When i tried to youbroad band new connection many calls came out and asked to pay... Upto payment every second there was a call... After payment left out without installation... My calls not responding by youbroadband...3200/- paid... Send mails to customer care and calling them who had done followup with me for payment... Everyone kept silent now... Rediculous.. With 3200/- you broadband will do party or what......

I have been trying to get in touch with the you broadband guys (Ahmedabad) since the last 3 days. They make us pay upfront but their service is pathetic. I paid for six months for 40mbps speed. But the speed is nothing more than 200kbps.

You Broadband india lts now powered by vodafone is a Broadband service providers in India. I am you broadband customer since last 2-3 years. Recently my internet plan got expired so i called customer care and i asked them for credit days when internet was cutoff for any reason (maintenance/wire cute etc etc) but they said i am not eligible for credit days.
