I applied for you broadband connection with assurance that the connection will get fixed with in two days even m having a voice prof for that. But no one come to fix the connection.. After that i called to customer care and asked for cancellation of my connection. They told amount will be reimburse with in 7-10 its more than 40 days.. Daily they are saying one and another excuses but not refunding my money. They just shifting my problem to other person. Kindly look forward for my problem.

    You broadband people are thief. My bad luck, i opted for their broadband and i regret that day till today. Since october 2017, till today (November 2018), they have not given my refund back.

    I have even visited their office 4 times and everytime they tell that it is going to come in next 1 month, but it never comes. If i call them, they say that the cheque has to come from gujrat or our manager is not in office today. Everytime they have a new excuse ready.

    My accout number is 147555. And i have kept all the receipts with me.

      I have facing too many problem with your youbroadband connection. And no one is going to hear from me.

      I have renewed my internet on 5th oct 2018 my internet was down from 6th oct 2018 and when i called my customer care but they are not taking my complain and said they can not able to take complain due to their internet is down and they was not responded properly, then can you tell me who will provide my service regarding the same?

      Then i have asked please refund my money which i have renewed as net was not working from the day i have renewed and i have paid for 3 months.

      Is there anyone who can hear me and tell me without internet can i get my money back? Or i have for forgot this money for no internet provided by you.

      Update:
      Every time when we complain to customer care from application or by phone after 4-5 hours we will get automat / canned response with resolve message but actual no complain have been resolved.

      Their engineer (Mr. Tushar) said you have problem with modem on 15-oct-2018 and we will replace tomorrow and till date there is no resolution

      Can you please confirm if anyone is there to solve my problem and where can i file complain to consumer court as they taken my money and not giving internet service
      Always spilt my net and not connecting since 5DAYS .. and my all works are pending but no local contact hear and I have to always put my complaint online and then after enginear is coming after 4 days so I m really frustrated so plzzz provide me hear local office Numbar so I can go or I can call and solve my problem ...

        I have a router and it is not working, it is totally dead. I have tried detaching it from power and reconnecting it, nothing happened. Please respond as early as possible and rectify my problem and oblige.

        It is in the same state from yesterday night (27/10/2018).

          I have paid 1999rs from you's website for wireless router on 8oct and had requested for cable modem for 100mbps on 13oct. The requests have not been satisfied yet. I have made many calls and they say we are escalating the complaint and tech team will call in next 4 hours but this never happens. I have repeated my problems to customer service a thousand times and i have to repeat everything again.. But the status of requests and complaints is same for a long time.
          Talking bout connectivity.. You telecom is the worst. Down time of minimum 8hours atleast thrice a week. This is insanely worst service ever.

            Internet is not working properly since last 15 days. I have registered lots of complaints. But each week 2-3 days internet stops working. I want my refund and want to disconnect my internet from you broadband.
            Help me to recover my plan refund amount. They are saying that within next 4 hrs they resolve the issue but no one is attending or calling us to resolve the problem. Why no one is registering any kind of complain on them?

              Connection of internet has been regularly disconnected. When we power off and then on the power then for some time the connection has been started. After some time same problem continues. We have file regularly complaint online in this regard but problem can't resolve till date. I m very tired to make a call to customer care because no fruitful result has came. Please do the needful.

                You broadband company always gives false commitments. I have been fallen prey to this company. I had requested for new connection and the connection was done almost after 1 month which they committed in 3-4 days. Later after providing connection they were supposed to provide me wifi giga router which still haven't provided. Whenever i contact the call centre they say that my complaint has been escalated and someone will contact you within 4 hrs which happened. I have already paid 5400 rs in advance for 3 months connection with wifi router and am not able to use this connection. People in pune (Shivaji nagar) never by this connection. Its like buy unnecessary headache to yourself. Now am planning to file a case in consumer court against these guys.

                  You broadband company and their sales executive are theives. These people take your money and never show their faces. I have paid for my connection for which these people took more than 1 month for installation. After installing they never provided wifi modem due to which am still not able to use this connection. Sales person are using the money for personal purpose it seems as when i visited their office customer support guy told me that the money was deposited today so it will take 4-5 days to deliver the modem. It's now been more than a week and still they haven't delivered/install. I have been following up with these guys regularly but now they don't even bother to pick up my phone. It's been a nightmare for me paying the harassment.
                  Don't buy this connection... They use your money without any interest for their own good and harass the common people.

                    I applied for a new connection, it has not yet be provided. They keep promising that it will be done today but it has not been installed.
                    The staff is rude too and do not care about the issues. I have attached the receipt of payment along with the complaint. The receipt was also provided a week later.
                    Now they are saying that the router is faulty and many other excuses.

