I am using YOU Broadband since a longer time but since few months they are not responding properly and very often internet connection is not available. I have raised complaints almost 5-6 times and even talked with seniors but they always take complaints and never responded to it. Just give false commitments that query will get resolve in 4 working hours. Just talked with "Madan Nadar" and he also told me same. Every time call connects to different person and he or she started from start and suggest very silly solutions like restart device or plug out cables and plug in again. I never expected such service by YOU broadband and I am already disappointed by such pathetic service by YOU broadband people. I will suggest to people that never ever choose YOU broadband as your internet provider because their servers are always down (10 times in month) and often internet is not available due to device issue or technical issues and customer service is also pathetic. So it is not value for money. Don't waste your money on such internet providers.

I am just waiting to end my subscribed plan so I can get rid of from such worst internet provider.

    I have registered for opting the you broadband connection and paid inr 1687/- to you broadband. But later due to some reasons, i have cancelled the connection and requested for refund.

    Its been 3 months, till now i did not receive my money back.
    Every time you broadband people tells me in 2 or 3 days i will be getting check for the same... But its been 3.5 months till now i did not receive any check..

    I request you people to take a necessary action against these people for these negligence and creating problem to me.

      I Have take broadband plan of INR1947/- from "YOU Broadband" . As per them it will be 3 months with 75mbps with Wifi router free.
      If we are not taking the Wifi router, they told i will be getting 1 month extra internet. So i opted for 1 month extra plan without Router

      But after end of the 3 months they did not add 1 month and the customer care people are not responding properly and not addressing this.
      Its been 10days am keep on calling them for resuming the service for one month, but not responding

        I have applied to you broadband for new connection. On 09/09/2018 you broadband marketing person came to my home and collect payment cheque. He has informed me to provide connection by monday. I called​ him last week, he assured me to provide connection by monday. Today nothing done by them and when i call him they are not picking my call. I am suffering due to non providing connection as per commitment. I have wasted my lots of time. I am suffering for backlog of work load and even financial losses also.

          Dear sir/ madam,
          This is vaishali bhatt, holding your company (You broadband) internet connection since last few years.
          Account number : 1577824. Which i had taken last year ar my fathers place. I have already paid or recharged this account for 6 months well in advance on 5/9/18.
          However, till date after numerous compaints regarding non functioning of intenet, no satisfactory service provided by your end.

          Neither cia of your end are bothered to resolve nor attended the registred complaints.

          I am highly disappointed by this behaviour.

            The sales person made false promise as he would give connection within one working days.
            I have tried to contact the sales person but no positive reply . Made multiple complaint in Customercare but no action taken till date.Nobody contacted me. The app of the company showing same status from the first day. No record in their website of my connection and the complaints i have submitted..bad customer care service.

              I have taken a connection on the date 30th August 2018, since from the day I am facing connection issues I have complain several time to customer care regarding the issues yet the issue has not been solved till dated, and also the provider have not provided me with cable while connecting the internet .its really effecting my business .so I want to put disput on my amount which I have paid to youbroadbnd .hope you will look into this matter seriously or else I have to take another legal action against your connection for harassing the customer and doing fraud .

                I have never seen such a pathetic service. I'm have made the payment for 6months subscription but never received a proper service for at least a week without complaining. I have almost complained to more then 50+ times for service but never it was a permanent solution. Finally i have suspended my connection and awaiting for refund.

                  You broadband is the worst ISP I have ever seen, I am disgusted and distressed with the internet they are providing. They loated 6000 rupees from me and promised 78mbps speed, I see no internet access every alternate day and the speed will be 3-4mbps. I want raise a complaint against these guys. All my work is lost. I had to use my mobile data all the time to access the internet. Whenever I call the customer care they just say your issue will be addressed in 4 working hours, no one will come to home and look into the issue. I am really feeling helpless all my work is depenedent on the internet.

                    I have made a cheque payment to have you broadband installed at my home. During form filling, i was informed that my locality has the service. However, after the cheque was cleared and the amount deducted from my account, i came to know that you broadband can't serve in my area. They are not yet ready to refund back the money. And everytime i call the customer nodal office, they just inform that the back end team would contact back. But even that call is never received.

                    I would want your intervention to have the money refunded with interest. This is a clear case of forgery as the company is requesting me to have other customers to be onboarded to have the service in my locality

                      I am having connection with YOU Broadband and on every second day it stop working. I report complain through their mobile app but they close request without taking any action or without resolving the issue . This is worst experience with YOU Broadband. This ISP harassing customer after taking money and do not provide any customer care.

