‪i am continuously getting connectivity problem since many days! My internet is not working properly. I have registered my complaint with customer care. Also customer care executive denied to give me nodal officer number, however in website clearly mentioned that‬ anyone can obtain nodal officer’s number from customers care.
This is my first complaint on 09-october-2019, if i do not get satisfactory solution, i will take help of consumer court. As i have all recording available.

Pl. Find attached snapshot for more information as i have not received speed since last 4 hours.

    They not given proper internet service. Just given internet 15 days only each month. Once we registered complaint they said provide you addtional days to use internet like today when i call him they said no complaint from your side nd no calls but i got text message from them after register any complaint numbers. I think they deleted all complaints and issues.
    Last two months back i was registered one complaint regarding disconnect service but till now no service or anyone came from them.

      I lost internet connectivity on 19-sep-2019. My complaint was registered on 20-sep-2019. My service request number is[protected]
      Since then no progress has been made. My assigned service engineer mr. Srikanth thaduka bearing mobile number [protected] is not picking up calls. Deliberately avoiding my calls. And even deliberately not resolving my connection issue. Every time i call the customer care they say our backend team will contact you but no one contacts. It’s been 6 days i lost connection but no one from you broadband is bothered. But they took full month payment.

        I have been calling you broadband customer care number since last 40-50 days regarding credit of days of 17 days.
        Because internet service provided by them was closed for 10 days before nearly 3 months and for 12-15 days before 1 month.
        Whenever i call them they says that you will get credit updates within 3-5 days but i didn't get update. And they make fool of customers like us.
        I request you to take necessary steps against it and solve my problem as soon as possible.
        You broadband is has the worst service.
        I have raised the request for shifting youbroad band connection. I have been talking to there customer support from last 15 days. Every time they say that it will require 7 working days. But till now nobody came. They are frauds. They also never return security money back. I am fed off with there service

          My wifi service is not working from yesterday. I have called them many times they picked up only 3 times. At 1st time they said wifi will be started at 12:30.2nd time at 5:00 n 3rd time at 8:00. Yet my wifi has not started. When I took the contract from that time to today I have complained many times about their service they give the same reasons again n again. It’s the poor broadband with no service. Even I have asked for refund many times but they say we promise that it won’t happen again. They always give fake promises to consumer.

            Recently i have bought you broadband internet connection, they have charged for full-year but unfortunately, their net is deal most of the time, whenever i put a complaint they say work is in progress will be sorted out the problem.
            I am facing the problem since i brought the service.
            When i told them to give refund they refused it. I feel like i have been cheated by you broadband and i suggest others not to buy their services.

            I have purchased 200 mbps plan . but speed is 60 to 70 mbps. actucally service provider has no 200 mbps plan package. just they are misleading the customer. complained no resolve by the service provider.

              1. It's been a month since i took the connection and there are connectivity issues since the day 1 and some times there would be more than one on a single day the issues go from 1hr minimum to about 8hrs a day.
              2. Their customer service executives didn't provide any support except for mentioning the eta (Which known already) which they never met
              3. I was promised 100mbs and my internet speed never crossed 50mbps

              I would like to bring this issue to your notice and would like to disconnect the connection and get my money back

                Internet service down complaint registered on 3rd august 2019,
                Number of calls registered on customer care but no service engg called back or even came for resolution.
                I have also taken static ip as the same is for corporate internet service which has affected my service.
                Complained to nodal officer, no reply for the same since 13 days.
                Mailed to appellate authorities no reply from them since 7 days.
                Whom to approach for the same.

                  No inter net access since 5 days. You super jet 100 3300 gb 3 months account number 1598351 and my residential address is flat no 4 gf, nandini apartments, venkojipalem visakhapatnam. Iam the relative of sri velagapudi rama krishna babu mla. Restore the connection without delay. The next payment is within twenty days. Please resolve the issue and restore the net connection.                     I was not happy with the services that were told and what i was actually getting. I submit complain using mobile app on[protected] and till date, it's not resolved, even though they did not assign any employee on this as well till date. Also, i create another request for cancelled connection and make a refund but again no answer.

                      I was not happy with the services that were told and what i was actually getting. Then i filed a complaint with the customer care regarding the service, but the reply was not useful. I felt very depressed.