                      Hello,

                      My name is jigar shah.
                      I’m located in ahmedabad, gujarat.

                      We went to a vodafone store last month and the marketing guy there offered a plan for the vodafone – youbroadband plan.
                      We were looking the internet plan so after some follow up we tried to go ahead with.

                      Earlier in this year we also checked with some youbroadband team for the feasibility and the said that in the building we have office situation is not feasible for the connection.
                      Now, team member from vodafone store paldi visited the office, and his before visit we asked them to check the feasibility first, we sent them complete address and they said that the connection is available or not. So they checked with their team of you broad band and they confirmed that they will be able to give me the broad band line on our office. We tried to double check but once there was a written proof from the technical team of you broadband then we did not have to worry about and now as that is vodafone you broadband i thought that we don’t have to worry about when the brand name is vodafone being a customer of vodafone mobile services since last 10+ years.

                      Now, everything was done beginning of this month, we given a cheque payment to that person and they said that it’ll be done approximately before 4th of this month. Within that time we observed that you broadband technicians are facing the issues in the installation on our building as there was not any direct connection available and they have to bring new fiber till our office and that requires further approval blah.. Blah.. Blah.. Now after so much follow up of that vodafone team member who came visited our office and done all formalities we first ask them to figure this out then we spoke to the manager of that store and they explained that they are facing difficulties and it’ll be done soon.

                      Yesterday finally i was desperate, b’coz vodafone already deducted the fund from my bank account as we already given the cheque for the procedure and tried calling to vodafone person to provide me date but that looks next to impossible now and he connected me to mr. Nagesh who is sitting on the iscon branch (Gulmahor) of you broadband. Initially he is the guy who sent the report that it is feasible in your building now what he is trying to explain that there is no feasibility. I asked the same question again and again that why initially there was feasibility and now it not suddenly. After some talk he hangup the phone with some rude answer. Being a customer if that is not going to happen the i will definitely ask for the refund as vodafone can not keep my money with they will not be able to install it at my place on timely fashion, then he said that it’ll take 15 days to process the funds and all…

                      When it was feasible then only i started the procedure. And now how can you say that it’s not feasible?
                      Nagesh seems to be non-responsible employee in your organization and was yelling on the phone even, when he understood that he was on fault.
                      I want to answer on following things.
                      1) i want to refund this within 24/48 hrs. Does not matter what the policies of vodafone / you broadband. As if you guys can not keep your words and then you’re talking about the policies that will not make any sense at all.
                      2) i want all of you guys to request you that why you have a team member who is actually making the image of your organizations dull. Take proper action against him as he does not seems to be a responsible guy.
                      3) and how can you deduct the fund when there is no feasibility?

                      I’m expecting a phone call from anyone who have the required courtesy to answer my questions and answer my questions above, before i actually place a complaints on internet.

                      Mr. Nagesh is the concern person who gave wrong / false information and my cheque was deposited. Mr. Nagesh contact number is +91 [protected] as what i received.
                      I would say non responsible employee, even he does not have courtesy to talk with customer, and not even apologies on phone. He was speaking like he is the boss and as a customer we can do whatever we could. How anyone will stop speaking on phone when we were on phone, and last said that we can’t do anything and explaining me the company policy..? Don’t you have the policies before approaching the customer? If i’m suffered then definitely there will be so may other suffer from this team also, ensure that on your end.

                      Take a time to read and understand which is the level of your service you are providing. Either you don’t have right people / right company collaborated with, or you change the standard of the service you are providing.

                      I’m writing this by wasting all my working time when i regularly doing my office work, but since i’ve given you the application even in office i have to keep calling you guys to understand what the status is. That’s not something i thought of when i initially paid for this.

                      Please take required action, as being a customer we could not tolerate this kind of nonsense.

                        I have requested to deactivate my broadband connection on 30th september 2018.
                        Till now i had talked 5 times at customer care number[protected] for same concern and always heard back that technical person will reach my office with in next 4 hours and will proceed to collect modem/router and process deposit refund.
                        They constantly holding my call and cut them self. Please do appropriate action against them.

                          I want to register this complaint against youbroad.in as my request for internet relocation has delayed for more than 5 days now and the customer service seem to be very ignorant to my request. I have called the customer more or less than 30 times and every time i called them they would just repeat the same script that has been given to them. I am without internet till today. And i don’t know what to do. I am so disappointed with service.

