I have taken youbroad band internet connection. I am from visakhapatnam, NGGOs colony area.From last 15days no internet connection, contacted so many times through local technician and call center but unable to solve the problem.Very irregularities throughout and not attending to solve the problem.Pathetic servics..please help

    Whenever i try to play any online games on my broadband i always gets more than 250ms ping in every match as well as i always gets this problem since 6 months and even the speedtest shows me 12ms ping and just after that my game gets 250ms and the main thing is that i am majorly a competitive player and i have to play games seriously, but my makes me regret of choosing this isp

      I have completely 12 days loss of internet in one month. When i call and ask they you have used innternet on that day and u wont get any extenstion. Thing is they are giving 1-2 hrs of that day and the usage i shown for those 1-2 hrs and they are counting this usage for whole day.
      Some agents are splitting bad words

      I am uding 100 mbps plan and i am getting not even 1 mb speed
      A complete fraud company. Please take a serious action they are stealling money from so many.

        I have internet connection of You Broadband in Surat, Gujarat. Their internet services are very poor and they are not being repaired for many days even after complaining many times. It’s a prepaid service so you are helpless as you have already paid money to them. I’m using you broadband since 75 days approximately and almost 30 days it was out of service till date and even today it’s not working today since 6th May till date 13 th May and not sure when it will start working again.
        It’s my request never apply for internet services broadband

              Sub: wrong selling of plan and inappropriate after sales service

              I anuj jain have taken internet plan of 3+1 months with unlimited data plan with 50 mbps speed at rs. 2250/-. All this detail is mention on the payment receipt and this plan was sell to be my their sales person on 19/03/2020

              Today i had called co's customer care for internet connection issue with their customer care executive, mr nilesh bharve and i got to know belong wrong things happen to me by youtelecom co.

              1) in their system my plan validity shows only 90 days instead of 120 days — case of misselling for business

              2) i was given this plan mentioning 50 mbps speed which is on record on paper i. E. On the payment and now their customer care executive is saying it is upto 50 mbps and not complete 50 mbps — serious case of misselling for business

              3) today i. E. 24/04/2020 i had call their customer care which was answered by mr nilesh bharve, mentioning that from last 7 to 8 days i am not getting proper internet connection. So he mention we can't help it as your connection is not lost continuously for 8 hrs in day so we won't help you.

              Above all this i asked him to transfer the call to his senior and he kept me on hold saying he occupied on other call and will answer shortly, he repeated this 2 times and then he disconnected the call without my confirmation

              Please help me in getting a justice on this as i suppose this big company consider us a earn and throw such a small customer with inappropriate service

                After paying money one of their executives giving me false commitment for connection.
                He knows that in that situation, it won't possible than also asking for tomorrow to get connected.

                Since 24th march i'm waiting for tomorrow. And still he is giving false statements.

                If not possible, then he should tell me that it won't possible.

                  I have You Broadband Internet connectivity since 30-March-2020.
                  I have taken it for 3 months period and I paid complete Money to You Broadband in advance.
                  Now I am facing the Internet connectivity issue since last two days,
                  From You Broadband side, either Technical Person and Sale Service Person Mr. Dinesh Shinde not picking up my call to resolve this issue.
                  I am not able to work from Home in this crucial period.
                  Due to Covid-19, I am not able to go at Office. So, take this connection in emergency.
                  Before taking this connection, You Broadband Sales person (Mr. Dinesh Shinde) told me that, I will not get any Internet connectivity issue from You Broadband at any time.
                  After payment, now I am facing this issue.
                  Each and every time I tried to contact them but no one pick up call to Support.

                    I had taken a plan for 6 months and 20 days, turns out the data is over when there were only 9 days still remaining..

                    I tried to cancel/update my plan, but all its showing is your rbs is already in queue, and because if the coronavirus, noone is picking up on the customer care number as well, also my internet if off in such a time and i need help urgently, they also told me they will place an engineer on it right away according to the app, but nothing happened..

                      Hello, i'm using you broadband in surat and they are not providing internet services during daytime (From morning 9 am to night 11 pm) on this lockdown. Now say what we can do after 11 pm for only 2 hrs. And they are counting these days from my remaining days. This is totally unacceptable either they provide full day internet service or do not count this days from my account. Even their services are not upto the mark on past normal days. Every 2nd to 5th day their internet is not working. Please help and do the needful. Thanks

                        I renewed my you boradband on 22nd march 2020 through the app and also paid 3887 rs for it. But now the renewal request is cancelled and my money is also at stake. Let me know about the refunding process.

