Respected sir,
I am Mittapally pravalika from Hyderabad, Telangana. In last November i have resolved water leakage issue in my house by contacting your urban company agent,
But suddenly after 4 months again it started leaking.I paid around 9000rs for refitting and repairing last time.so I request you sir, to please register my grievance and see that my issue is resolved as soon as possible.

    The most difficult is to reach UC.

    I booked the normal service of RO. The technician visited and asked to change most of the parts. All the filters of the purifier have been changed on 02-March'21.

    It is stopped working for the last 3 days. I am unable to claim the warranty from UC application. I don't know why did you make it so difficult to reach you and take help on provided services?
    Could you take it on an urgent basis? unable to use it now.

      Professional was booked 2 days ago and confirmed for a 10.30 am slot for 16/03/2021. He called on the date of the appointment at 9.30 to ask if he could arrive right away. I told him that my child was having online classes and would not be available and that the appointment time of 10.30 worked the best as the child had a break then. At 10.45 am I am called by you service centre to be told that the “professional” was attending a training and would not be available, and if I could reschedule for another date and time!! When asked to cancel the appointment I was told it would take UC 7 working days to refund payment!! This is absolute and utter nonsense. This is certainly the last time I’m going to use UC. If these are the kind of “professionals” you have on your list for services then you too are going to end up like Uber and Ola have in this country.

        Dear Team, yesterday i.e. 14th Mar. I bought your yearly membership & booked the car cleaning services at 3pm. Available slot booked from 5 to 5:30pm. No service provided to me & not even informed me. Worst service I have seen by a brand like urbanclap.

        I need my refund against membership as well I don't want to continue with such a careless company.

          Urban Company formerly Urban Clap, where I started using the app and services since 2019.
          Suddenly they started deducting UC Cash almost every 15 days from my UC Wallet without any notice, and mention it as expire. In the application under the wallet statement there's nothing visible like the balance will expire in a day or something. They have wasted my precious time over last 10 days, I had mailed everything to them but still they are like they won't be able to refund the cash. ₹826, ₹600 and ₹200 cash has been deducted from my account since past 1.5 months. All these balance has been expired without user's knowledge. They never intimate their user's that the balance going to expire soon neither expiration date visible on their app or wallet statement. They are denying to reverse all amounts, nice to see they are started scamming users. Immediately look into this and resolve the issue, else it will turn into a big issue where a company deducts user's money without any consent or notification.

          Here I introduce most arrogant and misleading customer service, who steals your money without notify their customers about expiration date on their apps and keeps repeating they would not be able to reverse the credits and they will take this as a feedback. This is the UrbanCompany, scammers.

              Hi

              I have logged in with [protected] to Urban Company and had referred one of my friend([protected]).

              As per the offer given by Urban Company, it was mentioned that refer a friend and you will get the scratch card with an amount between 100 to 5000 once your referral will take their first service.

              My referral had taken 2 services but the scratch card is still locked.
              Even after having multiple follow-ups, I have not got a proper solution for the same and they have lastly concluded below :

              "Please be apprsied that your friend must take the service from the list mentioned below so that you can get the scratch card:

              I am also attaching the screenshot of the policy where it's not shown anywhere what Urban Company had concluded.

              I have raised the concern on 22nd Jan but still haven't got a solution.

                Please check emails trails and I also provided them call recording of their executive after taking advance that work cannot be done as commited by the site inspector/ paint cost estimator, they have to give me refund of rs. 1692 which they took as advance.

                  I had booked haircut and beard trimming at 7 :00 am at my residence which is in Mumbai.Malad East Raheja Apartment. The professional arrived at 7:10 and after arriving started questioning me as whose number had I given even if I tried explaining him that it was my number that was given he still was arrogant that the number given was wrong and he was waiting and called but some one else picked up the call in order to confirm to his majesty that I had given my number only I had to request him to call me and finally his majesty gave a call which connected to me infront of him.He then with a lot of arrogance and attitude asked me where can he perform the work I didnot like the way he behaved from the very begining on his arrival and was also a bit scared as he was really agressive. My submission is that we are paying for getting the services and the professionals hired by you are not giving charity service so please make them understand this.The name of this professional who has failed you (UC)miserably was Mr. Raees Khan .I hope my request is eared and proper and suitable action is taken.
                  Indeed it was the first bad experience that I had with UC.

