I am an old customer of you broadband have used the service for more than 2 years. When renewing our plan, an executive from YOU broadband visited our home, explained all the plans and promised us that we would be getting 2 months extra if we opt for 6 months plan. I have been using “you broadband “ internet services last 12 months, they installed a back for getting internet. Which is powered supplied from my resident. As they promised to add 5 days extra for a month,
For 12 months they have to add 60days. I have logged complaints almost more than 5 times no one is responding. Now my account was suspended.

Over the past 3 months - services are poor. Frequent disconnection of internet services - which is referred as outage by you broadband.
Internet speed not what is written in the you broadband website advertisement.
If the scheme is valid for a time duration we expect services to be available, else give extension of the scheme for the duraton the service is not available.
Wi-fi router provided by you broadband has outdated...

I had made october 2019 payment. It was not reflecting in idea broadband (You broadband now) side. Hence i provided them my bank transaction reference along with screenshot etc. I proactively followed up with them for 3 weeks. And they kept reling me their backend team is resolving it. I never expected this from a service provider. They even don't bother about the customer's problem. During the thunder and lightening my router damaged. They not given proper internet service. Just given internet 15 days only each month. Once we registered complaint they said provide you addtional days to use internet like today when i call him they said no complaint from your side nd no calls but i got text message from them after register any complaint numbers. I think they deleted all complaints and issues.
