I hope this complain will help us.

Please refer above user is for my you broad band connection. I have 75mb/s plan at my office. But i am getting only 20-25 kb/s speed. I talk with support several times but they disconnect call many time and put on hold.

I talk with his technician and they said i can not resolve your issue. Complain is in pending from last 1 week. And may other complain before 1 week.

Daily i am calling in call on support they always tell that we will solve complain in 4 hour but i didn't get any solution.

I really need help in this case.
I am frustrated and i am losing in my business because of this.

I beg help from you.

    Sub:- complaint regarding the refund.

    This was the charges paid by cheque in 3rd AUG 2017 against which the new connection was to be fitted.

    The job was not done in-time and in spite of lot of follow-up even.

    In returned we had to face huge nuisance from your representative.(Ramu)

    I have paid Rs 1538/- by cash on 3rd AUG 2017 void receipt no CC168394

    The problem was also discussed but still not receiving any call from the customer care

    Already the problem is pending from last 9 Months, hence you are requested to refund my money immediately.

    The response is simply third class & no one takes the responsibility.

      I payed for a new connection of worth rs4232, 4mbps on 15th of march 2018 to a salesperson of youbroadband named zafar (Phone no.[protected]) bearing crf no.918452.

      I was told that i would get the connection in mere two or three days, but it kept on postponing thereby hampering my work. I even called customer care and i was told that i would get a call back from them in 24 hours, but no such call came.

      After two weeks i called the sales person asking about the status and he told me that it was not feasible in my building and he would refund me the money.
      But no such refund came. I chose youbroadband because i used their services in the past and i trusted them. But now the trust is gone and its has caused much mental torture.
      Please refund my money as soon as possible so i can go for some other isp's so that i can resume my work.

        You broadnand person mr. Parmar visited location and checked for feasibilty for connection and confirmed for connection. On 28th march he confirmed for connection and accepted payment on same day. Confirmation mo cc215672 and payment made online through hdfc credit card. Need help to get refund of 2900 inr and claim on wasting time on same. Regards bharatkumar patil

          One day i called some broad band services for internet connection. I got calls from every broad band services and they said service is not available in that area. After i got call you broadband and they our services will be available. I said please check and let me know. He said already he check and ask me to 1800rps. I paid immediately and next i called costumer care for the status.. They said connection is not available that are and we will refund money in 8 working days.. But it's happen 20 days back. And didn't refund money also.

            I have a you broadband connection at my home for last more than 1.5 years. During the renewal this year, i had subscribed to you superjet 40, 2400 gb plan on 6th march 2018.

            Since i had subscribed to high speed plan of 40mbps whereas my old modem was suitable only upto 20mbps, i was told that the new modem would be installed within 2 days. Since that time i have called up the customercare at least 5 times and there is no resolution to my complaint since last 20 days. Everytime i want to talk to some one senior, i am told that senior's line busy & they would arrange a call back, which never happened.

            I am totally dissatisfied with the kind of service you broadband promises and delivers. As a customer you are totally at loss as beyond the call center trainees, we are unable to reach any body in you broadband.

            I am totaly at loss and unable to understand to whom i should approach for resolution of my problem. It is definitely not expected from company which is now owned by vodafone.
            I have my new connection and Router is not yet connected at my home..I called the you broadband customer care many times but issue is not being resolved.I am facing problems a lot..Every time i speak to customer care executive and every time they tell me different password for the account.

              To sleeping compnay,

              Writing again... You guys are the worst service provider.. Surprise to me really powered by vodafone???

              2-3 days in a week you service is down.. Its irritating.. My jio phone has great internet at just 349 for 3 months.

              Yesterday i called up 4 nos +91 [protected], +91 [protected], +91 [protected].. Onr person on this no +91 [protected] assured at 12pm to send someone in 30 mins i, as when i called him again at 5pm he replied in sleepy voice that he forgot haha and then he said he is not the field guy he said i will connect you with technician.. After waiting for 5mins he replied.. He said he will send someone in 30mins.. Still waiting

              Again... How many times i have complained in both your mobile app and customer care? If you can get history of that kindly check.

              Actually just force to take up the connection,, there is no after sales service.. Marketing you guys do very well.. But no use if you don't have good service..

              No body on customer care answers the phone +91 [protected]???

              I am tired of registering complaints with the customer care.

              Every day i have complained but no technician have turned up and at the day end i use to get message on my phone that your problem have been solved... Like without visiting how can the problem be solved..??

              Are you providing service for free.. Sorry but i pay for it.

              Hope somebody receive the mail and just don't treat it as spam and has to courtesy to reply and solve my problem.

              Note - i am posting this on consumer forum.

                My name is santosh, i have paid money to one of the you broadband agent in hyderabad, jntuc. He did not give the connection instead he is not lifting calls from one week. I asked him to return my money, he told he will initiate the check for the amount that i gave, but now he is not lifting the call.

                And i have one more connection from you broadband with 60mbps speed... But i have never got more than 39mbps.. Its full of fraud from them.

                  I have given the shifting application on 5th of march, 2018 and still no any resolution taken by the authorities.

                  So many phone calls to the care center, dozens of email to them and their so called higher authorities too but they don't give a damn. My plan days are just being waste day by day and this guys don't care because they already took the money to activate the plan so this is our fault that we have paid for a long term plan.

                  Advice to all of you out there who is reading this post to not consider this provider and look out for other options in your city/area.

