    I as a new customer of you broadband i'm very disappointed with the customer services provided by your company.
    Joined your service on 13th, money for a router of your company was taken from me on the same day itself

    Has been giving me false assurances that the router is being sent to me, that it was kept in office, and someone is coming to deliver it to me for the past 5 days.
    Customer care helpline is not helpful either.
    He could have just told me that it will take over 5 days saving me all this time to write a complaint and the waiting for the past 5 days.
    He is irresponsible as he owns up to do something and then walks away leaving the customer unattended.
    I would like to cateogorically mention that he keeps on ignoring my calls.
    Moreover he has marked my installation setup process as completed on the website when router is still pending.

      I am an old customer of you broadband have used the service for more than 2 years. When renewing our plan, an executive from YOU broadband visited our home, explained all the plans and promised us that we would be getting 2 months extra if we opt for 6 months plan. After the 6 months are over we have not got extra 2 months, we have called customer care and registered so many complaints tried speaking to the same person who has recommended this plan, by then he left the organization. We spoke several times to the YOU broadband engineer team and executive team. They would just listen to what we say and promise that we will solve the issue. Its been more than 255 days since the account got suspended, I have been trying to tell them that i would want to renew only when you can solve the old issue, Finally they started telling me in louder tone "We cannot solve the older issue, do you want to pay and renew or not?" . I rally do not understand why do they promote retain customer plans and all if they are not able to solve the issues of customer and renew the account.Most if the times i used to face service disruptions too when i was need of working from home, they used to solve the issue next day or end of the day. Be careful and patient enough if you want to go for it.

      I am the customer you broadband india in kukatpally, Housing board, JNTU, hyderabd - 72. In october we paid through online payment of october, 2019 for 3 months they are given special code for payments of 3, 6 12 months. We applied the same and do the payment. But so far not given bonus period. they are mis guiding and cheating to customers.

          Over the past 3 months - services are poor. Frequent disconnection of internet services - which is referred as outage by you broadband.
          Internet speed not what is written in the you broadband website advertisement.
          If the scheme is valid for a time duration we expect services to be available, else give extension of the scheme for the duraton the service is not available.
          Wi-fi router provided by you broadband has outdated software and the service engineer does not take responsibility to upgrade it.

          Poor escalation level and my presumption is that you broadband does not care. Now under vodafone ownership, but no improvement.
          I have with you broadband for more than 5 years.
          Possibly would have to look for some other service provider.

            From last 2 months i complaining continuously about slow speed but youbroadband executives just give me copy paste answers. Technicians come and just take a look they don’t do anything. Mine is 60mbps plan but i don’t get more then 2 mbps speed in a day. Their technicians say it on my face right now you compromise with this speed. It’s been 2 months now i haven’t got any resolution. I have even tried contacting nodal officers and appellate officers but no one replies. My 6000₹ are wasted and i am stuck with this crap youbroadband service.

              Hello friends, today we want to share our experience using You Broadband Internet services. We are one of the leading IT solutions provider company.

              We have taken a new connection of You Brodband with 200 mbps pack for 1 year on 20th Nov 2019 with advance payment. We had rasied ticket for Static or Frame IP after installation but no action on it. From last 2-3 days we are regularly follow up with their customer care team but they are not responding properly.

              On every call You Broadband customer care team said that your complaint is registered & our executive will come shortly. But after one week the situation is the same and no any technician came to resolve the issue. The worst network service provider we have seen so far. Their customer service and support are very poor.

                No any one responding after payment, i fill like you broadband fraud
                No service since 6 days . They came last month. Collected the cheque. They have only one customer care number, for which you have to wait for nearly 7-10 minutes before you can talk to any person alive. Actually, that is a call centre. They register your complain. But, no complain ID or docket ID is given to you. For complain to TRAI you have to produce the proof of your complain. So, they are very smart not to give you complain ID. On the website there is no number whatsoever of any office or officer. Their app does not work.
                No one has come to fix attend to the problem. This company is a very big fraud. I am thinking of approaching the TRAI or consumer court now

                  I am suffering from internet connectivity issue via the broadband connection of you broadband that i am using for the last 8/9 years, i am a loyal customer and you broadband is very lethargic in resolving my issues.
                  Continuous disconnections and no resolutions after complaints.
                  This is very bad from you broadbands side.

