My internet is not working since last month. I have registered companlint for 5 times but still not getting permanent solution. Some time it works and some time stoped working. When i registered companlint via youbroadband app the technical persion close it without fixing issue.

    I have raised complaints to YOU broadband customer care about not working internet but they replied that in 4-8 hours technician will reach to me and already 3 days has been passed my complain status is still in pending status. I waited for 60 minutes to get tgeir seniors on call but they were busy on another call. They have given me Pune branch office number[protected] but this number is always busy. Please solve my problem.

      Hi,
      I have been facing connectivity issues with you broadband. Raised requests via you broandband portal but no body cared about the requests. I sent couple of mails and called customer care people. No body is really be able to resolve this issue.in two months of time i got this issue twice (48hrs outage) and almost once in every two weeks these is an outage for 8-10 hours.

      Note : i don't live in outskirts. You broadband server is located 4 km from my location.
      I’m logging a complaint almost every day but it’s getting closed without any action. Every 2nd day services are down and disturbing my daily work. Pathetic service I ever experienced in my life. No one cares. Pathetic bunch of people.

        Respected authority,

        We are the regular customer of you broadband since 6 month. We are running rolls mania franchise restaurant on baner pashan link road...
        We shifted over you broadband for its quality but since from installation we have not received any good service from you broad band.
        Baner, pune is a corporate area where so many corporate companies are around us... They used to for online orders...
        But in my area the service is interrupted even when it drizzles...
        And no prompt technical support available at right moment... To solve one complaint minimum 8-10 calls are required to be done... Service providers never receive the call on time and no one is ready to take responsibilities and they push the work on some other service providers.
        This entire procedure takes 5-6 hrs to solve the problem..
        We are the most unsatisfied customer.

            I am using dual speed hurricane plan. From 7th to 11th june 2018, i was simply not connected to net. The frequency of disruption was almost every minute. Even now the problem is not resolved. The disruption continues. I am unable to work continuously.
            For the period of 5 days from 7th to 11th june 2018 i should get the extension in service. Instead, i get a message every 30 days completion to recharge. The cycle of 30 days in very inconvenient. It should be for a month irrespective of whether month is of 30 days or 31 days. It advances the date of recharge by a day every month. I wish to have a fixed day for payment.

              Dear sir,

              I am using youbroadband connection in mota varachha surat, i choose 10gbps unlimited plan,
              Still i have almost 50 and more days pending. My net connection is not working from 13th june 2018 morning 8 am. I am complaining from last 5 days that my net is not working but they are not sending engineer and even not update me that when my net will on.
              I need my money back of pending days. Because they are not ready to solve case even they are not conforming when it will start.
              Please help to for my refund.

                  From 1st day i am facing a problem with youbroadband and i was requested at my 1st day to return my money but they refuse my request and herres me.

                  Lots of time i register my complain in youbroadband but they do not take any action.

                  Firstly they provide me router 1 week late, after my lots of complain.

                  Secount when i have a router than internet not working i make a complain lots of time but no response they given me false commitment for his engineer will come and solve that but no body came.

                  I lost my money and time in it, still this date internet not working.

                  I request please register my complain and take action on it.

                    I've paid the money for new connection 6 days back, till now your team didn't provide Wi-Fi router and installation also not done.
                    Daily I have been calling to you broad band customer care service and raising complaint on this... Daily your team used to say we will rectify as soon as possible but till now no one responded.

                    Seriously such a cheap service and worthless service it is.. When I called to customer service center they are saying that in your portal it is showing as installation done but till now nothing happened.
                    And great thing is you broadband team is saying that account is already activated. I have no words to explain your services about this. but I strongly recommend my friends that not go for you broadband connection.

                      Dear sir

                      We are victim of your company as by seeing good advt of your broadband, i advised my brother to take connection for your at surat.

                      But now he is suffering from non function of wifi as your services are poor and it's now not working since four days. When he complain on phone, it says wait till next agent get free but not got to talk. When he tries to raise complaint through mobile app, it says no person available next to his resident to assist in this issue.

                      When i write complaint on twitter to you broadband and your parent company vodafone, not got replies even.

                      I wrote email to you broadband, then also no acknowledge mentioned.

                      We paid to your company in advance for full year then why such an third grade service..

                      I m going to consumer court, surat against you soon. I want refund for advance i paid to your for balance days of services..

