[Resolved] Vodafone India — disconnection of vodafone number | |||
I have been trying to close my vodafone number and informed many times on customer service but they don't disconnect instead ask me to visit the store which i am not able to as there is no store available in the vicinity. Every time they generate a bill i ask them to close the account but the call centre people are very rude and adamant not to close it. Please close my account asap Was this information helpful? | |||

Their claims about good 4g speeds are blatantly false. I get about 50% strength on 4g signal and still get only 40-80 kbps speed. Like what the hell are they doing. I got a daily data pack and always waste about 0.5-1.0 gb of data because these [censored]ers can't provide us with atleast a proper 3g network speed even on 4g network.
