[Resolved] Vodafone — unexplained charges deducted from balance for services/ subscriptions not availed | |||
Vodafone india has deducted rs. 39/- in total for services as per below - 04/09/20 - 15/- (Dmw9 video) 08/09/20 - 21/- (Dnlddwapcomo) 16/09/20 - 3/- (6t seconds video fortnightly) The customer care executives claim that some "content" has been downloaded for which they have deducted the charges. No such service has been availed or any content downloaded on my device. Now they have also refused to refund my balance and informed me to mail for any further help. Aug 10, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Oct 05, 2020 Vodafone India Customer Care's response Dear Customer, As per our records the deduction was done for a PPU i.e, pay per use service which is only deducted when some kind of services is used by customer on their consent. The same thing happened with me today, I was so surprised...this guys are looting us and unfortunately we cannot do anything except go to some other consumer service. Incredible India, I am also going to post this on Twitter. I am not going to let them go easily.

Vodafoneidea have deducted Rupees 45 INR in the name of 6T Second videos but I haven't applied for any kind of request to the company please refund my money back. It's not earned by this fraud as this company do. I earn money by doing very hardwork. Refund back my money.

Oh man they have cheated me in the same way. I never availed that service. They are just taking out that money when they see a balance. Nobody knows what are those videos anyway
