.

Very regret to inform you, We have booked for Deep house cleaning and waited for three days.

Now these service boys visited and blackmailing to cancel the services and they want to do independently for more money & demanding my wife at home when I was in office.

Today your service man Mr. Subhajeet Sen came to clean the bathroom. But, he has in a great hurry and just after finishing the job he insisted to submit 5* ratings. I have acceded to his request after a cursory look.
But, later in the day I noticed that taps are not cleaned at all and the wall tiles are also not cleaned properly.

We hired Urban Company house cleaning services on 14th Nov'20. 3 workers came for the job. Their job was to deep clean the house, dust, sweeping, mopping, clean the mirrors, clean the glass, vacuum everything. As per the site, they were suppose to come by 9.30 am on 14th Nov '20 and finish in 5 hours(maximum time).
The workers came at 9.30 am and finished at 5pm. 8 hours they occupied the house!

I had my washing machine repaired by one o[censored]C operatives. Instead he damaged the machine and charged us heavily. Once I complained about it UC returned money in wallet. I asked them to update in my paytm ac but they refused. Now they have taken back that money saying credits expired. I need immediate refund....

I had booked your service for mirror installation. The person who had been sent for the installation was extremely unprofessional, and shattered the mirror he was meant to hang. Kindly replace the mirror. It’s dimensions are 4 feet by 3 feet...

I have cancelled two of my booking of rupees 848 and 748 respectively which I have paid online.It's been more than 7days they haven't initiated any refund on my account....

I had backlight issue with my Onida 43' smart TV and had raised a service request via Urban Company. The professional (Udhayan) came home and took our tv and said will return it the next day morning. But we did not get our TV back as promised and were not able to contact him for 2 days. On registering a repair for my Bosch washing machine(washing cycle not working) on 4 August 2020, a service repair person called Ajay Garg came to check on the complaint. But instead of repairing, he said that if I waited for Urban Company to replace the drum, it will take more than a week. So he asked me to close the complaint and said that I must report to Urban Company that I have got it repaired from outside and so he downloaded the app...

This is to bring to ur kind notice that mr.Prabhakar (mobile - [protected]) from urbanclap was approached by us who in turn did partial service of faber chimney and told u remaining service will be done within 2 days and this person when contacted uses abusive language which is unacceptable since he has already taken the full charges kindly register my complaint and do the needful thanking u urs faithfully...

I made a booking with Urban Company App yesterday for 3:30 pm IST today. My professional has not been assigned yet and I am not being able to connect with Urban Company on any of the given customer care numbers. My money has already been deducted and this is extremely unprofessional and disappointing....

Dilip the painting consultant - I'm awaiting for my painting refund amount since Nov 6th... The painting job was cancelled by urban company people, I will not label them Professionals because there's not an inch of professionalism that they carry... Sofa cleaning was initially scheduled for 10th November 2020, which was delayed and postponed to 11th November 2020.
The representative who walked in for sofa cleaning, was sent forcibly to complete the call at my home, he was in fact not scheduled for the same, and it is not his mistake as well.

I am customer o[censored]rban clap. I have booked tv repair service on June month. Technician came on June 5 th 2020 and resolved issue. I have paid 12500/- for that service. Now after that again same issue. I raised complaint and he took back my tv and as of now, no response from them . Its around 2 months. Not getting any response. After 2 months, again demanding money even it is in warranty period. Urban ompany customer care is not responding...
