I planned to take you broadband connection. They have told me while taking the money (1000 rupees) that the connection will be established with in one day. The week has gone, no connection. So, i thought at start these are troubling me a lot. Then i decided not to take any risk. I applied for cancellation. They agreed and said it will take 40 working days to refund. I said ok. But when the time reached i called them for refund, they said that they sent it by courier though i haven't received yet. I asked for the details whom it is handed over. From there the game started, they will not provide the details and the game is still continuing.in the whole process i have communicated to the you broadband representative, her name is neeraja (+91 [protected]). She stopped answering my calls.in the process i have spent almost 1000 rupees for calls for refund of 1000 rupees. Their service was very very very very very very bad.
By mistake I had made a payment of Rs 2591 6 mbps 400gb 4 months instead of 10mbps 150gb 1 Month. I told to cancel the payment but they are not doing. Is it possible to do so. Pl suggest

    Its been about a week since we have done the registration and paid the fees for installation. We were informed that it would take about two days max to do the installation, but still have got our lan connection. We call everyday to inform them, and they say they are coming and ends up not coming and tells us they'll do it tomorrow and the same thing happens. We asked them for our money back if they are not going to do the installation as desired, after which they said they will send the technician but we haven't got back our money and installation. Please look into the matter as soon a possible.

      My you broadband plan was changed from you wtf 100 250gb to youangel 512kbps-1mbps on 1st june 2017. Amount paid was rs:926/-
      Since recharge my login has stopped working with error "invalid rate limit"
      I have not been using you internet for 1 month 11 days now.
      The engineer and back office team have given me different update at different time when i contacted them. Appellate authority has changed from chetan to amit to rupesh now. The emails are never responsed on time. The call center is never aware of the issue; nor has any idea about whats the current status.
      A total of 8 service requests were raised in a span of 1 month 11 days.
      Pathetic internet service provider, customer support does not even listen to your issues and hangs phone without any details of Complaint number. As there is Monopoly in my area we do not have any other options. I have been using 100MB/s plan where i only get 4 MB/s over wifi which is not even acceptable. Request you all not to opt for You Broadband service.

        I had applied for new connection to You Broadband thru my CC No:CC155096 and made payment on 11th June'17 which was collected by offline agent Mr. Dharmik a executive guy and promise with that connection will get installed and activated with in 7 working days but no one approached to me regarding installation and i make a complaint to company customer care thru call regarding installation on 20thJune'17 and continuously follow up with consumer care and every time i get same answer that we are forwarding the complaint to technical team and will reach you shortly.

        Even few days ago i register another complaint to withdraw my connection but customer care executive provided me fake complaint number that was not exist in their data base.

        Please suggest me what to do.

          I have paid for the entire year in advance to You Broadband. The internet is down for more than 75 days now. Each registered complaint is marked solved even without bothering to attend. They also collected another 650 Rs for changing my address. The check was collected in just one day. It has been another 40 days since then and their connection is still not working.

          I would strongly recommend to avoid You Broadband what so ever. Especially in Ahmedabad.
          What kind of service is this???
          I just installed new connection a day before and from next day it's not working and none of your technical staff is answering, resolve my complain my ac no is 1564414

            Username is hitenkb1 and using internet connection since 3 years.. Since i am very valuable customer to you broadband, but they don't care about anything and their service is very poor and always been disconnected when i really need. Worst internet service provider company. I want to complain the authority, i want my refund back of 4425 rupees paid to you broadband. I m very unhappy with this company.

              I was approached by a you broadband person who took my photos, form and cheque of rs 7319/ on 6 june 2017

              On 15 june i rang up their customer service which should have a recording of our conversation.[protected]

              I have sent 5 emails to them and for each mail reply i kept waiting for there tech support person to contact me. This has not happened till today.
              I even asked to cancel and refund the amount back to me, to no avail.

              After complaining to consumer forum, the very next day 1 cable was routed to my window.
              That is alll. I have not yet recieved any modem. My connection has not yet started
              Application on 6 June. Today is 10 July.
              I would like to get my money refunded. I am not interested in anyway to continue such harassment.

              The very next thing I expect You Broadband to ask me to grease their palms for more money to get quicker installation!!

              I am completely shocked with their behavior .
              Every time I write back I get same reply. But No action

              Since its 1.5 months..I asked for refund of 7300 that was paid and no good received. I am yet to see my money returned.
              31 July. I have not heard from the company. No refund as yet!
              No service + no refund for 2 months = Theft.

                We have availed the service for past 3 months and it worked only a month and the payments are siphoned for 3 months. For past 28days these people are sitting on the complaint and no one attended to the complaint. It was just to crimp a terminal and give connectivity and it took 28 days for them and they will treat as if they are making a charity on us after taking money in advance. They sem not to be effected by any complaint as they are getting investors for nothing and no service and to show off they keep flagging canopies on the road side to attract non informative under privileged people and cheat them takng 3-6 month subscriptions. They dont care for the sla signed with govt of india taking the license to give such activity.

                  I have checked all about service from you givan to customer i have used since last two years now last 34 days remaining for my new connection but your team not givan atleast 34 days continue activation already companies write on this but arrange after 15 days and only one days active connectivity and last two days total off your network.
                  Please close if you are able to service provide to customer i want and on this last two months very very poor response

                  I have already many complain generate on portal but not a single response given by surat team and i was payment rs 7499 online but since done payment not a connectivity provide today complete 10 month. Any very bed service provider company in in this sector and also i inform to every one who all near at my area location will close the service now i want refund and other option i taken plan for help from government side and legal action for financial loss.

