I had speed issues and contacted them they have asked to change the router I change it still problem with speed after contacting them for more than 10 days they have upgraded my package to 78 mbps speed charging me 1000 rupees instead of 500 as i already paid 1500 10 days back for 3 months package... after upgrading my package still no proper speed... i wanted a refund of 2500 and cancel this subscription with them

    Sir, i've recently put up a connection with you broadband india.
    At 30th of april, due to heavy winds my connection wire has been cut from the line box.
    I've contacted them since that day but no one is giving me any response for my connection.
    I've prepaid them 1469/- for 3months of connection but it's not even 10days i've put up my connection and they're ignoring my issue everyday.
    This kind of action with the costumers is unfare and is a punishable offence!

      I have requested to shift my connection to mini bazar to shiv dhara residency. Your sales person came at my place and told me its feasible. He took money from me and after 2 days he told me your money will be refunded as the new place is not feasible. So now i am trying to get back my money since last 52 days. And that sales person asked me to talk directly with his team leader bhavin patel.

      First of all he is very rude and unprofessional. First he said me you will get refund in 7 days as per company policy. After 7 days when i asked him again he told me it will take 15 days as per company policy and after 15 days he told me it will take 45 days as per company policy. And every time he was rude and last time he abused me also. I have call recordings also. Below is the details of persons mentioned above from surat team.

      They not given connection and not refunding yet after 52 days

        Hi, Im writing in regards to my internet connection, werin i got there services on Feb 03 2019, there executives were quite quick in collecting the documents and payments, however once all the formalities were done from my end i had to wait for another 2 days before i could start using my services, P.S: it was up and running after lot of calls to there customer service, now out the past 2 and a half months almost for a month on different occasions, there services were down coz of some outage and every time, i had received and text stating services are down coz of one or the other issue. moreover after checking the same with there customer services, they had no clue about it.

        Lets talk about there services, I have one word for it, "PATHETIC"
        You cannot expect a service worst than this.
        everyday after evry half an hour ive to restart my router to get the internet working. I guess i did a donation to You Broadband

          This is really rhidiculous. I have renewed my account yesterday and till today there is no internet connection. I have reached out to the customer service team but there is no one who can help me. I don't understand what am i supposed to do. This is really very frustrating especially when there is a lot of work piles up that requires internet connection.

            Respected sir I Javin anupambhai kharod before 40 days file a request for change the location to youbroad band and submitted all the necessary documents and proof after 40 days passed my connection still not done and their excucative says your building premises denied permission to install the new wire but actually it's wrong reason I personally call 24 time to customer care number and inform him that our society members just ask you to propre connection with clamp but their excucative never interested on it and not provide connection so intially I paid 6 month recharge so my humble request to provide me a better solution

              We are having connection since last 8 month and every month it is down for 2 to 3 days second one of the most pathetic customer service and rude engineers...

              Their sales person came and sold 200 mbps plan. We are paying bill since more than six month and now we realise thati their router is not compatible at all for 200 mbps.. And they do not have any device in a company to compatible for 200 mbps.. It is kind of cheating and fraud only1.. It is my request to all you broadband user to check it weather you are paying for false service expectation or not??? Internet is not working since saturday afternoon. For one it company it is very inconvenient and we were connected with 4 different engineer visit promise a d last engineer is saying he can not work on fiber and hung up.

              . They are saying to fix it sometime on monday but can they pay for loss coz of zero internet... We are paying for going with local brand.. I am definitely going for consumer complaint and legal notice if matter will not be resolved and compensation will not be given..

              This is 5th day and engineer is giving lame reasons of road close bit there was nothing like close.. Shame on services... If it is not fixed by evening i am giving all details in local news paper along with given wrong tariff... And they put big box in the premises taken deposit and not even picking up call to cancel the contract... Do not give false commitment..                 Respected sir i javin anupambhai kharod 1270457 user id from youbroad band service and register mobile number [protected] given application through customer care number for relocation my connection 19/03/2019 and i renewed 6 month 240 gb plan in month of january 2019 after that youbroad band service team never responded me and never shifted the connection i personally 22 time's call in customer care number also more than 9 time message to their email address [protected]@youbroadband.co.in but still there is no response and when i applied for new connection for just checked whether their service abilable or not? So many exciting offer's from their concerns team means they are not interested to shift the location otherwise they must provide a new connection in same place based on that i feel youbroad band cheat me taking money in advance and after not provide services so please consider my request and take a strong action and try to install the wire and start internet connection as soon as possible

                    I required new broadband connection in hyderabad, so started searching, later found you broadband with good plans

                    I called you broadband local executive person narender ([protected]), he promised the internet connection about availability in our area and agreed to fittment of connection on next day.

