I'm machender nath, bought a you broadband connection on 3 december 2017 and the modem installed on 5 december 2017, in these three days there is no proper net, they promised me that i will get 10 to 15 mbps speed but now i am getting less than 1 mbps speed, is there any chance to get back my amount which i paid - 2, 436 which includes down payment.

I have raised a request for new connection and i was confirmed that it is feasible at my location and based on that i made the payment on 18th no-2017. I got a call that broadband connection is not feasible now and they are initiating the refund process. It's 8th dec now and i didn't get my refund back.
They are claiming that it will take 22 bank working days to get my refund and that too in form of cheque and not directly in my bank...

Two weeks ago i tried to get a new connection. I called up their contact number, registered. They said they'd call me back in 3 hours. Nothing. I call back the next day. Same thing. I father of mr. Muralidhar somayaji, hereby lodging compliant towards failure to service and taking money by one of your sales personnel mr. Praveen amounting to rs.3, 000/- for fibre connection and running away since one month not receiving calls, but we have proof of our calls to him and messages sent by him.

It is shameful on your part to do this, we are your customer since almost 5 years have the details of complaints lodged...

I purchase new connection with you broadband on 3rd october, 2017. They informed me to your connection will be start within 24-48 working hours. But they start connection process from 7th october.

They connection is only working for 2-3 hours in whole day.

Their sales executive inform us that, if you are not satisfied with service then we can arrange refund for you.

And suddenly, employee left...

The youbroadband applied faulty material on my terrace which broke off on 15th september. I informed them. Their repairman vowed to repair it in 2 days, but he never came. I again called after a week and again the same story was repeated. My service was down for 17 days and despite knowing the problem they did not repair it.in between i called 5 times to talk to their superviser but unfortunately every time i was fooled and aid that a callback...

Worst service provided by this internet provider, koi muft me de to bhi lena mat... It's wastage of money...... Bettar to live without it or use some other network, they don't take any responsibility of our problems, they tell about 5 mbps speed and they give half mbps, never received ur call even on calling... Though it's ringing, m fed of this service....
