On 19th may i paid my bill for my bill cycle 24/3/16 to 23/4/16, the amount was 684. I got a call last week that i have not paid it yet but i asked to look into it and later it was updated that i have paid.

Now today on 27/5/16 i got a message that my bill due is 1749 for the month of 24/4/16 to 23/5/16 which was only rs 684 day before yesterday and within a day it reached to 1749 and that too after the bill got completed.

1. How can they add a bill after the cycle is completed. If there were any calls after 23rd may they it should have been added in the next month's cycle.

2. The customer care executives are not able to give me the details of how this happened. They have no answer for this.

3. Every time i call them, they tell me a new amount. There is something hidden.

Kindly look into the matter.

    I am a Vodafone user who has been using my Vodafone number for the last 11 years. I am using a 3G connection and I am consistently unable to get data or voice inside my home in the Greater Kailash Area of New Delhi (South Delhi). I have made several complaints to Vodafone and they have not been able to resolve this issue to my satisfaction in the last 6 months and more!! The last e-mail I received from the Nodal office for my area was on the 15th of February and said:

    "We would like to inform you that on the basis of your feedback about weak coverage at your location, we have checked and identified that due to unavoidable circumstances network coverage in your area is not adequate to meet your requirements. We expect this issue to be resolved in 1- months and we will inform once this is done."

    This has still not be rectified.

        Without any reason utv name service is activated by your company and 90 rs balance is deducted from my account...
        This is happen second tim with me.. Before this one month before silk name service is activated and 99rs is deducted from my account... Thx to your response i get my balance back... Now again today i suffer from same problem...

          I got call from [protected] claiming that they are calling from Citi bank Rewards points team Rohit, Mumbai. I spoke with 1 ladies and 1 male on this number. It was a fraud call and they did Rs.2500 and Rs.2500 fraud with me and used my credit card both at Vodafone for making the payment.
          I spoke Citi helpline and blocked credit card but I am not able to get the amount reversed to my credit card.

          I request Vodafone to cancel the above transaction and reverse the amount to my credit card.

            I have shifted myself from delhi to gujarat permanently before 2-3 months. After came here i have requested for mnp in vodafone only on dated 19th march, 4th april, 11th april 22nd april and 13th may repeatedly. For this i have submitted all the regarding documents but yet now here is no update for this request. At the time of document submission on dated[protected], thay didn't concerned my about my outstanding. They told that my outstanding amount (Somewhat 400.00 rs.) will be added to my next bill after porting your number.

But from you on behalf of my complaints were ignored. Mail I received from the company in the 2nd day but it did not solve the problem, please let me know what the company is taking action on my complaint, otherwise I shall approach the Consumer Forum, which will be the responsibility of the company Vodafone.

                  2 months back i was using airtel sim card services (prepaid), one day i got a call from some vodafone's call center the asked me to port the no. from airtel to vodafone (postpaid) as i was facing some network issues also i wanted a postpaid sim, i agreed on it they promised me one week but... i got number of calls why, that made me irritated still i faced all that one vodafone guy came to me he asked my documents needed for porting also an amount of Rs 250 as security money i provided everything ... at-last my sim got port in vodaphone the main issue started from here they asked me to verify it again i said ok one person from vodaphone came to my office and took verification also he took my photograph in his mobile which i found annoying still dint said anything to them he asked my designation and so on. after two days what i found my voice calling is barred... my working airtel sim which i was using from last 3 years suddenly got barred after porting in to vodafone i dint got any call related that they are stopping my services, I cannot call anywhere due to that i was bearing heavy loss. So i decided to call 198 customer care number of vodafone i asked him why m having call barred thing???? he told me due to bad feed back in verification we are stopping your services we cannot process your port request! whatt????? i asked what is the feedback he said you are working in some yellow building due to this...
                  is this the reason????? i said so?
                  he told me it can also be possible because you haven't paid your previous bills of same no. in airtel i told him but it was prepaid so how is that possible??? he told we are sending a guy for re-verification kindly confirm your billing address. I gave him he asked me for landmark i told him near MC donalds he started making fun i spelled him thrice still he asked please spell MC donalds vodafone hire illiterate people ???? no re verification i called them again they told me we cant help you go to vodafone center and give the sim back

                  I am not getting calls, cannot call my previous sim is now dead my important no. is not working may be i could loose it i am in trouble. Who will answer this what about that Rs 250 security money???? No answer till.

                    After speaking to customer care executive on 21st may 2016, i sent an email to corpcare. [protected]@vodafone.com, requesting for tariff plan change. Received an automatic reply saying that my request would be processed within 48 working hours. Now it has been more than 48 hours and despite repeated follow ups with customer care and repeated email reminders to the concerned authority, no action has been taken. Every time i talk to customer care, i get a different answer from each executive. One person says it would be done immediately and the other says that the request was not recorded in the system. Every time i send an email, i only get an auto-reply saying they would revert within 48 hours. Finally i managed to create a complaint against their back-end team, in their record (Complaint #[protected]. However, even after repeated follow-ups with them regarding this complaint, they are not acting on this complaint. I am going through mental harassment because of their behaviour. Kindly help me resolve this issue by taking appropriate action against vodafone.

