I am using youbroadband wifi connection and due to some lightening my modem got disconnected. When we registered complaint, the technician visited after 5 days (After multiple chase by call on customer care). Technician told that modem need to be replaced and agent will come tomorrow. Now it has been 20 days since the modem is not working and nobody called / notified about fixing it. I paid around 1200 rs for monthly data but used for 7 days max. Now when i called customer care to either fix it asap or disconnect the connection and refund the money, customer care representative told that we can't refund but can disconnect it. What type of service is this? You can not fix it in time, you don't want to refund the money. Is this really how a service provider works?

    My plan was expired. Before 2 days of expire some near by executive contacted me and collected money from me. It happened 15 days back. Untill now my account is not renewed. If i make a call to customer care they are saying amount is added to account back end team is working on it. Every i used to make call they reply back saying your problem will be solved soon. All frauds are happening in you. My details are shared amoung multiple nearby executives they will call you and ask money. Once you pay money that's it you need to run after them.

    I don't even understand what to do.

      I have taken connection of you broadband from vadodara gujarat, he told that the connection will be established between two days, but it take 6 days,
      But there is no update about the connections

      After that we have talked to the agent and the company but there agent did not pick up call and did not reply me in whatsapp

      After that i had complaint to the company and many time told that we have registered your complaint and we will found between the 10 days but it is still they have no updates about the company and they are not refunding my money

      I have again told you many times refund money but they are not refunding money

      Taken 2700 from me but not refunding

        I have planned to relocate and hence tried calling you broadband customer care, nobody has picked-up my phone hence there was an option to raise a relocation request in ivr, then i raised it. No body has responded for 3 days. I was keep on trying to contact customer care and one day it got connected. I have explained my problem that i need connection relocation and raised my request. Its been more than 10 days and no body has contacted. I have raised my complaint by email as well (Escalated to nodal office but no luck).
        My account no is : balu421. Now i need a disconnection as i didn't have internet for 15 days hence i chose act. Please do needful.

          I had applied for new connection in youbroadband, the executive said the connection will be created in 3-4 days, but its not happened even after 1 week and their support staff is really irritating. I had raised a request for refund. They said backend team will reach me after 5 hours. This has been done several times.. I called them again and again but they said the same answer, but the refund is not yet initiated. These guys are playing with...

            I bought YOU broadband hemmer plans (for 2 years) in February 2017, now expired plan in February 2019, at that time I paid deposit of 1000/- rupees.
            Now I disconnected connection from February 2019.
            Today is over than 3 months.but don't get refund till now.
            I called to customer care lots of time, but they never give faithfully answers.
            I m very worried about that things

            As time of connection marketing executive introduced me plan for 3 months, also gave information that due to festival offer of holy this plan for now 04 months and this is shown in your system within 15 days from plan activated, but still not update in system and the dat is 18 june shown instead of 18 july, the name of executive was dinesh shinde.

              Hello,
              I have requested for home broadband from vodafone. Their executive came and check the feasability and asked me to make payment, after that they are going to provide broadband connection. I have done the payment and informed. After that he said within 48 hours you will get connection, but i dint get even after a week also. The executive has been saying different stories. He had been saying like he would come tomorrow or next day like that. Finally he told we dont have any fesability to give connection and he told they will refund the amount to me. One month over I didnt get any refund and they are not picking the call. Please take necessary action on them.That manager is very worst. He never respond . His number is [protected].

              We r renwed our plan from 6 mbps to 50 mbpson 23rd may 2019 bt till today we can't get sufficient speed for use.so plz do for needful...we call customer cars but they can not give any response and stastisfaction rply..plz do the needful and quicly..

                Hi Sir - I hereby lodge a formal complaint against youbroadband, pune for their failure to provide proper service for which they have already taken 100% payment from me. I have raised several complaints with them to fix it but they have completely failed. I asked to cancel my connection and give me a refund to which they are not agreeing to.

                I had raised a complaint earlier with you but did not receive any response. hence, resubmitting. Requesting you intervention in this matter

                  I brought the connection from them on 24th May ad paid money. At that time they promised me to install the connect in 1 day but I got it on 31st may after 11 days after regular chase.

                  Now after installation I am suffering with with internet connectivity during power cut. I have raise multiple complaints in customer care but didnt get any proper answer. they always told me that today our backend team will contact you but never recd any call till date. I am still facing this issue. Now during rainy season my internet is not working 6-8 hours in a day.

                  I am now pissed off with this. I am calling customer care daily and ask to resolve it but they told that we have escalated your complaint and you will get the call today and I have to wait for the day and next day call to customer care again.

                    Ive been calling youbroadband customer care vadodara-gujrat for 5 days now they are not solving my problem of not connecting to the internet.. everytime i call them they say my request is under process but they are not reacting even their employees are manner less they said they can not solve my problem ... What does that mean ... If you see this guys never ever buy you broadband connection its the worst then the rest of the other brands out there

                      From past 10 days I am unable to access the internet. Initial I have raised complaint using mobile app but I dint recieved any response, next I called customer care number and requested to resolve, the customer care person told be that my complaint is already in process it will be resolved soon. I waited for 3 days but I dint recieved any response from them. Some how I managed to get youbroadband manager number ( bangalore ) and I explained him the issue. It is already 10days, inspite of calling custom care centre and manager on daily basis the issue is not yet resolved. Even I have mailed nodal officer regarding the issue. I have not recieved any response yet( mail was sent 4 days back)
                      You broadband is not working at our home since last 7 days ..despite online complaints no engineer has come to our home ..application has no use ..its reticulous..kindly solve it as soon as possible

                        They are yet to respond to my complaint. Requesting your intervention. Its been 4 months now that I'm following up with them. Neither they are fixing it nor they are refunding.