                            Dear Sir/Madam,
                            I have subscribed to You Broadband connection "YOU WHITE PANTHER 6000GB 6 months" by paying the complete amount for 6 months at the start. After subscribing there were frequent disconnections almost every 5 days 6 days. Even after repeated complaints they have provided temporary solutions. As per them they have put one box at someone's residence and they are switching that box off to save electricity bill.
                            After the technicians were unable to solve the issue they transferred the issue to one Mr. Chitti a senior at you broadband as per them. Mr. Chitti promised that he will ask an officer to call us and complete amount would be refunded. But no one has called us till now and Mr. Chitti is disconnecting our calls without even receiving them.
                            I have called their customer care again and after putting me on hold for several minutes they disconnected my call. Kindly note that I have wasted several dirhams for international calls for this issue as I stay in UAE and that connection was only for my old age parents to stay in touch.
                            If this is the kind of service they are providing I wish the respected authorities to either cancel their license or provide the customers with relief from their misbehavior. Disconnecting the customers calls is a very strangely disappointing attitude for a reputed company like YOU Broadband.
                            I have the history of complaints related to disconnections and some calls which were recorded with me.
                            Kindly help us in this matter.

                                I recently took connection form youbroadband of plan rs. 3000 (You mustang).
                                I was assured during sale that it will come with free installation & free to use wi-fi router.

                                However only modem was installed and wi-fi router was not installed at my premises.

                                After asking, it was told to me that it will be installed after one week. (Persons's contact who installed [protected])

                                Furthur more i received the activation message from youbroadband a day earlier than actual installation took place.
                                This guy asked for my userid and password and activated it somewhere else & not at my home. Next day he installed at my home that too without wi-fi router.

                                I did not got service as promised.
                                Last 24 hours net no working

                                  I must say, this service provider have pathetic and worst service provider. Every month on almost twice in a week, they will have some issues, also almost taking 5-6 hrs to solve it or may be more than that. If you called customer care they will not provide you any details about the issue but only they can give timings when service will get resume which is never correctly provided..
                                  Providing service doesn't mean just sending an automated message on mobile about 'power failure' and n number of reasons.
                                  Customer is paying you money with higher charges not for giving false promises by your technical support??

                                  How its going to help for 'working people' by providing poor connectivity of your network?

                                    I am existing customer of You broadband india since many years, having broadband connection of the company.
                                    from 11.09.2018 my internet connection is not working properly for same on 12.09.2018 i have made an service request to the company on mobile APP and they have registered my complaint vide SR No:[protected]. The engineer name provided to clear the issue was Tushar More and communication Mobile No: [protected] was given on SR details sheet.
                                    engineer has visited my place on 13.09.2018 and assured me that their is some problem and will be resolved by 2-3 working days and without solution of the issue they have closed the service request on the system.
                                    on 18.09.2018 again i have raised complaint regarding same problem as the issue was not solved again they have closed the complaint without entertaining, the details of complaints made by me as follows:

                                    after many complaints i have wrote the issue to appellate via email regarding the issue but no response received.
                                    again on 21.09.2018 i raised complaint through SR No:[protected] on app but no one has entertain the same.
                                    after many complaints and request no one from you broadband company has approached us for the issue.
                                    again on 25.09.2018 the same replay service request has been made by me on app and on customer care.

                                    and also called to Mr. Soyeb (You Broadband Officer-Surat) on his Mobile No: [protected] he clearly replied that he is helpless and for next 4-5 days you have to suffer as they doesn't have any staff to handle the isuue.
                                    you broadband customer service is hopeless. What about the upper management they doesn't care about their customers.
                                    I personally never recommend you braodband to any one.
                                    till date my net connection is interrupted and i am facing this problem from last 15 days.
                                    I am being cheated since 10/aug/2018 by not giving proper internet speed as per my PLAN.
                                    I am given 4 to 6 Mbps but My Plan is of 15 Mbps.

                                    I want refund for this cheating in cash or in credit anything. when i call you broadband, it increase my speed upto my plan, and but when i do not call and complaint they keep my internet speed upto 4 to 6.

                                      I have requested for a transfer of my connection on last week of august and it is not addressed by the team till today. I have contacted the customer service people multiple times, and have also escalated the issue to the nodal officer. But no one has actually resolved the problem. Service attendant provokes to file a complaint instead but does not care about the transfer. Kept delaying the service for 1 month now

                                        I am YOU broadband user,
                                        On 4th Sept broadband stopped working. I have called more than 10 times in customer care but issue not resolved yet.
                                        From the day I have registered a complaint I did not get a single call/email from YOU broadband customer care or any respective engineer.
                                        I am only calling customer care for the status.
                                        Each time I am calling to customer care they said they will raise my complaint to senior thats it.
                                        Worst experience with YOU Broadband.

                                        Requesting to take some serious action here... :(
