I have taken broadband services from you broadband in the month of december 2016 and till date i am facing internet fluctuation issue, most of the time internet not working at all, whenever we call them they give reasons there is some problem in my area, i live in bandra (W) the most expensive location and almost all the service providers are upto mark in providing services.

You broadband executives harass you by calling 4-5 times in a day just achieve their target to register a new customer and post registration they don't care they take customers for granted. During the time of renewal they call you 100 times and assure u they will do this and that but all promises are false and they are fraud.

Please look into my issue i am using you broadband internet service i have paid 5600 for internet in a month minimum 7 days their service will be down and no one will give proper response always i need to call them take the follow up they are mentally harassing the customers. Pleas do the needful while renewal time they called more than 5 times for renewal once its done and i have problem they are not responding and paying money to service and getting torture by them like this kind of service

The You Broadband pune is one of the cheaters. I had requested for the plan change, cancellation and many other requests. But non of the requests are auctioned by them. I have recharged for 100mbs plan and they did not even give me above 25 mbps and all the complaints registered are closed with out action. After that i had RBS plan in the Queue and requested for plan change through the call centre and the online complaints and nothing is auctioned. I have requested to keep plan on hold for few days and that also not actioned. Totally they are not a good service provider. Specially in Pune you broadband they cheat the customers. I suggest do clear investigate before taking broadband connection.

I am a You Broadband service user. Net connectivity service offered by the is very poor and very often remains shut down. Speed is also not what they promise.

In spite of lodging complaint, no one takes care of grievance of customers. Customer Care persons have a standard reply that it will be solved in 4-8 hours. They take 4-8 days to restore service.

I have opted for You Broadband connection and called the local guy for the same - Ravi - [protected] who approached me and took payment on Aug 3rd morning and said by 5th of August I will have the connection - but this guy updaed the internal system of You Broadband on 4th that they received the payment - with reference no CC168688

Today 10th of August - nothing moved, when i called them on 9th to check on the status - the custoemr care guys told me that they lodged a complaint and I will get a call in 4 to 8 hrs of time - nothing happened, i called today morning again same info 4 to 8 hours - i called at 4pm again same information 4 to 8 hrs, i just called at 7.15pm same 4 to 8 hrs. hope this guys just want to BUY time and bluff the customers - can anyone suggest on what should I do.

It is been almost 2 month since i am facing frequent disconnection issue with you broadband. I had logged around 0-20 complaints from their app and the technician used to simply close the ticket without confirming if the issue is fixed. Finally i called call center 4 weeks ago and logged a complaint with them. Initially they sent technician who came and check the issue and confirmed that there is frequent disconnection issue however did not provide any solution. I have been following up with them on almost daily basis however, i have still not got any response from them. With so frequent disconnection issue, i am unable to use internet. I am really tired and frustrated of following up with different people and need an immediate solution. I am paying for service that i am not getting. So i need my money refunded which i have paid.

I have bought you broadband internet and static ip for special my camera remote location access. But there is due to port not open from their side so my all work stuck but they didn't providing solution or also not providing refund.
I never seen you broadband type cheater and worst company till now.

So i request to all never buy you broadband any service also ask to your relative and friend about that be aware of this fraud company.

Sub - still my payment not updated in rbs queue i have been fallowing youbroad band customer care from past week every time they tell me our backend team will call you in 6 hours every day but i am not getting any solution for my problem please look in to this matter as resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If the service interrupt effects me in this case i will not tolerate at all

Registered a complaint with customer care on 8th aug 2017, got a ticket number.
You broadband employee visited in evening of 09 aug 2017 that too after several emails and phone calls.net connectivity resumed and mesg received that complaint is processed. After an hour, again now the connectivity has stopped. They are mentally harassing the customers. I repent that i paid rs 5250 for this worst service. No shame no service no professionalism.

Since past three months i am facing huge problem in aspect of services from you broadband.in past 3 months my internet service was down almost for 1 month.in spite to providing promises by you broadband's representatives for permanent resolution for frequent disconnection of my internet, no action is taken.

The most pathetic part of you broadband network is that no one is bothered to provide service to the clients.in spite of registering several complaints and feedback none of you service engineer have ever visited my place. Most of the engineer do not tend to receive phone calls also.

From last past 1 week my internet connection is not working. And no one is able to support me or resolve my problem. I am feeling like being cheated by you broadband. Hence i do want to continue you broadbands service and request to kindly my balance amount in accordance to my data used and validity remaining.

