    I have taken the internet connection 16 months plan with free wi fi router on january 2, 2018. Ms. Khayati sarang, head office adajan, surat used to call me again and again when i have inquired about it. She was irritating me by calling in every 1-2 hours for the confirmation of connection and payment. She told router will be provided within 10-15 days. After that when i called her for router she started to response my phone calls. Internet is also not working from 7-8 days. They simply registered complaints but not take any action. Their executive visit once but he told that power maintenance work is going on in someone’s house so internet will be started after 2 day. But till now it is not resolved. They are registering my complaint but not taking any action. They are using someone else’s power connection or they have not even power backup. This is also illegal. Form 7-8 days i cannot use internet neither i get a router. This is so ridiculous.

      I Mr nimesh Naik having 300Das 20Mbps 1500GB plan, my AC no is 947309
      Sence 14Jan evening my net cable detached, on complain connected next day but in half hour again detached due to cable is short/in tension
      Sence 16 Jan I lwas ogged complain and call everyday to helpline but till now my job is unattempted, and once complained was closed without attending it, and when asked to customer care Thayer said closed on given note, I don't know what's the way to attempt costumers by you broadband compony.

        I have an account of youbroadband.
        I make complaint regarding internet not working. Officer told to make complaint in you application. So we always make complaint in you application. At every time your officer tell me your complaint under process and technician will attend and call you with in short time but no technician come to check internet services or not call received from them. They are irregular and not giving surity of their complaint visits. They close automatically registered complaint in you application without checking internet. No technician visit for internet connection. I lost my work because of you broadband internet. No one should take the services of you broadband. This company is fake.. I prefer to everyone not to choose this services otherwise you will be annoyed so much after taking this services..

          Disconnected my services without prior intimation and now we don't have services for almost 20 days. We try to contact the customer care, they say thier local network hub was removed from outside and they asked us to install it in our rented house. On top of that we had to pay rs1000/- for their equipment installation. No body seemed to be responding and why should we have to pay for their equipment, is it not your basic responsibility to maintain your infrastructure? Three months package, gone into vain. Not even providing refund for the remaining days. Worst service ever by and internet service provider. Hopefully consumer court show some mercy on us and have this issue resolved soon. Acnt #1296004

            In last 20 days i m complaining about this company for the 3rd time they had taken 10 days to solve my previous problem and continuing the same i am not able to use internet again and still there is solution provision has been taken by this company. They are just giving me answers no solution yet please helo me out for the same

              I am the customer of you broadband my mobile no [protected] though my usage is less I am getting wrong usage i.e when I am using 900 mb I am getting usage details as 10 GB on several occassions. This is the common problem for so many users. Several times I complained but they are keeping a dead ear to.kindly help us. Long back I complained, but the company is not bothering and giving reply that your usage is genuine, please initiate necessary action against the persons, where there is deficiency in service . If I doesn't receive reply from company it is construed that I approached District or National Consumers Forum

              I am the customer of you broadband my mobile no [protected] though my usage is less I am getting wrong usage i.e when I am using 900 mb I am getting usage details as 10 GB on several occassions. This is the common problem for so many users. Several times I complained but they are keeping a dead ear to.kindly help us. Long back I complained, but the company is not bothering and giving reply that your usage is genuine, please initiate necessary action against the persons, where there is deficiency in service . If I doesn't receive reply from company it is construed that I approached District or National Consumers Forum

                My account id is 1433427 my name is rajan patel i have registerd complaint of my broadband not working on daily basis. Calling daily to customer care and filing complaint from my mobile app. Still no response its been month and more. I am filing case against the company to grahak suraksha or else doing police case. If i am nt given my money back and the solution to this problem. The server is always down whenever we call customer care number. Then y do u recieve the calls? R we foolish? Is the company gonna give our money refund for the broadband not working for a month.?
                You are cheating on your customer.

                  I'm machender nath, bought a you broadband connection on 3 december 2017 and the modem installed on 5 december 2017, in these three days there is no proper net, they promised me that i will get 10 to 15 mbps speed but now i am getting less than 1 mbps speed, is there any chance to get back my amount which i paid - 2, 436 which includes down payment.

                    I have raised a request for new connection and i was confirmed that it is feasible at my location and based on that i made the payment on 18th no-2017. I got a call that broadband connection is not feasible now and they are initiating the refund process. It's 8th dec now and i didn't get my refund back.
                    They are claiming that it will take 22 bank working days to get my refund and that too in form of cheque and not directly in my bank account.
                    Why providing cheque take these many days while transferring amount for new connection took just 1 min.

                    You Broadband Telecom company Re-Presentative collected modem in September 2017 and as per policy, we should get refund cheque in 45 days. Till today we have not received a single reply from your company. Can you tell me what is the next action should i take??

                      I have an account of youbroadband on name of neela associates, user name na_gf10,
                      I make complaint regarding internet not working yesterday (Date 30.11.2017) at 10:00 am, also call to your customer care at 10:00 am, 12:51 pm, 3:06pm, 5:19pm, at every time calling your customer care officer tell me your complaint under process and technician will attend and call you with in short time but no technician come or not call received from them, today morning at 10:00 am again call to customer care but same answer got, they not giving any surety, technician number or technical head contact number

                      My question to you i have paid full money for this connection, due to your fault why i am suffer, i will get back my money for internet not working, and make some sensible customer care officer they at least understand customer problem and reply with some surety.
                      The wiring is wrongly setup in my home for the broadband connection . The person who has done setup is not picking up my call.
                      Highly disappointed !