                    Since last 3-4 days my internet is not working and my wife has called 3-4 times but there is no any resoponse from your side and ultimate i have called in morning by 10 am today 24.6.17 and still time by 9.0pm there is not a single response from your side what d hell u r doing?
                    At the time of the deal when i purchase this plan from your company that i need full servide andfor that i wanted to keep some security money ie 1000 rs also but your company didn't allow that and conveyed that we will provide you very good services.
                    But you see now i am facing the same.

                    I want immediately action now, as my internet doesn't work and all the work is suffering due to that.
                    I need it is to be sorted out latest by tomorrow sunday any means else i need full of refund from your side and by monday you can take all your devices from my home and same day i need cash.

                    So pl do fast action on it.

                    Hope for your quick response and do needful by tomorrow itself.

                      At our office from last 15 days internet is not working.
                      We tried to complain in the customer care. We called 30 times but no reply from their side only said that please be on call. Our all executives are bussy.
                      It happens from last 15 days.
                      Average 15 days of month net is working.
                      No any action taken by company.
                      Lower than third class service.

                        Maine 15th ko complaint kiya tha ki internet nahi chal raha hai, aur aaj 22nd june ho gayi hai phir bhi ek hi baat bata rahe hai ki aapka problem solve ho jayega, executive ko call karte hai to call receive nahi karte, customer care vale 25 minute tak line per nahi aate, internet bandh hone ki vajah se mera kitna nuksan hota hai, ye log advance me paise leke beth jaate hai aur baad me koi service bhi dete nahi hai

                          Already complain registered on apps and meny time call on customer care and also put the mail on this but not respond and not resolve so i want time line for activation.
                          However i have discussed with surat team but not given any answer account id is vishal976.
                          Even i have registered complaint but not able to identify for any action in particular quality.
                          Put a mail on every day but not respond.

                            I have paid 1500 rupees for new connection of you broadband. Due to some issues the technical guys from you told me that the connect will not be possible at my home and suggested to request for cancellation. 2 months before i have called to support team to cancel and asked them to return my money. Every time i call them, they say same answer as 'our team will return you the money in 8 working days and i have not received the amount till now.

                            I have attached the payment confirmation receipt for your reference.

                            Kindly take a quick action and please help me to get my money back.

                              My userid for you broadband is nitesh101.
                              It has been 3 days my net isn't working. Escalated to customer care 3 times who promised a resolution within 3 hours, but no one even bothered to contact me. Went to the area manager personally but no use.
                              Can i expect to get my internet for which i am paying? Already wasted my 3 days of net pack.
                              Yes it's True. I'm facing the net issue from last 1 week onward every time they are saying it resolved but the same issue every day i'm getting. very very worst service. i'm from HYD.
                              There is not acknowledgement even we wrote a mail to customer care. see how you broadband working.
                              11 days of 15 days net not working through

                              Customer scare is useless

                              Floor managers are rude and express their helplessness

                              Technical teams are lazy & arrogant and absolutely unavailable for five continuous days...

                              Customer care email responses missing -- not available!

                              Every call to them takes 15-20 minute to connect to customer scare and takes a hold of 15-45 minutes to get connected to floor managers -- as this useless outfit does not have the courtesy or facility of a callback.

                                Team leader in ahmedabad called me to get a plan i agreed with the promise of same day connection as i paid the money they stopped giving response and after around 10 days i got the installation. Its a 100mbs plan as of now m getting 4-5 mbs speed only some time i got 40mbs speed.
                                After complaing, it become worst now m not even getting connection this is how ahmedabad team works. No solution to the issue yet, even worst then tikona atleast the give support at a time.

                                  Since last two days you boradbabd not providing us internet in our society... Dont know what they are doing since long. There is no sureity of when it would start.

                                  I have called to customer care but they said we are unable to register your complain dont know why but how poor reply and service by theis company.

                                  They still not doing anything regarding this complain.

                                  I want support from government authority.

                                    The worst broadband service i have ever experienced. Once you pay the installation charges then forget about the installation they won't even respond to your calls also. You will be given such a careless, reckless, rash response even if they get connected to you accidentally... I didn't understand how this # survived till now with such a worst service... I recommend all of you not to go with this people..

                                      I have been using you broadband internet services since the last year.

                                      For the past 2 months have been facing problems with the internet. Every two three day i have to do a complaint for net is not working every time giving a new excuse youbroadband side & closing the tickets without working on them, today again i complaint to youbroadband customer care but they are not giving me time limit to solve my net problem i have lodged about complains which have not been attended to.
                                      Last 3days se internet ni chal raha he or koi inform ni kr raha kya issue he last 3days se ek hi bat bol rahe he technicianajayega

                                        Hello,

                                        I have been using YOU broadband internet services since the last year.

                                        For the past 2 weeks I have been facing problems with the internet. I have lodged about 10 complains which have not been attended to.

                                        I have also been told that I wont be getting a refund of the money paid if I disconnect the internet.

                                        The customer care is of no help and the technicians cannot resolve the issue.

                                        Please help.
