I have never seen such worst service provider. I have paid the amount for 3 months plan with 78 Mbps after getting confirmation that there is feasibility in our area on 15th Jan 2019. Since then there is no response from sales team and no response to the technician numbers given by sales team. I followed up each and every day by calling to customer care, sales team, Hyderabad head office. Finally after 8 days I have got response that there are no sufficient ports for installation.
There is no proper customer service and the way response from technicians is totally unprofessional. And now they are telling that my refund process will take 10 to 15 days. So, I need to wait for 25 to 30 days to get my money back with out internet on top of it. My payment relationship no CC297790 . Disgusting service.

    It shows ISP server is not connected... Probably it's Fiber Optic related issue... I've registered my complaint in You Broadband App on 14th January 2019 but no one helped me out. Even though they are not giving any particular duration to fix this problem. Staff is too lazy and Unprofessional. Some of them blocked my registered contact too.

      I have paid for a yearly plan with you broadband and after intial 2-3 days my service got disconnected. I have been trying very hard to resolve the issue, but they are not giving appropriate reply. I tried to call then several times and even visited the office for 3 continuous days to complain about it. But it was of no use as they do not listen to customers. On asking for refund i was suggested i can not received any refund. Kindly help me to solve this issue.

        If you take the money from you, then you do not pay attention to the service, you will be made tomorrow and will not be able to serve you. There are 4 days wifi band for 7 days in service if you are doing an office or importanat work in wifi, please do not hesitate to contact us. If you need a lot, you should request a router from a company other than the broadband, and then you will not get a refund and you will not get a refund, just work for that meaning. After the completion, the bow in the service shows more negligence and requests in their application even though sending them, the services do not come with complete scraps

          I had gone for a new connection with you broad band. Checked with their customer care and found that the connection can be provided with in couple of days from dt of payment. I had made payment on 8th jan 2019. Till 16.01.2019 no one turned up for installation. When cross checked with their service engineer he confirmed that connection cant be given due to some other reasons which they hide at the time of making payment. Now also when checking with customer care still they confirming that they are checking and still hiding the fact. Now how to get the refund is a million dollar question.
          Paid rs.3499/- for 6 months subscription at once.

            Hi, i requested for the new internet connection, and paid amount from online. There is no feasibilily of internet connect at my home with out box so i requested for cancellation and refund. Always when i call the customer care, they are telling they assigned the issue to technical team and they will contact me. But till now no one called me, i dont have any update on the refund amount no mails no calls. Please help me in getting the refund amount as soon as possible.

              I took new connection on 26th Nov 2018 the instalment was done around 8 PM. On 27th date the internet connection was working, And on the date 28th the connection was not working I did complaints about this to customer care and they came and fixed on the 29th date and on the same date for some reasons I had moved out of that place. so I almost not used the connection. I have shifted to a new location. At my new location, your internet is not available. I paid 6 months charge (INR. 4779.00). I have called the customer care numerous time Requesting them either to cut the charge accordingly to my usage and please refund the remaining balance amount or requested them to provide the internet connection at my new location(my new location is not a remote location it is in the mid of Bangalore). but the bad response from the customer care is always it is your problem, not our, We said we are ready to use your internet but you should provide the connection at my new place, and if the connection is not available in our new location is it my problem or yours? Now even they do not bother to reply to my emails, one more worse thing all time whenever I call the customer care all the time they shall reply me differently, it is been more than 30 days now.

                My you broadband account no 1476896 i have renew my connection from 2mbps to 50 mbps speed plan. I generate request to change old low speed modem to new high speed model on 24 december 2018. But till date no action taken on it and customer care also not answer properly,
                I also send email to you broadband but no reply to me, i also generat complain from you broadband application but no solution made by them and i also ask for surat you broadband office contact number but customer care didnt provide me

                  I asked for a broadband connection (3rd aug 2018) for my house for which i gave them inr 3900/-. After taking the money they called me and told me that they will not be able to provide the service to my area and refund will take 45 days time. I have made several calls to them and sent multiple mails but they keep telling that their technician will call and let me know when i will get my money back. Till date i have not received any calls from them neither they have returned the money.
                  All i have is a stupid ref no[protected] which they say they don't know

                    You broadband sales personnel promised me at the time of taking connection that I will be provided with 52 extra days from normal 180 days as per my plan if I use my personal router and not using you broadband. Till date extra 52 days have not been credited. Several times complaints have been lodged to customer care but no solution from You broadband
                    I am now left out with 25 days remaining and continuously getting renewal notice. My request to grievance cell to look personally this issue and provide me extra days as promised. Else I don't have solution other than disconnection of you broadband and advertise others over social media not to use You broadband.

