The youbroadband applied faulty material on my terrace which broke off on 15th september. I informed them. Their repairman vowed to repair it in 2 days, but he never came. I again called after a week and again the same story was repeated. My service was down for 17 days and despite knowing the problem they did not repair it.in between i called 5 times to talk to their superviser but unfortunately every time i was fooled and aid that a callback will be arranged in 2 to 4 hours. This company claims to solve issues within 4 to 8 hours, but my service was down for 17 days. What a pity.
I had to pay rs. 2400 to take mobile data in 6 mobiles. And i also called so many times which wasted so much of my money. They don't have a toll free number. Who is liable to pay that money. Why should i bear that cost when i have paid for broadband service?
This company never pays service credit and i have experienced this innumerable times. But will not happen this time and i will take the help of law to get my right.

I call them 100t times but they aren't ready to solve complain my user id is Nisharg18..once they come internet works but than after it will be as it is.they are not come to any solution for this. please help me

    Worst service provided by this internet provider, koi muft me de to bhi lena mat... It's wastage of money...... Bettar to live without it or use some other network, they don't take any responsibility of our problems, they tell about 5 mbps speed and they give half mbps, never received ur call even on calling... Though it's ringing, m fed of this service.

      Respected sir iam not getting net work from fast three days pl.treat this complaint most urgent.im not due to payment already made by online if you are not solve my problem i will go for another connection very shortly it's repetedly haping and not only that my net speed also very very slow you people are giving very trouble to me i hope my problem will solved as early as possible

        I had paid advance of rs 5, 000 to mr. Jaffar of youbroadband pune ([protected], [protected]) and he promised to get the wifi connection done within 2 working days.
        It’s been 2 months now, no body has ever called back for anything despite me calling customer care more than 15 times. When i shouted at jaffar, he started shouting back at me as if i was liable to pay anything to this guy. The worst service ever. After nothing worked, i asked for feedback for which these people keep making excuses. This is my final call, i will go to consumer court this time if my money is not paid.

          Hi sir/madam,

          I raised a request on sept 21st, 2017 to shift the connection to another building which is immediately next to old the building. I called customer service around 15 times on my request, still no one processed my request and 23 days passed already.

          At the time of taking the connection (On aug 26th, 2017) paid amount for 3 months and sales executive informed that connection shift is free if we change the house but customer service officer said they would charge rs 600 to shift the connection. Sales executives are telling false words to customers.

          I visited the office today(10/14/2017) and explained my concern. Office sent the technician to home and issue was resolved.

            Here they do not provide good customer service. I am satisfied with the speed they provide. But whenever you renew your connection or take a new connection, they say that they will add free 1 month or 2 months or 15 days to your account. They will attract the customers and make money like this. And when you make a call to an executive or customer care, they say that their area manager will get back to you. And no one gives you a call. This is a very bad service from you broadband. I do not know why these people make such promises to customers for making money.

              This is to bring to the notice of anyone willing to take up you broadband connection. This company is utterly shameless. Internet issues happen almost every month keeping the internet down for days. When a request is raised with their support nothing happens. They just raise a case for the sake of it and take no action. Internet is not working at my place from one week. I keep calling them and nothing happens. The number of the technician assigned to my case is either switched off or he does not answer. How can we teach these guys a lesson

                  I have registered a complaint on you you broadband website as well as to the customer care as my connection has been down for the last 3 weeks now. They are not giving any response as to when it will get working again. Whenever we call the representative for the same, he does not pick up the call seeing my number. I have visited the office several number of times but they do not respond properly either. I have subscribed a an year plan and the connection has not worked correctly even for a month.                     My you broadband service is not operational since 3rd sep. Numerous follow up has been waste of time and not resulted in any output. No one even bothered to call and ask for details. Email to appellate authority has also not resulted in any action.
                    On top of it i have been called by there marketing team now to top up my account.
                    Complaint registered via app is closed with a status resolved which is blatant lie.
                    This is hugely impacting every one as i cannot work from home to support my paralysed parents. My kids are struggling with there homework. As a mitigation i have to purchase two jio devices but are not fit for my requirements.
                    Not sure who can help now.

                      Have bought connection from your sales executive rizwan contact no. [protected]. My account number is 1567467 and crf no. Youf867546. All process done as per i checked on your official website. Only installation is pending... There was a problem regarding wiring which i have solved by side since last 3-4 week. Since last few days he is saying they will install modem in 3-4 days and now not receiving calls. Is this your service..? Then i dont need such service like this... Refund my payment back or complet installation as soon as possible.

