Sir this is ruthvick reddy filing complaint on behalf of : sravan kumar. Sravan kumar is my uncle.

We had our internet service provider : you broadband

Our relationship number with them was : 1437087

Issue : the service was down due to the installation of mc box at our home from feb-4-2018 to feb-21-2018.
When we called and complained the customer care service they were not responding me correctly and my complaint was not solved.
I have called them more than 10 times but there was no response so im filing a complaint here.

Solution :
I have to be credited these many days into my account back since i havent been served for that days

Please consider my problem sir

    I have lodged request for disconnection but after 7 days no one pickup modem, i have also lodged complaint regarding this over voice and email and also to local staff of you broadband but they reluctant in this.
    Surprise is that i have send 2 emails to nodal officer, appellete authority but no response from that side too.
    Very poor staff and management.
    Now i think why vodafone take over it.
    It's show that the future of company will not good.
    If they not customer centric then other competitors encash this offer.
    I will also switch from you and opt new isp.
    If i pay some more but satisfaction matter.

    Kindly escalate my concern.

      It's been more than three months that i have raised request for shifting of broadband connection from my old address to new.

      I have raised my concern/complaint through website, customercare and mail. However, the issue was not resolved and the paining part is everytime they say that issue will resolved in two days. But now it's three months no update.

      The funny part of the whole is the customer care who I have called at least 10 times just becomes very polite for the sake of it and says that they will get back in 4 to 8 hours and nothing really happens.

        I have paid the required amount to get a new connection from you broadband but, it's already more than 2 weeks now and nobody came to setup the connection. I was trying to call the person but he is not receiving my call. Everytime, i call him (Who came for the payment), he was saying that i'll do it tomorrow. But from this week he is not receiving my call anymore.

          It's been Three months and youbroadband did not refunded my amount 1000/- which i paid in advance to get a new connection...

          Marketing manager promised me that he will give me the connection if there is no feasibility also by arranging a wireless router.

          I agreed and paid 1000/, but after 15days and upon multiple follow ups to get the connection they said that i have to pay extra 2k to get that wireless router. I said no and i requested my money back. They have raise a refund complaint in the month of Feb having SLA 21 Business working days. till today i am following up with them to get my money back. But customer care people used to say same words "We have escalated this issue and back end team will get in 4hrs" which did not happened. YOU broadband is the no.1 in cheating the customers.

          Suggestion to YOU Broadband: You guys r thugs...Y don't u beg for money in front of temple...Rather than cheating the customers..

            The internet cable is connected to the next street of my house. We don't get internet facilities on most of the times the guy next street switch off the main and when i call the internet provider he says me to wait for days until he come back and on the main. It's been 2 days without internet connection and this happens often. Please consider this.

              Network down since a week, not even a call back from anyone. Lodged complaint via email, using youbroadband app and telephonic. Follow up daily with them, standard response, service engineer has been assigned and will resolve within 4 to 8 hrs. Had to escalate to their nodal engineer. Wonder if he too needs a wake-up call.
              Don't they have any kind of proactive methods by which the nodal engineer himself looks at complaints outstanding beyond their stated sla of 4-8 hrs? Now 8 days and not a single courtesy call?

              If i call them, the call centre just acknowledges shamelessly that service engineer not reachable.

              If you want a dependable network, never opt for this. I have been having airtel network for about 10 years now. Not once the downtime was more than an hour.

                Dear sir/madam,

                I opted for you broad band connection.

                After 3 days connection i suudenly checked the download speed, i found it varying between 100 kilo bytes per second to 130 kbps.

                This speed is horrible and not acceptable.
                If you call this as super speed??? I am miserably unhappy about it.

                With hathway broadband just a week back on 2 may i got download speeds as high as 4 mbps... For 50 mbps connection

                Your plan shows 78 mbps, but down load speed is bullock carrt speed.

                Do something about this seriously, other wise refund my money and cancel the connection.

                This way you can not cheat your customers.
                Remember mouth publicity reaches market very fastly.

                May be this is the reason you are not clicked in hyderabad market.

                  I've paid the whole amount and other documents formality to the company exactly before 2 months and still didn't get the internet connection, which they promised to give in 2 days. Even i tried every customer service numbers and complaint about this but never got any response regarding this, i've also asked them for the refund of my money but nothing helped. I'm complaining here hoping that i will get the solution about the same. So please register my complaint and take any action regarding this asap.

                      I have opted for a broadband plan with you broadband india. Since the first day of my plan activation i have been suffering many issues regarding connectivity. Though i have complained a number of times through their official portal, no remedial measures have been implemented. Every time i doge a complaint details of a relevant technician have been sent to me, but of no use, since support team has been least concerned regarding the woes of their costumers. Finally i have requested for a refund that is acceptable as per their norms. However, a delay of processing my request is being observed since the first day of this problem.
                      The issues started from 22 — 04-18
                      And was getting frequent disconnection
                      The mobile application provided has an option to book a technician but when ever i try it wont book one i have called there customer service for many times but ever one can see my request and no action has taken place
                      At 30-04-18 i have forced them to disconnect my internet connection since they were giving reasons that i could use until some time where the problem was something else and i wanted to show hem but they would not come to rectify the issue
                      Since i paid the bill on 18-04-18 i requested for a refund due to unacceptable service
                      Till today 2-05-18 i have not received any notification

                        I have taken plan of 100 mbps. Initially it was working fine, now i observe it showing me 60 mbps downloading and and 31 mbps uploading speed completely low. Sometime it is 7.8 mbps downloading and and 5 mbps uploading speed

                        I have raised complain. But technical /sale person says it is prepaid plan. This is normal. I dont understand the way they making fool to the person. I getting complete resolution. When i have taken plan they says it will give you the complete speed.