My internet disconnected so often sometime for weeks also my internet is not working the also this unethical company keeps on charging my data and validity.

I am really very much harnessed by you broadbands service. It seem no regulatory body or top management has any interest to monitor service quality of the company.

Seeking urgent revert for my refund or i shall also lodge my complaint with consumer court demanding proper remuneration for the harassment done.

It's a worst service provider i have had to deal in last 3 months.
They are cheaters.. Only making money to cheat innocent customers.
Cheaters... Fraud...
I called them more than 200 times from last 40 days. But each time they are misguiding us.. Lied to us... Making fake promises and opened 50 service request (Tickets) and even they have closed all the ticket without any resolution.
I didnt even get a single call from their executive and technician

I mukund sabu having mobile no [protected] had taken a new connection with your company, your sales person made me a commitment of connection with router, he installed a connection and said will installed router in two days, now he is saying everyday that i will installed today.. Tomorrow or dispatched from godown and soooo on reasons, i have recordings of all the communications, kindly installed a router or disconnect the connection and refund my money on urgent basis

I had purchased 12mbps plan of 180gb for 3 mnths but i never got speed more than 2 mbps. Even after complaining about them again & again, their representatives do not get back to us with the solution to our problems
You broadband is the worst broadband service provider.
I appeal to people not to opt for this service provider for your internet needs.

I have paid rs.3536 for a new connection on 28th july, which was promised to be installed on the next day. I had raised 5 complaints in the next 4 days and every time i was told that i will get a call in 4-8 working hours which i never got. Finally i have cancelled the connection and the cancellation request was not acknowledged even after 3 working days.

They have a clause that after the cancellation is acknowledged it will take 7-10 working days to get a cheque on my name. The service is insane. They are simply giving false promises and the 4-8 hours call back is a joke.

Getting my money back is not my primary concern, if not today i will get it someday, but all the mental torture and hours of phone calls with the call center and waiting for someone who never arrives, this is not correct. Some stringent action must be taken against you broadband.

This is not just me who has the similar issues, a simple google search on "you broadband reviews" shows many people who are frustrated like me.

Companies like these are adding simple clauses which a normal person would ignore like "maximum 7 working days for new connection" while the call center person would promise "max 2 calendar days including weekends".

I don't know who will act on this complaint but i would really appreciate if some action is taken.

I have paid online for the subscription of broadband connection. I was told that within 7 days installation will be done but there is no response. Sales team is not picking up the phone. Customer care is saying that you will receive call from our team, but none is calling. The behaviour of sales and service is very unprofessional.
I an getting a feeling that i have been cheated and money is wated.

I have given money for a new broadband connection to my home on 12.06.2017, they have promised to give the connection in 3 weeks but till now i didn't get the connection, i am continuously contacting the salesman mr kiran jadhav, team leader mr chintesh jani & sales manager mr praveen patel, everytime they are telling the connection will be given today/tomorrow like that, as they told i have purchased a wireless router also

Kindly look into this matter & arrange to give the connection at the earliest

We had taken up this connection of you for 20mbps but from day 1 we do not clock more than 1mbps. We have complained almost every day to the field staff but they pay no heed to our complaint. The technician do not arrive on time and our compaint is not redressed. We don't know what to do and how to get an answer from these thick-skinned people. Is there a way to escalate this matter? We need guidance. We want to sue them.

Ps: we have provided the speedtest.net list for a few days including today.

I have been using you broadband from 1 year or so. This april i upgraded my plan to a 50 mbps speed plan as i was requiring high speed to carry out my work. But not even a single day i could get that high speed and it was always in the range of 10-14 mbps. I complained about this multiple times, their technicians also came every time i called them but they could not fix my problem. So i humbly asked them to disconnect the service and refund me the remaining amount on pro rata basis as i had gone for a 6-month prepaid plan. But they are not ready to do so and keep saying that is my problem and they cannot refund the money back. So need help in cancelling my connection and getting the refund.

My internet has been down for 20 days in the last 30 days. I deserve compensation because i'm working hard to get money that i paid you in advance. Show me how good you're at resolving customer's problems.
I'm ready to place a billboard (Hoarding) outside your pune office by my own expense which will say "you broadband is a pathetic service provider and doesn't care about their customers' problems".

This happens almost every month but i have been quiet because i had another internet which is better than you.