                    I ordered a geyser repair service from Urban Company, After diagnosing it, the technician told me that the Tank is faulty and needs to be replaced, The whole service costed me around Rs. 3800 while the price of a new geyser is Rs 4500. After a few months, the geyser was again not working, upon investigation, came to know that the tank which was installed by the technician was several years old and used.

                    Then I raised the complaint regarding the same, the care team is not responding to my requests, neither calling me back. One official with the name of Rahul even had called me saying that I'll help you, but later blocked my number after the tank was found to be old and used.

                    This is a clear fraud in broad daylight, Now the Customer care team is not replying to my requests.

                    I don't know what to do, my money was completely wasted.

                                We booked Urban Company for a painting service to be done for our 2BHK in Pune.
                                The executive arrived at our home did the inspection and gave a quote which we agreed.
                                Once the painting commenced we saw gaps in the way it was executed.
                                1. The painters did not apply putty to all walls which was necessary to ensure good finish.
                                2. Each room was completed in one day flat.
                                3. Doors were not painted as per the agreement.

                                After completion of the job, we observed cracks on all walls appearing as the days progressed. This is after one week of the completion.
                                On raising a complaint the painters arrived and did some patchy job and said to ensure that the cracks are removed completely, putty should have been recommended. How does the company expect the customers to be told how to do their job?

                                After a second complaint and numerous follow ups, a senior area manager along with the surveyor appeared and clicked some photos and agreed that some areas were not done correctly.

                                Days passed, nothing happened. Again after numerous follow ups, the customer care replied saying that the cracks were too minor and other issues would not be fixed as they would not be giving any more material.

                                As per the policy if cracks appear within 6 months of the job, the company is entitled to give a refund.

                                    I had a bathroom cleaning service done by your Company. Due to the harsh chemicals used the floor has lost its polish and has been damaged. It has become very rough. I have been complaining on the app and have an inspection done. After that no callback requests have been answered. Also after 26th Feb my mails are also not being answered by peeyush. I have lost all hope and am so dissappointed with this behaviour from such a big company. I have been sending mails through my ID which is [protected]@gmail.com. kindly check on it and get back to me with a solution or else next step of mine will be filing a complaint in the consumer court.

                                      Hi,

                                      I would like to share the worst experience that I had with Urban company recently.

                                      I (Pradeesh) had done my AC serviced on 17th by one Mr Timothy. On the date of service he was late by 2 hrs and I had to raise a complaint with the customer service post which he turned up and completed the service. Now its just one month my AC is not working. I had arranged for a revisit today (27th Feb) and as expected he dint turn up today as well. When I contacted him he gave a lame excuse that his bike is under repair and will come in the evening for sure. I somehow dint believe that and lodged a complaint again. The customer care person did put Mr. Timothy on a conference and the customer care executive assured mewill come back at 5:30 for sure and won't be late even by a minute. I requested her badly to assign some other person but she said it's his duty to come and rectify the issue he can't just give such excuses and she will personally chase to ensure he turns up at 5:30.

                                      Finally no one turned up nor did the customer care executive kept her promise. She dint bother to call or check again. I keep raising so many request but no one called as well.

                                      I would like to escalate this issue as my issue is still not fixed and I have raised a new booking to get my AC issue sorted out.

                                      I[censored]rban Company feels customer is the king then please show some respect.

                                      I am totally disappointed with this issue. Never ever expected this from Urban Company.

                                        On 16th Feb 2021 a technician came to repair the fridge from Urban Company, took Rs 4000, fridge not working, technician said he will come back next day to check, dint came, dint changes in the fridge setting without informing me, been calling customer care from many days, they are saying they will resolve the issue but nothing is done yet, my fridge is ruined, its been 11 days, facing lot of issues, please help, fridge is not working