                    Later another person ([protected]) called me for id & address proofs to complete the application process. And asked to pay rs. 1469/- advance for 90days.

                    I paid through online, receipt no. Qici[protected] on[protected], after payment i forwarded receipt to executive. He said, they will come for installation of new connection.

                    But an hour later, these 2 executives not responding to my call. From 2 days they ignoring my calls. I called from another number, 1st executive picked my call, when i asked about not responding to my calls, he immediately disconnected my call.

                    Later i spoke to customercare executive, even them also answering carelessly.

                    I feel cheated and i request everyone to stay away from this fraudulent company and fake promises.

                      I faced internet break down suddenly thus registered complaint on saturday, i. E 6/4/2019
                      One of their service engineer came & informed me that there is fibre cut & hence he escalated the case to other team..

                      2days past after that none of the higher team came nor the issue is resolved. They even didn't bother to inform that when the issue will get resolved & always talk abruptly without mentioning any fix time to issue..

                      I want my issue to get resolved at earliest & also compensate the loss that have done in 3 days..

                        From yesterday; my tata sky is showing a complete blank screen. However the tata sky box is showing green and orange light but didn't show anything on tv screen. It also showing starplus repeat channel no. 118; tatsky beauty channel no. 119 and your advertisement channel also but did not show any main channel. Its so frustrating because there is problem on every second day which i have to deal with.

                        I am helpless now because every second day your customer care executive say to call technician and pay them. I think in a year you guys make your customer pay an extra heavy amount to you or your technician are not really good that can do a job in a one go. You can check my id that how many times you charged us extra money for your technician visits. I am fed up now. Kindly please help me.

                          You broadband the "internet services provider" has taken the payment. It been 5 months and i have not received the internet connection. I have call the helpline and they have only one answer "we have escalated the complain". This is pure bullying, every time i ask for a refund they say "we won't give you refund". I hope that this site will teach these company lesson on how a tax paying citizen can do.

                            I took internet connection for speed of 60 mbps unlimited plan,
                            But not found this, i check by test maker and this shown around 10 mbps speed, this is not acceptable, kindly resolve, and till not found 60 mbps this all days service should be extend in my package, so at the time of connection seller give me promise for if you not find speed please complain and till not satisfy result found all loss day may extend your package,
                            This is really worst that i find only 1/5 speed out of 60 mbps

                              I have made a recharge for 3 months but most of the time due to some issues there was issue while connecting to wifi.
                              It's been more than 5 days that my wifi isn't working, i have raised a complaint using you broadband app but nobody is coming to resolve the issues. Everytime the plan is over their executives flood us with calls that when are we recharging but as soon as any issue comes up nobody is there to resolve it.
                              I am fed up with their services.

                                My userid is arpan821. From last two months i am facing connectivity issue. This company just call to client for renewal they are not interested in client connectivity solution. I feel my self stupid and fool that why i took connection from this company. It’s a really horrible, waste of money, waste of time and waste of mind. Whenever i complain his engineer pravin vanzara resolved my connectivity issue on book not in my home. Really tired and sick. Strongly recommend to people don’t buy it.
                                I've connectivity problem since 5_6 days & no one cares to solve even I've registered complaint daily last 3 days ... This problem occurs twice in last one month ...
                                Very bad service by you BB...

                                  I have registered with the broadband company for a change in the location of the wifi as i have shifted by 500meters. They had said they would be sending someone on 25th february but its been 5days and no one has come neither they are picking up the phone. Everyday i call them 10times. Complained on customer care also but they are not taking this seriously. I have paid for 3 months so i cannot cut the network also.

                                    Their is no internet for the past 4 days. I called customer care for 20 times and they always give the same response to give complaint on MOBILE APP. I did that for more than 100 times.

                                    I tried to contact local YBB team. They say the same to wait. They are the worst people to get your service done.

                                    Some random service guy calls and say I will be their in 10 mints and never lifts calls again. He is doing the same for the past 3 days.

                                    Worst Service Ever.

                                      Unable to access internet for last 10 days and customer service response for loss of interent was no power supply at local hub.
                                      Daily i was calling to customer care but didn't get my issue resloved.
                                      The people from customer care are so reckless, they cannot even given the proper solution or tell the time for resolvation of problem.
                                      If problem is not resolved, i have recharged for 3 months .Refund back my money .I will find other service provider.

                                        I have paid for a yearly plan with you broadband and after intial 2-3 days my service got disconnected. I have been trying very hard to resolve the issue, but they are not giving appropriate reply. I tried to call then several times and even visited the office for 3 continuous days to complain about it. But it was of no use as they do not listen to customers. On asking for refund i was suggested i can not received any refund. Kindly help me to solve this issue.