                        Dont mark it as it is resolved until actually resolved.

                        Simply higher authority manipulate the people very badly. I suggest in friend circle dont go with you broadband even they give free.

                        There is pathetic service every i have seen in my it career.

                        Even higher authority is not give the response.

                        Every 2 to 3 day the stop my internet connection and most of the time speed it not up to the mark

                        Please dont go with you broad band. It is very very very worst service provider

                          We have taken renewal of Internet connection before 6 months but from 2 months we are not getting connectivity and they are not providing service and we are asking for refund the company is not responding to the mails. We have done so many complaints and even now I am complaining daily via sms, phone and mails but they are not giving reply. We have paid for 1 year plan but we got service only for 2to 3 months. The technicians and the executives know that we are not able use Internet and facing problem in connectivity but everyday they say our technician will solve your problem but no one is coming. I am fed up of this company and now I want refund of money back. My account number is 941476. And my phone number is [protected]
                          I have recharged for eight months, on 28/09/2017, Rs. 5596/-
                          Receipt No - JHMP[protected] .

                          The Validity period suppose to be from - 22/08/2017 to 22/05/2018.
                          Today ( 30/04/2018) i got the SMS, stating that the Connection to be recharged before 01/05/2018.

                          pl clarify.

                            I wasted my four holidays 29.03.2018, 30.03.2018, 31.03.3018 and 01.04.2018 for youbroadband connection. Even after i didn't get fresh router i was given backup router that is misbehaving since first day. Their team members also know it. Every after one hour i need to it power off then power on then it works.

                            I am communicating their teams and seniors and mailed so much time but instead of getting solutions i am getting only auto mails since 2nd april 2018. Still no action has been taken as on date 29.04.2018. Their team members neither receiving my calls not replying. It means they not willing to resolve.

                            Due to this i suffered a lots and which leads to mental stress and depression due to work pressure.

                            I am requesting you to please intervene this matter for disconnecting and discontinuing this service and please also help in refunding my money back. I already paid them three month advance rental.

                              This is to inform you and to bring in your notice regarding the misleading, misguiding and selling different internet plan to customers making them cheat for the advantage of you broadband.
                              The consequences are as follows:
                              1) in the month of september 2017, mr. Arif a representative of you broadband (Phone numbers [protected] and [protected]) have visited my place and offer a internet plan from you broadband, i. E. 5000gb / six month.
                              2) further the plan was extended to two months extra with 750 gb data, i have vodafone mobile service and download the you broadband application and making online payments.
                              3) as per offer the plan was as : 500gb 6month + 2 months (Total 8 months with 750 gb, special offer for vodafone user on applying through you broadband user and online payment).
                              4) i have done same as guided by mr. Arif.
                              5) i have downloaded you broadband application through my phone number [protected].
                              6) i did online payments with payment details : bil/[protected]/you broadband/youbroadband_ji[protected]
                              7) a request id for connection was generated :[protected]
                              8) my account was activated on[protected].
                              9) mr arif asked and then collected two sets of documents one for you broadband and another for updating of residential address, so that i can avail the you broadband offer for vodafone users.
                              10) now my net connection is suspended after 6 months use and i have not yet received any advantage of two months extra i. E, total 8 months uses with 750gb data.
                              11) the customer care representative is saying that is offer if only for online payment. (How ever i have already made payment through online platform.)
                              12) now mr. Arif is asking for written proof of his offer which he never gave.
                              This leads misguiding and cheating by such of your representative. Instead of proposed offer during the new connection, now he is offering various recharge offers.
                              It has to stated either they have to give me offer as promised during the beginning of connection otherwise i am not going to use you broadband as i m feeling cheated by you broadband.

                                My wifi connection is not workong since last night and today i am calling to customer care number [protected] since last 1 hour line is not connecting to the executive and coming busy it happens veriously in a month that your connection is not working properly and while we are complaoning no one is responding as we have taken 6 month package but we are able to use ur connection only 3 months and very pathetic service. That is how u are cheating to ur customer.

                                    Sales wala banda jab pehla connection karwaya tab wo bola tha main aapko meri taraf se connection lag jayega to router ka adjust karwa dunda lekin payment ho jane ke baad jo jubaan ki kimat hai jo kisi ko di hai wp bhul jate hai or call bhi nahi uthate,, or wo ek mahine baad mila or wo bhi jab lenay gaya tab.

                                    2 connection karwaya tab bbhi dusre bande nay bhi yehi bola tha ki connection lelo may adjust karwa dunga lekin usko call karte hai ab call hi receive nahi karte,

                                    Ab batao kya karu?
                                    Mera khud ka nahi hai ye connection lekin main meray customer ki sewa karwa hu or you broad band ka connection dilwata hu,

                                    Ab socho ki ab aap service doge ya main aapko new connection dilwao?

                                      Hi, i had a you broadband connection in viman nagar, pune. I disconnected it on feb 20. I called customer care regarding refund and they promised me that they will provide refund within 45 days. 45 days have crossed and i have called them many times and i get the same response everytime that i'll get a call back in 4-8 working hours, but they have never reached me once. Last i called on april 17 and they said this time there will be a call back and refund is on progress. But i've never received any call back nor refund. Even if i mail them i get only automated replies. Looks like they are never going to refund deposit amount. You broadband customer service is very poor and they never do what they promise.
