You broadband net was out of service last 4-5 days, it resolved on thursday nite and it was said days will be credited, i am following since 2-3days and only got answer that it will happen in 4 hours, its been more than 3 days i raised complaint.
Now when my monthly plan exhausted, they are asking to recharge. But lost days not yet credited.
Pathetic service of you broadband, they never resolve issue on time and this case no actions. So it observed they never raise ur complaint on same day u raised.
Very poor unreliable service.
I an goin to discontinue and suggest not to invest ur money n time for this.

I have an account with you broadband 1486844 i was using there services in last year but stopped due to inconsistent service provided by them, recently on 8th july i renewed internet plan for a month and for an entire month wifi didn't worked for even 24 hrs a i kept calling them and even wrote a mail to seek help on said matter. There was no support on there end and when the month ended they had the audacity to contact me to renew the services. Even there engineer wold often update false visit reports. I very much like to have my money refunded.

From two day internet connection is not working properly. As network of wifi is not getting we can't complete our online work. So i request please check internet connection of our side and solve our problem about wifi as we have to submit our online files and other internet work is stopped by ur internet connection. Get start soon to make our online work get done on time.

I have taken new internet connection one month back. They offered different plans with high speed internet connectivity. I choose 12 mbps speed unlimited downloading. I got the connectivity within one day. I was so happy about their service. But when i start using on it i realised that i am able to use very less hours everyday and the rest of the day i have to followup with the engineers to restore the connectivity. They have so many reason to disconnect the internet. Nobody will taken responsible, bad customer service.

Sub:- complaint regarding the refund.

This was the charges paid by cheque in 3rd aug 2017 against which the new connection was to be fitted.

The job was not done in-time and in spite of lot of follow-up even.

In returned we had to face huge nuisance from your representative. (Ramu)

I wanted a broadband for gaming so upon enquiry executive from You Broadband promised me of best connection. Being attracted to 18 Mbps plan I paid like 8000 rs for 1.5 years. Now when I complain of ping issues, there is no action taken. I have kept patience for like 2 months. There is literally no help from customer care. All they chant is that your problem will be answered shortly. Even the number which is provided to me of the Sr. Engineer is fake. The name of Sr. Engineer is Chintan Bhatt. If anyone is bothered to help me. Here's my user id:vivek105. I'm regretting buying this connection.

Your company had mentioned that I will get a wifi modem at my place in 2 days and it has been over a week and there has been no response. Even after repetitive complaints at the toll free number and the office there has been no response at all. I had opted for wifi services and not a service through LAN wire solve my problem at the quickest. Because your service has been pathetic and your customer relation even more pathetic. No one has given me a clear response as to when I will recieve a wifi modem at my place

I had connection two months back. When I opted for a plan of 6 months and router free for Rs. 2799 they said they will be providing connection in 2 days but they connected after 4 days and no router given to me. I had my own router to connect internet and after so many followups I got a answer from sales and customer care people stating routers are not in stock. So I have opted for no router and extended one month service. Now again the issue I am not able get the internet for last 4 days and not able to connect customer care also. So how TRAI is allowing this kind service provider. Worst broadband service ever seen before.

My connection 886482 is terminated on Dt.[protected], after I sent mail to your office and request for customer service on mobile app, and Modem is collected by Shri Vijay.
Still I get phone calls, SMS to renew.
Now, I once again request you to remove Jungle of cables laid in terrace of my house, failing which, I will have no other alternative but to cut it and put on roadside, without any liabilities on my side.

I have subscribed You broadband network 3 months back for one year.
Network support is very very POOR. Networks drops every after five minutes.
I have lodge the complaints at least 25 to 30 times. The response and support for network is very poor. Still you broadband has not resolve my issue.
All Customer support executives gives false commitments always.

We have requested for the termination of the services in April. The router and modem were collected by your team on May 5th after contacting you. We haven't still received the deposit yet that is Rs 1250.

I have also emailed Appellate on 5th June regarding this. The problem is still not sorted. It has been 3 months now and as per your terms and condition, it should be done in 45 days.

I also contacted nearby Youbroadband sales team and they are not helpful as well.

My connection is not working for the past 7 days and whenever i call the customer care, I am told the problem will be resolved in 4-8 working hours. The connection is not working from 3rd July.

My Customer ID for You Broadband connection is vipul2033. My net is not working since 01-07-18 and I have launced complaint on 2-7-18 @10.30 a.m. But still my problem is unresolved. Since 2-7-18, I daily address my problem to You customer care no-[protected] and Everytime they give commitment that technician will solve problem within 4 hrs. I also mailed to nodal officer of you Broadband, but nobody has contacted me.

Kindly do the needful.

Hi my kaushal jain having youbroadband connection from last 4years continously with same ac number
I requested for transfer of connection on 27/06/2018 where i was told it would be done till 28th i received call from technican on 28th who told your request would be processed till end of the day when it was not done till end of the day i again call the technican who told i cant come direct you again make the complain when i again called costumer care on 29th from that day till today they are giving only one answer you will receive a call in 4-8 hours from backend team but as usual i didnt receive any call between the 7 days in between these days i called more than 10 times but in reply i receive only one answer you will get a call in 4-8 hours i even insisted to tranfer the call to senior manager but they never tranfer i must say one should think twice before taking you broadband connection in surat because of their poor and very bad after sales service
Since i have made payment in advance for next 12 months i have no other option rather than hearing them for every problem they reply one and only answer you will receive call in 4-8 hours from backend team
Due to their poor post sales service i request all others who want connection in surat to go for other company broadband rather than you

I am very sorry to inform you that your executive mr tofic contact me for connection and take but in spite of clear my cheque of rs 2100/- till date connection is not made. I have followed him many time but he did not pick up my call. My tenure of connection was 3 month and it is to be completed but connection is not made. I have registered my complain on dated 2 june 2018 and complain nos was[protected] but no any action taken by you so it is my humbly request to management that extend my tenure and make connection. If connection and tenure extend is not done by you within the 3days my notice then i will do further process for my interest. I

Hi, i am not at all happy with the customer support. You broadband is worst in supporting customers. Their contact number is always busy. Never connected my call. After installation, when i tried to connect, it didn't connected. Called to customer support but never connected to their number. Immediately i sent an email to the support team that i am not at all happy and asked them to remove my connection and asked them to refund my money back because i didn't used internet.
After 2 days they sent an email that they don't refund the amount. If the problems are coming on 1st day itself, then how many problems will arise later. Not happy. Pls help.

Mera name akbari mahesh hai mene aapaki company ka custmer care me call kar ke bata diya thi k muje mera broadband plan cancel karana hai aur meri deposit refund karani ki process kar do aaj us bat ka 4 month ho gaye aur muje tab esa bola gaya tha ki aapako 45 day me deposit k cheque mil jayega tab mene agree bhi kiya tha. Abhi tak aapaka koi staff mera modem lene ke liye nahi aaya hai aur mera deposit ka cheque bhi muje nahi mila hai, me esi ummiad rakhata hu ki aap mera es problem ka 7 day ki andar solution laye
Agar 7 day ki andar nahi aata hai to me consumer court me case ki entry karani padagi aur aapaki company ki against rti karani padagi aur aapako ye batana padega ki aap custmer ki deposit 4 month se kaya kar rahe ho aur ese kitane account hai jisme aapane abhi tak deposit refund nahi ki aur aap refund karate ho bad me tab deposit ke sathe interest dete ho ya nahi dete ho aue nahi dete ho to kis liye nahi dete ho
