I have You Broadband Internet connectivity since 30-March-2020.
I have taken it for 3 months period and I paid complete Money to You Broadband in advance.
Now I am facing the Internet connectivity issue since last two days,
From You Broadband side, either Technical Person and Sale Service Person Mr. Dinesh Shinde not picking up my call to resolve this issue.
I am not able to work from Home in this crucial period.
Due to Covid-19, I am not able to go at Office. So, take this connection in emergency.
Before taking this connection, You Broadband Sales person (Mr. Dinesh Shinde) told me that, I will not get any Internet connectivity issue from You Broadband at any time.
After payment, now I am facing this issue.
Each and every time I tried to contact them but no one pick up call to Support.
Appeal to TRAI and expose on social media this scam society.
BTW, they just write here on CC, that they have take care of it and they close the complain in automatic, without doing ANYTHING...