                    I had made october 2019 payment. It was not reflecting in idea broadband (You broadband now) side. Hence i provided them my bank transaction reference along with screenshot etc. I proactively followed up with them for 3 weeks. And they kept reling me their backend team is resolving it. Inspite of an issue on their side for not able to trace a transaction they cut off my internet service until they are able to close out issue on their side of tracing payment. Worst customer service!!! Idea broadband (You broadband) suck big time!! Stick with jio broadband please

                      I am facing internet connectivity issues from few months back. Internet will restart by itself and some time it not working properly. I make several complain from last month but still problem not solved. The company technician person come and just say it will be work soon and closed my complaint.in last month i had make aprox 5 to 6 complain through mobile application & from this november month i make complain from 1st date and sill it going to my 4th complain and i dont understand without solution why my complain showing closed.

                      Its a frustrating to doing several complain and still the problem not solved.

                        I complained about about no internet service since 4 days. When i enquired no technician till now had been assigned to my complaint. It seems that they are not willing to resolve my issue and offer no service when i have paid for their service. This is very clear that it comes under cheating. If they are not willing to solve my isssue i want my money refunded as there are many broadband services offered in my location particularly jio.

                          @youbroadband worst service. Internet not working properly. Not proper reply from customer care and service executive
                          Please sort out my problem. Your service worse than other internet provider. Other service provider at least give proper solution but your executive are irresponsible. I have registered more than 39 complain about my internet problem but no one gives proper response related to the complain. Whenever problem occur in your internet you doesn't extend my validity. Shame on you.

                            I am a customer of youbroadband since many years. I registered a complaint regarding internet connectivity issue 3 days ago and kept on enquiring about the problem for the past 3 days but the backend team till now had not atleast assigned an engineer to my problem... If i had to wait these many days for the assignment of technician itself when can i expect the solution to my issue... I already mailed regarding my complaint to [protected]@ youbroadband.co.in but till now no one addressed my complaint. I hope my problem will get addressed without any further delay after mailing you

                              I never expected this from a service provider. They even don't bother about the customer's problem. During the thunder and lightening my router damaged. I have raised 3 complaints regarding this but no response from their end. Neither has the thought to call back. They only call when they need to activate the plan for 6 months or one year. This is the scenario of pune, what will be the other town issues!!!
                              They upgraded my plan to 33 mbps, till now it never crossed 10 mbps speed limit raised complaints about this too. Total of 4 complaints in-app and at least 10 complaints via customer care. Not a single got solved.
                              If anyone thinking to take the service please don't take it. I am facing the no internet service issue for 4 days and took the 6-month plan.

                                My self wakaar shaikh, existing customer of youbraodband, (Customer relationship no: 1646665 & ]) having lots of problems of connectivity failure almost 1 to 2 times per week. I have chosen highspeed 75mbps plan from sep 1st & if i am not getting connectivity then what is meaning to take this plan? I had already registered complaint on 18 oct.2019 on call centre but till date today 22 oct 2019; problem not solved... The people are dropping 3 to 4 message daily when your plan is near to finish. After we renew they show there real face.

                                  We would like to bring to your notice that mr. Mangesh joshi came to my residence and collected the cheque number 012364 of amounting rs. 6744/- with promise that our new you broadband internet connection will start in 2 working days.

                                  15 days have past i have given money to you broadband and still we have no internet connection installed and workin.

                                  Mr. Bajrang who is manager of mr. Joshi is not giving me solution and not answering my calls.

                                  They are rude on the phone and cut my calls.

                                  We have been cheated.

                                  Please return my money asap.

                                    One of the most worst service in the world, even pakistani broadbands services are better than you broadband. I took you broadband connection in pune for three months, every day of month the connection is just woking 4-5 hours a day. So i disconnect the connection after 2 months as i moved to nashik. I submitted my router and modem on 30/8/2019. I also mail them and call them to update my address so as my cheque should be couriered on my new address in nashik. But they not updated my address. I call them 15-20 times after the submission of my router and modem but they are just saying that your request is escalated on higher basic but they never updated my address. Now when its 45 days has completed as they tell me to get cheque in 45 days so now they are saying you not send us address prof so as to change address. Also when i requested to change the address the person from the customer service told me that concern team will call me to get my address prof but now 45 days has passed away and i not get a single call from the you broadband. Today i call the customer service team and when i ask them that is you broadband is same all over maharashtra or it is given to local broadband provider. So they told me that vodafone has given this to they local cable in every city and the local cable network is running this as per them. One of they worst service don't even think to get this connection otherwise you will also suffer from money loss fraude # youbroadband @youbroadband pvt ltd you broadband cares

                                      I have requested for new connection. After connection they dont even respond on installation part.
                                      I requested for refund on the next day... But till now no progress its been two month... Even today i called up they again raised a ticket but no refund. They just say "will get back". Am chassing through email also... They so quick in collecting the money from customers but when it comes to services and refund it's zero.