                      Please help.

                        You broadband costumer care not giving satisfied review.

                        And i complain my net is disconnect and connect issue i register complain via app so give me engineer name tushar more. But this guy is not visit in my office. And send me other guy this other guy is not idea how to solve this problem only for check internet speed. And tell me you problem is resolved.
                        And again it's 3rd time stop...! disgusting!
                        what is the reason? we can not do our work properly...please do need ful and come with proper life time solution.How should we will refer to our friends if this type of service we got??? Hope you guys will never give second chance to us for complain.Thank you.

                          I had subscribed to you broadband services in visakhapatnam more than 3 months ago. During the sales process, they were very solicitous, calling regularly, urging me to sign a longer-term contract, being very attentive. Well, once i signed on, everyone disappeared. I was promised a free router as part of the deal - to be delivered in "one day" - but after 3 months, there is no sign of it. Also, the wired broadband keeps dropping, so i have to reconnect every 5 minutes. Calls to customer service do not get a response (Even though you promise to respond within 4-8 hr). There is absolutely no response or follow-up. I see numerous complaints about you along similar lines, with an average service rating on facebook of 1 star (Poor).

                          I would like to lodge this formal complaint on the basis that they have been severely deficient in service and have taken my money for 6 months on wrong and misleading promises. I am not alone in experiencing this. Someone from the company has to be held accountable.

                            100 mbps 1200 gb 12 months

                            I recently renewed my connection to you 52 bomber 100 mbps 1200 gb 12 months plan

                            Since more than last one month my connection is not working proprtly. From 9.00 pm to 9 am it does not work at all. For the rest of time it hardly works. Our repeated complaints have no effect. You can check the records

                            Your service engineer is unable to do anything.

                            Please attend to my complaint.

                              I have been got activation message and user name and password but service guy who have to connect is not coming from week. Please decativate or give my money back im unable to use internet.

                              I dont have lappy so i have to use in my phone, but service guy is not picking my call after taking money i have receipt proof and his calls bfr giving money proof is there please take action on him i wil render u with proof. He took my 1000 rs and not picking call
                              My plan is 100mbps but it working a 2g speed
                              Connection lost every five minute since one month and from last three days no internet

                                Dear sir/madam,

                                My acno 1602683 and login id you658. This is anjali dulwani from vejalpir. You broadband sales person shailesh had come to collect the money for a 100mbs plan for which i have paid 4771 by cheque on 22nd october.

                                He had promised the connection will be installed with a new morderm on 24th october. Which never happened and after following up with him the guys came to my house on 27th without morderm and told us that they will bring the morderm on 28th oct. And started the connection on my old morderm. Which worked for few hours and the connection went off for god knows the reasons.

                                And since then i have been following up with shailesh and customer care office but there are only false promises of getting back to me and they never returned back with any solution.

                                Resolve the problem or just refund my money.

                                Still the connection is not working and they haven't returned the money. There is no one responding from the organization. Are they really a cheat? Such big name Citi group and this is how they steal money and harras people.

                                I brought youbroad on 21/11/17.from the start the connection was not good and the service is very very poor. The engineer is not responding properly. I am not satisfied with the connection. And the service provided by youbroad. I need my money back.

                                  Two weeks ago i tried to get a new connection. I called up their contact number, registered. They said they'd call me back in 3 hours. Nothing. I call back the next day. Same thing. I install the app a few days later. Same. Apply online. Same. Few days pass. I call back telling them everything. They assure me they're call me back in 4-8 working hours. Nothing. Call back again. Tell them i've been trying to get a new connection for 2 weeks. They assure me this time someone will get in touch with me. Still nothing. I got a call back yesterday for feedback for their customer care. They said my issue will be sorted out in 4-8 working hours.
                                  How are they able to run such a large company with such an inefficient and obsurd staff? Do they not want more business? Do they simply enjoy making other people suffer?
                                  If anyone is looking for a new connection, do not go for you broadband.

And also personaly visit you broadband office in surat adajan. I was complain them same subject. But still today from you broadband not cure my complain and also not responce from you broad band. I am feeling company is cheating with me. I am also paid total amount paid for better services. But from you broad band not cure my complain. Totally bogus company award give to you broadband.

                                      I father of mr. Muralidhar somayaji, hereby lodging compliant towards failure to service and taking money by one of your sales personnel mr. Praveen amounting to rs.3, 000/- for fibre connection and running away since one month not receiving calls, but we have proof of our calls to him and messages sent by him.

                                      It is shameful on your part to do this, we are your customer since almost 5 years have the details of complaints lodged in account no. Mur334, you have cheated us and in spite of the several requests by the undersigned father of mr. Murali aged about 61 years and a senior citizen also a heart patient, youare been playing mischief and cheating us in all your actions.

                                      Please note that if you do not attend to our problem and dodge again we constrained to lodge compliant to police station of our jurisdiction, consumer forum and trai without any further delay.

                                        I purchase new connection with you broadband on 3rd october, 2017. They informed me to your connection will be start within 24-48 working hours. But they start connection process from 7th october.

                                        They connection is only working for 2-3 hours in whole day.

                                        Their sales executive inform us that, if you are not satisfied with service then we can arrange refund for you.

                                        And suddenly, employee left job and they are now ignoring for refund.