                        Representative of you broadband as usual called on our phone and said ma'am the plan which is activated at your residence is available now at the same price so if you confirm will come and collect the cheque. I was travelling and therefore gave the message at my store to give him the cheque of said amount i. E. 4200/-. Just a month back we noticed the amount is same but at our residence it says 1500 gb plan and at our store it shows 800 gb. We called personally to youbroadband representative mohit and clarified but now he is refusing and saying you can approach to customer care no senior will come and meet you. Also, his say is plan tao 4200 ka hi hai (His understanding is i have taken 4200) and that means company is not answerable if the services given in the package is 800 instead of 1500. I am surprised how can any representative give such an irresponsible answer.
                        Or else the fact is they have been groomed to manipulate and take advantage of the clients who trust you that you will deliver what is conveyed.
                        Inspite of having informed and complained numerous times, no action has been taken. There has been no internet since a month inspite of paying well in advance for 3 months...

                          I would like to bring to your notice that i received a cheque from you broadband which i already paid for new connection... So the main issue is in spite of giving my aadhar card the name written on cheque is wrong... Tried so many times to contact you people but no response at all... Kindly resolve this matter asap cz the last date is till august... As m not able to deposit the cheque also...

                            11 days of 15 days net not working through

                            Customer scare is useless

                            Floor managers are rude and express their helplessness

                            Technical teams are lazy & arrogant and absolutely unavailable for five continuous days...

                            Customer care email responses missing — not available!

                            Every call to them takes 15-20 minute to connect to customer scare and takes a hold of 15-45 minutes to get connected to floor managers — as this useless outfit does not have the courtesy or facility of a callback.

                                Hi,

                                We are using 5 connections for office purpose from this so called You Broadband powered by Vodafone..

                                Account Numbers: 1628087, 1626136, 1626083, 1629957, 1627448

                                i paid 6 months package to youbroadband and taken the connection, but from the day one we are facing disconnection issues. If i raise a complaint to Customer care they simply tell that the service engineer will come and resolve the issue with 4 to 8 hours but they will take min 24hrs time to resolve the issue if we do regular followups.

                                When every we raise a complaint they will say that there is a Fiber cut in your area this was happened 4 to 5 times in week in different locations.

                                about the customer care i cant tell you. It is the worst customer care i ever seen in my life.

                                So guys please don't go with Youbroadband any more. worst service and the worst call center.

                                They are simply cheating customers with the adds and all.

                                  I had applied for a new connection and had paid a amount of ₹1998 for the plan and installation charges. It has been 4 days but no one is returning to my phone calls and emails.

                                  I tried calling the sales person but he won't pick my call either. The customer care number doesn't get connected.

                                  I want a full refund of my money and it was my mistake to apply for a new connection to such an untrusted vendor

                                    According to my plan, i should get 18mb/s but i was getting very low speed for 10 days and after many complains and asking for refund they have solved the problem for sometime. The is still raising half of time.

                                    And according to their internet service and customer support, they have informed that any type of internet related issue will be solved within next 4 to 8 working hours.

                                    But i have to remind them each new day about the issue, but still they are not providing the long term solution. They are providing random answers, like "your issue will be solved, don't worry, over technical team will provide you solution for that" etc etc.

                                    Such a ridiculous service they are providing.

                                      I am a registered user of you broadband from past 5 to 6 years and after my last shifting of connection to satellite area in ahmadabad, the service is worst, the engineers are worst, the priorities of your now are the corporate sectors and you don't care about the individual customers.

                                      I have logged too many of complaints about the internet connection and repeated same issues since last 3 months.

                                      I request you to just fix the issue at once and assure the same issue don't occur again.

                                      I am willing to disconnect the connection if it goes on this way and would also demand refund for this kind of poor connection.

                                      This always happen when there is something important for me on that day, and this is too frustrating.

                                      I am not able to open the speedtest.org link to test the speed!!!

                                      I am not a servant of yours that i make a complaint each time and wait to get it resolved for 2 - 3 days. It's the worst way to resolve an issue. And yes the issue is not resolved at all, it is just fixed temporarily for a couple of days and then the same issues is there again.

                                      Please pass this to your utmost seniors who actually will care about this issue since i have dealt with people who are not concerned about individual customers.

                                      Looking for a reply with assurance and a quick and permanent resolutions on my repeated complaints.

                                        I prompted for connection and gave advance money of sum 3983 but till todays date neither got connection and not refunding money also. I complained several times calling you customer care but they are also non interested and always saying that within 48 to 72 hours problem will be resolved. This is literally harassing customer.