                      Last 15 days going am getting issues again n again.

                      Now am connect internet to successfully but if i browsing that time am getting issues. Full buffering not open any app or program continuously loading.

                      Not given service credit also...

                        My internet is not working since 25th july 2019. I frequently call in customer care and they told me that they will assign a technician, but till no technician is assigned. I also talk with their senior customer care person but they also tell me the same things. They can not tell me when my internet starts working. My relationship no. Is 1821260.

                        In return, i want to add those days on which my internet is not working in my balance days as well as i want to increase my internet speed.

                        After visiting You Broadband surat based office on 1st August, they sent a technician and he replaces my modem.
                        As I already mention in compline, days are not credited in my account as well as my internet speed is not increase which I demand for the trouble which I face due to not working of the internet.

                              We have applied for two new connection in the may-19 ending. We have paid the cash amount to the agent of youbroadband but he denied to give receipt of the payment. Moreover i have handed-over my gst certificate to the guy but he has not entered my gst number on the invoice. When i raised ticked to youbroadband customer care they are not able to provide invoice with my gst number. After one month when i called again still they replied same that they will provide in some time. Now issue is that i am not able to claim gst input credit without my gst number on the invoices. The company is very careless to provide better services to their customers.

                                Subject: not providing the service of net installation

                                Recently on 2nd july i searched in google about you broadband and i got a number of some sales person, ph [protected] i think his name is prasad, he is the team leader for you broadband sales, and i told him that in my residence area there is some problem i have few months ago also i contacted you broadband persons, and i buy some package, after paying some of the amount, then they unable to provide net, because of some installation problem, they told that in my are there are no boxes availablity, that's way they can't provide, that was the problem last time i faced, and i asked him is there any chance to provide now..? That problem was saloved or not, is there any of that availablity boxes to give installation now..?, the he replied i will send a person, now he will check the availability of net to provide you or not, then he will confirm, after his confirmation you can pay the amount of the package, then he sends a sales person, his name is naga chenna rao chintalapati, his ph [protected], he called me and came to my home, and i told him about what i got the problem at last time, and asked him, is there possibility now..? Or not, then he told me no problem sir, we will surely provide net installation without any dout, you can pay now, then i payed trough online, and he told that installation will be complete in 2 days. The. After tow days one installation person came to my residence his name is mahesh, ph [protected], and he checked about the installation and he told that can't provide the installation because of boxes unavailability, and he gone. After that i called many times to sales person naga chenna rao chintalapati, and he is not responding my calls, if he lifts my call then he saying no problem sir we will surely provide you net, i am informed to my higher official's about the sichiation, then after few days he is not lifting my calls, and that team leader prasad also not lifting my call, finally one day that sales person lifted my call and saying that don't call me many tims to me, i'm not responsible person, my work is only sales, and don't call me again, if you want to give a complaint against me go ahead no problem, will see, if you want to go consumer forum also, no problem, go, and don't call me again, just call the installation guy mahesh and co-ordinate with him, then i called mahesh and he saying that sir there is no possibility to provide you internet, they will refund your amount, this is what i got finally, and i don't want refund, i just want net installation, as per you broadband company policy they have to do installation within 7 days, but they didn't do anything. And also i mailed them about the complete issue to the company and they didn't respond.

                                  I have raised a reallocation of internet connection from one area to another within the hyderabad city on 19th june, 2019.
                                  Initially they told as it will be done in 7 working days, but still there is no solution on it.

                                      The internet service is not working since last 7 days and the customer service people have also stopped responding to calls and the tickegs that were raised on you broadband app.
                                      When asked about the person assigned, what they knew was just his name and no other details, which branch does he work in, the phone number of the concerned person was also not available with them.
                                      Pathetic service.

                                        My internet is not working for last one week, i have been complaining and following up with customer care team through call and mail as well but there is no response or even callback to understand the issue and resolve.
                                        When i call customer care, they don't even have work log to understand what is the actual issue and what is the current progress, and even sometimes i get to explain the issue again and again.

                                        I even looped nodal team and appeallate as well, but there is no response, it seems they are not even concerned about customer service.