                      On 11/05, /2016, Vodafone suddenly sent me a message "Silk pack is now active on your number, as requested. A 7 days rental of Rs 35 has been deducted." (Screenshot attached) Firstly, I have never heard of any Silk pack. I even checked Vodafone website and did not find anything. Secondly, I
                      never requested to activate any such service. If I do not know about a service pack, why will I ever activate it? I raised a complaint at Vodafone facebook website directly (because I know how uneducated and uninformed their customer service is). Here is the link of the same:

                      Vodafone resolved the issue by refunding the money. But soon, just after a week, they suddenly deducted Rs 15 and activated another pack in my account without my consent. This one they call "Hotshot pack". (Screenshot attached. Seriously Vodafone, what do these do???) I again
                      informed Vodafone about this. You can see in the comments of the same post whose link is given above. They said it will be resolved. But this time I don't receive any solution. Instead, the very next day, they deduct a further Rs 49 for the same pack stating that it has been extended!!! So their customer service is so incompetent that they even neglect facebook complaints!!! Is this really the service you expect from a world class mobile company. They are nothing but a cheap service provider slyly stealing money from your account.

                      What else can I say if Vodafone commits the same mistake twice in two weeks, in spite of me complaining?

                      PS: This is just not me. Just search Vodafone Silk Pack and Hotshot Pack. You will only find complaints and NO Vodafone website explaining what it is. And I am not mentioning my mobile number here due to obvious spamming reasons. I am sharing my email ID instead - [protected]@gmail.com.
                      Let Vodafone contact me there should they decide to rectify the situation.

                      Hi Suraj, Did you get your money back. Has it been resolved by Vodafone? I have also experienced the same thing twice. First it was some Tube World pack and now it Silk Pack. In both the instances Rs 35 was deducted from my prepaid balance. I have never heard of such packs and no question of requesting activation. First time I messaged STOP to their respective number, and it was deactivated but I did not get the money back. But I though it will never happen again. However, I was wrong. This is the second time I am experiencing this. This is totally unexpected from Vodafone.

                        I had a vodafone postpaid connection from July'15 to December'15 after which i ported it to airtel. before porting i had cleared all my outstanding dues. but even after that I used to get repeated calls saying that 780 is due.
                        Yesterday I got a mail which stated that I should make payment immediately in order to avoid further action.
                        Payment done in order to avoid hassles. Each time I had requested for an itemized bill which Vodafone refused to provide me. So this is the reason why i had not made the payment. I still do not know why I had to pay 780 even after clearing all my dues. This is not expected of vodafone.

                          I work at the Capital Building, BKC, Mumbai
                          I am facing terrible coverage issues. The network keeps flcutuating and i cant have even a basic Conversation over my phone with anyone!

                          Its absolutely outrageous that having a coporate plan from Vodafone and the company not providing adequate coverage in one of biggest corporate centres in India!

                          I am attaching an image where Vodafone website itself shows pockets within BKC where there is "NO' Coverage.

                          The company needs to ensure it provides it customers the services they are paying for especially in a Metro!

                            I took a new postpaid connection on 16th may. The Vodafone executive came and collected documents. He promised that with in 48 hrs the connection will be activated. But till today the connection is not activated. Every time I get a response that verification is not done and I will get a verification call in next few minutes. But those minutes never come.
                            Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                            The Vodafone executives are not responding to calls and are not providing any update. The number is not yet activated. This issue is still on.

                                I have made the bill payment of my Vodafone number [protected] for Rs 4500 through my credit card on 15/05/2016. still I am receiving calls for the bill payment. I have already made the payment and the amount is showing in my card statement. I called the customer care number they told me that the amount that I have paid would be reversed. They have registered by complaint and asked me to pay again. But I have not made any payment again. You are requested to please do the needful on priority basis and update the payment or refund my paid amount of Rs. 4500/- in my credit card account..

                                  I have just recieved a letter saying my account has been suspended until i pay money owing on my account to the total of £13.41, i do not and never have had a contract wih vodafone and never will so why are they demanding me to settle an account i never had they ask me to phone them on 191 on my phone that do not excist how do they get this information so wrong and upset people so freely i do not know what to do and i certainly not going to phone them and be put on hold at my exspence so please is there anyway you can help or contact them to find out why i have been sent this bill, how can they suspend my phone when i have never had one, and i do not want anymore threating letters demanding money i do not owe or have thank you mr phillip hansford

                                    I had a data plan in my Vodafone postpaid of 1GB 3G data, in which after 1GB
                                    i would be charged, but suddenly one day i get a msg that i am not active in any data plan & when i call the customer care they say that i am active but the caping has been removed from my data service now its 1gb 3G unlimited in which i wont be charged after 1gb only my net speed will be slow, this was said in the morning by a customer care executive but when i again called up the customer care in evening he said its not an unlimited plan, this is the confusion going on from 1 week and my unbilled amount is also getting increased everyday as i used data service because of the customer care executive's wrong info.
                                    worst service provided by customer care due to faulty system provided to them due to which they always say is this problem is due to technical fault in system.
                                    Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      My no. Is [protected]... I m a businessman... I communicate with my students by sending sms... But.. Without any valid reason, my outgoing sms facility has been blocked... I called cc several time... Every time i got different answers... I m still suffering to send sms... It affects my business... I need a solution immideately... How can it be blocked without informing?... Where to complain about this?.. How to reactivate my sms service?...