                      It's over 10 months since i returned my modem but didn't get the refund. I visited you broadband office multiple times in ahmedabad & was told that they will give me the cheque. Finally i left ahmedabad & there ms. Binita assured that she will be able either deliver the cheque to delhi or my relatives in ahmedabad address for which i sent her the address as well on 6th april 2018. Neither i or my known receive the cheque. Now i got one number of mr hasin pathan who never picks the call. Now whenever my know visits the place people say that they are preparing it. This sort of organised fraud i have never scene and beware all who plans to purchase their services as they are not going to return your security deposit.

                        I've taken the internet broadband connection from you broadband company. According to the package i've chosen, i should have been provided with a broadband and a router which has not been given until yet. When we started our connection, they promised us to provide within a week but now it's almost 2 months and they haven't provided us with what they have promised. I even called their salesman, branch head and the manager but they are giving us excuses and are now saying that they won't be able to provide us with a router so rather we buy it ourselves which is a complete violation of consumer by giving false promises during the time of selling of the product and then not delivering the service as promised.

                          I was given a printed marketing paper with a phone number to contact for new connection. Since my priimary internet provider was down for a day and I needed to be connected for work purposes, I called asking about a connection. I was promised connection within two hours after payment and sending documents. I immediately did that but they took more than 24 hours to put a line only to my location. A line only(which was not fibre to home technology) as promised and without a router which was totally useless to me. While the line was brought around noon, when asked about a router, no response till late evening saying now in village, cannot help with router to wait. He then called back on Monday afternoon. If YOU broadband treats new customers who pay full amount like this, I cannot imagine what sense of customer service they have. I wrote to them for refund. They better refund it to me as the line is useless to me and I do not wish to have any association with a company of such poor customer service.

                            Recently i have bought you broadband internet connection, they have charged for full year but unfortunately their net is deal most of the time, when ever i put a complaint they say work is in progress will be sort out the problem.
                            I am facing the problem since i brought the service.
                            When i told them to give refund they refused it. I feel like i have been cheated by you broadband and i suggest others not to buy their services.

                              I took a new service on 01/12/2018 till now i am using through lan cable for only device.
                              While taking new connection your sales executive told me pay 300 rs. But, now he is telling there is no stock.

                              Your technicians are very rude manner

                              I raised complaint but, there is no solution.

                              Very very worst service in the world.

                                As we were pleased to subscribe to a 6 months offer, at the moment of confirming it and renewing, online and via telephone, we were informed that to have it we needed to pay for a totally different one (Pricey of course) and without option to opt for the same.
                                This is a cheating and the company with works for vodafone, should be blamed for this un-ethic behave.
                                No need to say, we opted out as we sniffed the cheat

                                  Cheaters dont buy their internet they have taken full year payment and most of the time their internet is dead, they are giving all types of excuses such as work is in progress...etc... but the problem is same since day 1.                                     My internet connection is not working since 2 days and logged 10 calls but no one called me back or visited my house. Everyone on telecaller says that you will be contacted back within 4 hours and or some technical personal would visit the place. I waited after every calls but neither i been called back nor visited by any company person. I spoke to their senior services person regarding this she also told me that i would be contacted shortly. But still nobody has contacted me.

                                      On november 9th i made the payment for opening a connection from you broadband. Upon their insistence i made the payment to speed up the connection process.
                                      On 10th november i got a call back telling my building is not feasible.
                                      After which i have made numerous phone calls to customer care for the refund process and have yet to recieve any refund or any information.
                                      Kindly resolve.

                                        I'm using youbroad band connection from last 3 months. My internet connection package is 1800 Rs for 3+1 months means total 4 months. After 3 months they disconnected. When I reached to customer care executive's they are asking for technicians updates. If I'm asking technicians they are said that they dont do it and they reply in a vulgar manner(one of the executive his name is Nagababu from kphb colony, Hyderabad).totally they are trying to escape. I have all proofs with me.