                          When i tried to youbroad band new connection many calls came out and asked to pay... Upto payment every second there was a call... After payment left out without installation... My calls not responding by youbroadband...3200/- paid... Send mails to customer care and calling them who had done followup with me for payment... Everyone kept silent now... Rediculous.. With 3200/- you broadband will do party or what...

                            I have been trying to get in touch with the you broadband guys (Ahmedabad) since the last 3 days. They make us pay upfront but their service is pathetic. I paid for six months for 40mbps speed. But the speed is nothing more than 200kbps.

                            They are not receiving the calls nor are they trying to rectify the issue. Kindly help us in this regard
                            It is the worst broadband connection I ever had. Customer service is even more bad. Within a week of getting the connection I had problems and when contacted the service center, their customer care doesn't know how to talk and the service guy would never come to fix the connection. Sheer wastage of money.
                            Wifi is not working, have registered complaint through Youbroadbabd app. The engineer is not picking up calls.We are following up continuously with engineers but we have not received any response.There is no prior intimation from the team of wifi service not working through sms.

                            Last 10 days my internet not working and modem is offline i call 3 to 4 time to customer care and talk about my issue and they told me you wait sir we will solve your problems but still 10 days i can't not any solution

                              I had installed you broadband here in dlf phase 3, u block on 21 may. My confirmation no. Is cc332509 the people came and setup device and left saying installation is complete and internet will start in half an hour, went to office and came back in evening still there was no internet connectivity. Tried getting support on the you broadband app multiple times however it always says there is a outage in your area. Next day i called local person who installed the broadband and said that they will fix this, came back in evening there was no internet. After 1 hour internet started, however speed was very slow. I have taken 100 mbps plan however could not even download 500mb file in 1 hour. Now 3 hours later internet is lost again and in application shows same message, there is outage in your area and just says it will fix by some time and than time gets increased and does not allow getting support. I just to cancel this connection and get full refund immediately.

                                Hello,
                                I am rahul, a resident of pune city. I moved to a new place on 27th of april and put an address change request immediately. Youbroadband told me that it would be done within a week but after numerous calls and 10 email conversations with their appellate team, a technician showed up and he put a broadband wire which connects to the modem but promised to out the optic fibre the next day which was 15th of may l. After this i have talked with the same technician twice to ask for contact details of the manager of operations at pune's branch but they failed to do even that. I request the youbroadband representative who is reading this to refund the amount equivalent to the days that have been remaining on my account and free me from your disgusting service.

                                  As usual no reply from this provider. That is the reason I want to left youbraodband company . I had put a complaint to the customer care that my wifi is not working after renewal (renewal date- 13 may 2019). They discarded my complaint without solving it. Have to call them again for same problem. They Are neither solving it nor giving my refund. It has been 6 days since my renewal.having lots of problems of connectivity failure almost 7 to 10 times per week.
                                  I am not able to add my GSTIN number through your web site so kindly do
                                  needful at earliest.

                                    You Broadband india lts now powered by vodafone is a Broadband service providers in India. I am you broadband customer since last 2-3 years. Recently my internet plan got expired so i called customer care and i asked them for credit days when internet was cutoff for any reason (maintenance/wire cute etc etc) but they said i am not eligible for credit days. I asked the reason why i am not eligible but they didn't provide any reasonable answer. before this day i never i asked for credit days

                                    I am paying for 24/7 internet service so if the internet is down for any reason they should add extra hours/days to any customer account

                                    I have also noticed You broadband take off the internet after mid night for like 1 am to 5-6 am. I have notice this many many time, is it some kind of strategy to save bandwidth or they think customers are fools and sleeping and night lets just turn off the internet ??

                                    Whenever you call to customer care and ask why internet is down in my area ? and they always reply "wire cut OR maintenance" (Scripted answer)

                                    Whenever you ask to speak to the floor manager they are never available (even if you call on regular day time shift)

                                    In one month my internet get cut off like 3-4 days and i do not get any credit days for that WHY?? i am paying for 24/7 internet service. don't i ?

                                    So after all this problems i email to nodel officer of You Broadbank india ltd for clarification but again they failed to answer. i sent another email and they didn't reply. Here is the screenshot

                                    as you can see how many time i have to complaint about my internet service.

                                    My Questions are

                                    1. Why i am not eligible for credit days yet i am paying for 24/7 service.
                                    2. What kind of business tactics do you use and turn off internet after mid night so you can save some bandwidth ?
                                    3. Why it is always internet not working 3-4 days a month ?
                                    4. Why there is no floor manager available to answer properly.
                                    5. Customer care even refuse to take my complaint regarding the credit days.

                                    I also have phone conversation recorded with customer care when they are refusing to take my complaints and more.

                                    As per my knowledge there are many things they are doing is against TRAI and also against Consumer ACT.

                                      I used you broadband connection year ago till march 2019 and they came and collected modem in april 2018. Till now we haven't received the deposit. We have called them several times to get the deposit they said they will give the deposit within 45 days but it's been over a year and a month 17 may 2019 we haven't received the deposit. Please take action against them. Thank you