                        Also i am constantly calling you and asking for help but you are not even piking up the calls. Please look into this problem as soon as possible.

                          Agent asked me to pay money first then we will give the wifi connection, after paying he never answered my call or didn't provide wifi connection. He just answered once and saying # reasons that he cannot come now road is blocked, however there is permission for isp providers due to wfh options in india and though we are able to come and go in the same route for vegetable n milk. He is just avoiding work and not even returning my money neither providing wifi even though i said it is very important and also told on the same day to provide me connection on that day itself as it can be problem from next day.. He said no issues we will make sure for connection... Saying fake promises... All they have is worst customer service and cheating without giving money back. Where all other isp providers are providing connection without any issue. I need my connection immediately as he made me pay for 3 months though i asked for a month. Stupid customer service i have never seen

                            In january i purchased 33 mbps unlimited plan of youbroadband.
                            Wifi speed i am getting is below 5 mbps also it frequently disconnects
                            I don't know why this is happening.
                            When i generate service request using app it shows service is unavailable.
                            If you can't solve problems of customer then what's the use of such app. I am not getting proper service. I think i have wasted my money in such a worst youbroadband internet.

                              Hi i am pramod agarwal relation no. - 1958643 i buyed you broadband's 6400 data pack which gives unlimited data. But after a week o[censored]sing net i was not getting proper speed. Hardly i received speed of about 40 max and somtimes 2 to 3 mbps. I do talked with there agents but they didn't gave me proper resolution. It's been 4 months and till now i only received speed of 30 to 40 mbps so i request you to look at my problem as soon as possible. And if you are not able to resolve my problem then refund my 6400 rs with deposit.

                                  I will put it very plain and simple:
                                  I give my money in advance for 12 months of internet plan, and YouBroadband do not provide 24h/7days service continuously; if opened, a support case is not taken in charge properly; eventually, after days of delay, service come back and you will notice just by chance.
                                  The pathetic customer care is via their app only, that of course does not work if your network is missing...
                                  There is no refund or add more value days if you loose (like happened on february 2020) one entire week without net. This company need a TRAI verification for breaking too many rules with the customer's contracts.

                                    I had taken 12 months plan in jan 2019 and paid 5600 and sales person has committed 12 months plan +3 months free + 40 days of power days.
                                    Which he has mentioned in crf form.
                                    Now after one year now connection got deactivated and 3 months offer not given which was promised at the time of taking connection.
                                    Been following since oct month i had written their nodal and redressal team, spoken to local team but no one is taking responsibility of getting offer added, indeed asking to do fresh renewal again they will think about there offer.
                                    This is how company is committing and making customer fools by giving offers and not honouring.

                                    Request to validate and make justice and get my offer added.

                                    Appeal to TRAI and expose on social media this scam society.
                                    BTW, they just write here on CC, that they have take care of it and they close the complain in automatic, without doing ANYTHING...

                                      My you broadband account number is 958614 i'm living in block c, sushant lok 1, sector 43, gurgaon. My broadband connection has not been working since last 19 days and i'm really getting fed up now with the lies i'm being fed whenever i call customer care who promise that it would be fixed by tomorrow, but still no internet. I have no idea who closes the ticket without visiting me or giving me a call and then i have to reopen ticket through the app. I mean in 19 days youbroadband can't fix a simple network issue and you accept me to recommend you to my contacts. I have already paid for those 19 days, for which the service has not been provided to me.

                                      Please let me know how much time you guys need to fix this issue and credit those days where i could not use your services. I'm really really disappointed with your service after being a loyal customer for so many years.

                                        I have shifted my house in sept 2019 and asked you broadband team to shift the connection but they confirmed that there is unavailability of infrastructure/cable provisioning, i had to disconnect the connection even before 3 months of my plan expiry, i have also surrendered router and fiber device around in october and requested for refund of 1000 rs, one of representative called me and asked for id proof for cheque preparation on 30oct and told me that i will get the cheque with in 15 days.
                                        Since then i have been calling customer care and checking for the status, every time customer care is saying they will escalate the issue and get the issue resolved, but till now i did not get refund amount.