                        I have requested for the new connection, its been 22 days. The sales executive promptly took the documents and cheque and gave the commitment for the installation to happen in 4 days time. Its 22 day i haven't got the connection still. I am tired of following of with act customer every time they tell it will happen in 2 days time and still not happened. Every time they blame the other teams and just trying to escape from the issue. They dont allow to speak to their supervisor also its been harassment situation that there is nobody to hear and provide the solution.
                        Please my wife is not working.
                        7 day din tak chal nahi raha ha.or connects program a raha ha.

                          We r making complaints since one year for interrupted services. Internet remained closed for more than 7 days in one year for 2-3 times. Since 18th september they disconnected our service without any information. We have made payment upto dec 2018 but neither they refund us our amount nor modum deposit of rs 500 nor restarted our services moreover whenever internet was not working, we immediately made complaints but no body attended our complaint in one year

                              My connection transfer request still pending after a month.
                              I have already paid transfer charge but company has not completed my setup at new address.
                              They always ask "we are working on it". When i contact to customer care.
                              Can you please help me to solve this problem.
                              I have asked them to refund me if not possible but they are not agree with it.

                                I applied for the broadband connection on 30.08.17. Mr ravi kiran ([protected]), the sales person, came to my doorstep promising to have the connection up and running in under 5 days. 10 days, and a dozen phone calls later i still await the connection. The most swift and efficient process of you broadband is getting your money i must say. Mr. Ravi took a cheque worth rs 9050 and encashed it within 2 days but when it came to provide the connection, i did not get anything apart from false promises.
                                Following up with various representatives (Vivek, rohit reddy, bhuvana divya m, raghavendra, kamal raj, subramanyam s.- applet authority appl. [protected]@youbroadband.co.in) from the customer support everyday has become a routine, and ensures you do not have a satisfying day. Each day i called i got a new date of installation in a seemingly endless loop. They even went to the extent of lying in saying that my locality does not fall within their service area after encashing the cheque and are providing other lame reasons. The sales representative is not even answering my calls and the customer support keeps extending my date of installation.
                                My cheque has been encashed and my money (Rs. 9050) for 6+1 months of subscription is stuck with you broadband for more than past 10 days and yet there is no assurance of when the installation would be done.
                                I strictly want an explanation for the same.

                                  I paid up for a 6 months 24mbps connection on august 16th 2017, full cash payment. The salesman made a lot of promises till he collected the money. After that there is no sign of anyone to actually connect the cable etc... The salesman zafar is a complete fraud he either does not receive the call or makes false promises. Sending email to customer care is totally useless. After 15 days of waiting i visited their office and spent 1 hour in trying to chase up the person will actually do the connection. Now new promises have been made - another 3 to 5 days of waiting at least.
                                  This company has no processes of fulfilment, they are good only to collect money.

                                    I have take the new connect in 11 may 2017. They collect the document and check of 4069 rs for the new internet connection. They promise the make connection within 2 days, i call the agent for connection after 2 days he replyied due to some permission issue they are taking time to establish connection. Connection was is vejalpur ahmedabad location. I call so many times to the agent but he did not picked my call. After spending 1 month then i goes to you broadband office for the know my status, they said to connection is cancelled. I complaint for the refund, they make me fool again. Anuj choudhry is a sales guy collect the check and his partner mr. Pathak both are fraud guys. They are making fool to other customer. I have lots of people doing complaint at there office and all are very angry. But i think are taking this thing very littely all the employees are not serious about their job and resposibity.
                                    I went to the you broadband office but they making ascuse everytime and not giving my refund, when i am going there they giving another date for the money refund.

                                    Yes Youbroadband is not at at credible. They have lots of issues with local authorities and many a times there are conflicts in setting up their fiber with local authorities. I am in Pune and once they had such a serious issue that the connection was down for over 1 and half months.

                                    I stopped Youbroadband long ago.

                                      We paid the money for 3 months plan on 26th july but we are not getting the internet 28th on wards because of they power connection box installed in another customer house they not provided the electricity for that box so we are not getting the internet, but they are not solving the issue and not choosing the alternative way. We are calling every day they are saying that we will solve the issue but they are not solving the and we asked for refund of my money that also they are not giving. We losses of 3 lac of rupees because of them only.

                                        Applied for internet connection on 10th august 2017, with an assurance that connection will be set up within 7 days. Paid rs 5482 on the same date for the following particulars:
                                        1. Rs 2633 as plan charges for 4mbps unlimited 3 month plan
                                        2. Rs 1250 as refundable deposit for modem
                                        3. Rs 349 as installation charges
                                        4. Rs 1250 as refundable deposit for wifi router

                                        Till date the installation has not even started. Applied for cancellation on 18th august 2017, but the company representative is delaying the process of redund of rs 5482, indefinitely since then.
                                        I need the amount back at the soonest.