                      I was promised the new connection will be done within 2 days. Once i made the payment, i was told there is some technical issue which will take time. When i asked for cancellation, i was asked cancellation charge as cancellation was being initiated by my side. If they are not able to provide connection because of some technical problem why should i pay cancellation charges. Also they said refund will be given after 45 working days. Who takes 45 working days? I had no other option but to wait. Then after 15 days they did the installation. But still internet was not started. And now they have even started counting the connection plan days. What kind of a fraud company is this? Sales guy not answering, office guys not answering, call centre takes complaints but nothing happens.

                      I have already purchased new internet plan and committed to provide router in max one week but almost 15 days passed away but not getting any response from them.                         I have installed a new connection of 60 mbps speed the plan was being distributed in itexpo surat. The marketing was done wonderfully but when it comes in giving i m not getting enough speed nor there is a stable connection uptill now i have mailed the company 3 times and i have called more than that but no response i have got also the complaint is still not taken into consideration. H

                          Myself Sovan Kumar Dey. Phone number is [protected]. I bought your Vodafone boardband service on 5th Feb 2018. I had paid you 2765rs. to bought the service for 4 months. But I didn't get any service from your end. Still You didn't install the proper service to my home. It's a pathetic service and don't want to continue with your service.
                          Please refund all my money as soon as possible. If you don't do that then I had to taka legal help for that and had to go is consumer forum / Court.

                            Form for new connection was filled on 05.02.2018 with plan of 2000gb internet for 14 months at 30mbps speed and a free router. Total plan charge which i paid was 5741 rs.
                            On 07.02.2018 cable was connected at my home with modem, but router was not provided informing it will come in next 2-3 days. Since then i am calling everyday but the are just giving excuses for not providing router. I have also placed complaints three times in you customer care but they have not responded till now. Also the person handling sales informed that cable is laid so your connection is active, it is not their matter if router comes late.
                            Again they have made another date of 19.02.2018 for router installation.
                            Youbroadband service is very poor, neither they provide better services nor refund money. No service engineer one visiting the problem. If any tickets raised closing without resolution. They even promising high speed internet never got minimum optimal speed

                              I have given Shifting Application 20 days ago.

                              Number of Phone Calls to your Vadodara Office, Mumbai Office, I could not receive resolution.

                              Every Now and then Your engineer is coming after my complaint, one day he is completing Cabling, than another 3 days passed. Once again i make complaint, than engineer is coming and attaching Fiber Cable. Again 3 days passed and after my another complaint engineer is puting Router & Modem.

                              Still Connection not started. Again Made complaint, they are telling that wait for 3 to 4 HOurs, it will automatically start.

                              However I am waiting since last 36 hours, no cnnection has started yet.

                              I feel that i am being cheated by taking 12 month plan with 100 mbps.

                              Now they are not giving me refund not starting my connection.

                              What to do with YOU.

                              Only option is to go to Consumer Forum.

                                On 13the january 2018 i received the call from you broadband[protected] regarding online renewal.

                                The lady on the phone informed me that if i renew before 19th january 2018 i will get extra 15% resources.

                                I renewed on 18th january and have been following with them since last 10 days. Still didn't receive any extra resources.

                                They keep saying that your complaint will be addressed within 4-8 working hours. I am hearing the same thing since all the follow-ups from my side. But no resolution whatsoever.

                                For the reference, i have attached the screen shot of succesful online payment message on my phone.

                                Extra data has been credited on 27-02-2018. which is almost 1.5 months from renewal date with more than a dozen follow-ups with the company. Got a fake call as well from the company on 18-02-2018 even though it was not credited. Its late but it has been credited, so i am marking this complaint as resolved. It would be more viable if the company prioritises these things properly as it directly affects the customer's level of satisfaction from their services.

                                Received a call today from[protected]. the person on the phone said your extra data has been credited. when i checked the app, there was no update in the data. so i called the number again and informed the same. He told me to check the website, it would be there under "account waiver" section. I have cross checked on website. there is no option like that whatsoever. also i checked "my balance" and "credit information" but there was no update regarding that extra data credit whatsoever. the guy on the phone was clearly lying and trying to make a fool of me. I have attached the screenshots for the reference.

                                  Hello, myself viswanath, i am using youbroadband past 2 years, past 5 days i didnt get any internet, i raise complaint more than 5 times, they simply said 3 to 8 working hours issue will solve, because of net issue i have so many financially problems, all my online classes are disturbed. I have huge amount loss because of internet issue. And i paid 1750 for 3 months amount in advance. I need amount refund.

                                  The feed back is too poor for this provider.

                                  I never suggest to any person to take you broadband.

                                  Please solve my issue asap.

                                    I have applied for new plan. Rupees 999 30mbps unlimited monthly/. They even conformed but they have given me "youkangaru 200 gb for 2 months" plan.

                                    It has been seven days since i lodged complaint. Everyday call center representative promise to solve my problem but nothing is happening.

                                    I was an old customer of yoybroadband after two years it thought they might have become professionals but they have disappointed me, they are just old crooks who can never change.

                                        - 19th jan 2018: sales person called and told that by submitting 2000rs of which 1000rs refundable, i can get a 20mbps internet connection for a month with optical fiber to home connection.
                                        - 21st jan 2018: while installation sales person and operation team told that i will get a co-axial cable connection as in my area optical fiber is not provided.
                                        - 22nd jan2018 - till date: for a 20mbps plan, i am getting a speed of 1-2mbps with lot of network outage.
                                        - 24th jan 2018: service engineer from you broadband came to my place and told that there is network congestion and nothing can be done as we have served more number of connections that capability.
                                        -27th jan 2018: service engineer told that he is trying his best to get the issue resolved but you broadband's operation team is not responding.

                                        Since 22nd jan till today 29th jan 2018: i am making complaints to vodafone india and you broadband as they are a tie up but no one is listening.
                                        I used twitter and facebook also but no one helping.