                        I would let you know that i have got a call from mr. Mangesh joshi from you broadband and he told me that if you will do the payment online today (28th july). Since 29th july your service will be activated. Whenever he knew about the permission issue in my society, he has done the payment to complete his the target. Since that day i am following to cc to get the refund money and i called to cc many time. Last week, i had visited you-broadband office at shivaji nagar and talked to amit more. He told me that i cannot your help. You gave money to sales executive (Magesh joshi). So talk to him for a refund. I do not know. Today is 9th september and almost 45 days has completed but i have not still got my money.
                        I had send the email to nodal officer (Nodal. [protected]@youbroadband.co.in) but i have not got any reply from that side. There is a worst service.

                          In the last week of july 2018 i thought of swithching from ion to you. The representative raghu [protected] called me and asked me to pay the yearly amount in full. 3.5k for 20mbps anf assured a fantastic service.
                          When asked for activation i was told it would take 2-3 days to activate but by that time i had to live without wifi which i cant as i work from home.
                          So i thought of recharging my old wifi for a month. This for the first misery i got from you.

                          Next i called them after a month but prior that raghus boss asok [protected] calls me and asks if i can activate the plan and take the services later as raghu wanted to meet the monthly targets to which i agreed. You came to activate the plan and put the wire on 5th sep but later the you got activated for 2hours but later no connection
                          .

                          Represeantatives were given call false assurance was given. But you guys are totally unprofessional and sick.

                          I would post this in social media as well.
                          There is no refund and you guys suck big time. Total bunch of liars

                            Opted for a new broadband connection under the name of ismail shareef and the registered number is [protected]. I paid the amount of rs. 885/- to your sales executive on 04 sep 2018. He promised me that the connection will be installed on the very next day, but when i am asking them for the connection those # sunil and satheesh are not responding. I have visited their office which is located @begumpet (Hyderabad) for the mental torture which you broadband has given me. Please find the cef form in the attachments.

                              I have renewed 20 mbps plan and downloading speed is ok as per plan. But uploading speed is not useful as am getting only 2mbps speed provided is not proper as compared to any other broadband in india. Globally average upload speed is also (20 mbps download and 10 mbps upload).
                              I have to get 9mbps at least, so i have raised a complain 5 times to the call center and by e-mail as well.
                              So far there is no response from your managers or from any of them for to resolve my problems.
                              I would suggest globally to the other customers of all this upload speed issue that don't get vodaphone or you broadband.
                              If they can resolve this will become at least up to the mark for to compare with other broadband.

                              They are just big frauds. They are neither they are giving me new connection nor refunding the money back. Everytime they say will get call in 4 hours and never get a callback.

                                Over a month and half ago we responded to http://www.youbroadband.in/amazon-firetv/ advertisement from you and applied for a new connection. Within a few days the connection was given promptly after we making the full payment.

                                However, until date we have not received "amazon firetv stick" which was part of the deal. Till date we have made several follow ups calls and are tired of following up.

                                Request this forum to intervene and resolve.

                                      I have taken YOU Broad Band Connection From Surat - Gujarat. I did take it for 1 year and taken the highest plan internet broadband connection. In just 3 months I have 16 to 20 complaint but nobody visits my office and you know the most important feature of the YOU BROADBAND IS, THEY AUTO CLOSING COMPLAINT and When we personally visit Surat Adajan Main Branch just to take static Ip then that person not replied anything and also we paid cash amount for static IP.

                                      then I meet one of the managers personally and informed everything but they guys are useless no one responding at all. Then frequently we called his technician and sales executive as well as Adjan office, They never picked up a call (When we call to adajan office on[protected] then after at least 4 to 5 mins continuously rings then picked up a call and again gave me false promise) then we tired so much and this all we were doing since more than 10 days and our internet almost not working since those many days

                                      Now believe me just to take STATIC IP, We Personally went through you broadband office at adajan surat branch and paid that amount and still today on[protected], I don't know whether static IP come or not because till date to this date internet is not working. MAIN THING IS THAT IF YOU WANT ANY YOU BROADBAND SERVICE e.g Static Ip then you have to visit its main office they will not serve you at your office. I Requested his via online service but no response at all.

                                      So I eagerly request you please NEVER EVER TAKES YOU BROADBAND BELIEVE ME EVEN I HAVE NO TIME TO WRITE THIS BUT I JUST WANT TO SAVE SOMEONE BUSINESS BECAUSE I FELT THAT I LOST SO MANY THINGS JUST BECAUSE OF THIS YOU BROADBAND

                                      As I am doing mostly software related works so my total dependency is on electricity and internet and this YOU BROADBAND HELPS ME TO LOST BUSINESS

                                        I would like to raise a complaint in connection delay with you broadband. I was said by the sales rep about the connection in just 1 day after the payment is done on 9th of august 2018, whereas it's been almost 5 days and the way the rep responds to the calls made by me about the same is in a very disinterested way. I believe they are least concerned about the services they've promised to the client.
