I have applied to You Broadband for new connection. On 10/03/2017 you broadband marketing person came to my home and collect payment cheque. He has informed me to provide connection maximum within 15 days. I called​ him last week, he assured me to provide connection by Monday. Today nothing done by them and when i call him they are not picking my call. I am suffering due to non providing connection as per commitment. I have wasted my lots of time. I am suffering for backlog of work load and even financial losses also.

    I have requested YOU Broadband executive for new broadband connection with WIFI on 27/03/17 and immediately within 15 minutes their Sales Executive came to my place and collected the installation charges (Confirmation No. CC137540 DT: 27/03/17). But till now they have not configured the WIFI after a week (till 03/04/17) despite of repeated calls to them.

    They stated that they cannot provide services to my area and i made repeated calls for the refund of the same

    the executives are not lifting my calls and blocked them

    They are more interested in collecting the money rather providing prompt and rapid service to the customer.

    Very bad experience to me.

    Hence request your intervention to resolve the same on priority.
    I am you broadband customer from last 2 week internet not coming i raise the complaint but they didn't response for that till now.even the services also not good
    I have applied to You Broadband for new connection, after 55 (23-Feb-2017) days internet is not working due to another building problem.

    I called customer care lots(more then 25) of time.
    they has informed me to provide refund maximum within 15-20 days
    I am suffering due to refund as per commitment. I have wasted my lots of time.

      Every time when we call them, they assure to send their executive immediately, but even after one week, still the WIFI configuration is not done.

      They are more interested in collecting the money rather providing prompt and rapid service to the customer.

      Very bad experience to me.

      Hence request your intervention to resolve the same on priority.
      Even after continued assurances from You broadband the refund has not been received yet.

        I have applied for new connection for You broadband on jan 26 2017 and the sales said feasibility is there and connection wil be given in 2 days but later technician cannot give line as no feasibility. as per youbroadband they are suppose to refund the amount and policy of refund is 45 days, non of them have followed up for refund but for taking payment they have taken it on time but service not provided . I went to the branch thrice non of the person has minimum responsibility to give update, manager name Reddy at vizag branch we went twice and made us wait for hours but he never came to meet n resolve our issue on 3 rd meeting he came to meet us that too making us wait for hours and he assured cheque will be given on 24 march still they have not given the cheque, we are calling them regularly for update but they are hardly care for customer complaint. requesting you to please resolve the issue.

          Sir I'm using your broadband since 3 years. Yesterday 24.03.2017 suddenly didn't work whether I analyzed your voltek switch will 10th port down fibre cut. But your people (Mr.A.K.Suresh) didn't came and closed my complaint today 25.03.2017 afternoon whether working or not. Please do take action that guys otherwise immediately i raise my complaint to your boss Mr.E.V.S.Chakravarthy.

            I m nigam tolat-you broadband cust no.557886, i have renewed my plan on14.12.2016-plan-2mbps-16 months-rs.5000.now company offering 5mbps-30months-rs.5625 to new customer & custmer whoes plan due in next 2to3 months.nrly double to my plan for just extra rs.625.while i have renewed my plan 3 months back company not allowing me new plan as well as not refund me my money this is injustice to me and i feel cheated by the company

                Hello sir ..
                Im living in shashtri nagar 3rd main banshankri 2nd stage. On feb 5th i renewed my plan named you Hurricane plan for 2214rs 3 months. i made payment though you broadband mobile app but i didnt get any Internet service till 15 days from 5th feb then i raised a compliants more than 15times on this issues.on feb 21st they cleared issues till mar 11th it was working fine. After 11th of March again facing same problem. I spoken to customer care executive they said the service will no longer be available in my area. So i asked to payback my money. From past 1 week they were not responding to me.And today they are telling they cant pay money back.

                  Subscribed 1 year internet plan paying rs10, 087 in full. I was promised an extra month data and free wifi router. Wifi router not provided and no written statement of the extra month offer. have contacted many times with the sales person and technical team, have made complaints through customer service twice (both times complaint id was not provided) and sent complaint through email to customer care, for which there has been no response. Not even one single call from ISP have I received till date. Finally I went to their office on 11-March-2017 and spent 2hrs waiting and shouting. they promised my issue will be addressed by evening the same day. Even after 3 days till now, there has been no response from their end. Worst service. AS I have been unable to use data for so long, I have sent mail to appellate requesting to terminate my connection as I am willing to surrender my connection. hoping for a response which I guess I will never get.

                    Why the hell you guys do not inform the client about your maintenance and issues. I have renew the account and waiting for to get it activated, tried to call support but as always BS answer...WILL GET BACK TO YOU WITHIN 8-12 HRS...REALLY ?????

                    I have used internet services of couple of providers but this is limit of ignorance, never resolved any issues.

                      I have registered a complaint (Complaint No:147127) here previously, which is in not processed yet state. and here the ISP has confirmed that they cannot provide connection and refund will be provided in 7-10 days. it has been 3 weeks there is not any communication regarding this and when I have called the customer care they dont have any clue. How this can be tolerated when they were making use of all the refund amount without returning to the people like us? is there no one to question these guys???

                        I got a call from you broad band connection and their sales representatives describes the plan and ask me if i have paid immediately then in the same day i will get the connection and installation. but till now they didnt even bother to call back and respond.
                        Even i raise complain against them in their forum but every day they do promises our boy is on way till evening and then they wont lift the call..That is what they were doing from last 1 week.
                        Either i need my installion early as possible in 1 day of time or else i want the refund.

                              I've been using You Broadband for the past 5 years. On 12th December 2016, cyclone Vardah hit chennai. Due to the cyclone, the internet services were severely affected. As a customer, I understand that it will take sometime to install the poles and lay new cables. But it seems to be a NEVER-STARTING AND NEVER-ENDING PROCESS.

                              I dont have INTERNET FACILITY FOR THE PAST 50 DAYS. Looks like DEMONETIZATION IS AN EASIER PROCESS THAN LAYING INTERNET CABLES.

                              I called the Customer care "N" number of times to complain against You Broadband. Since I lost 18 days of service in december, I requested for a "Service credit", which they have accepted. But the same is not reflected in my account.

                              I would like to get a refund of 18 days service that i lost.

                                I have raised Complaint about my connection issue on 13th December 2016. Ticker no is[protected].
                                Still it is not resolved. I used to call them everyday morning and evening. Respond will be like it will "solved by evening" in morning session and in evening session it will be "within 4 hours to 12 hours".
                                I went to branch office directly on Jan 30th and got the below response in mail saying it will be fixed by 2-Feb-2017.
                                But Today when I call them, they are not reachable as expected.

                                  I am using a you Broadband connection and have made an advance payment for 6 months while taking my connection. I am sorry to say that my connection speed is very slow. I have made several complaints about it and earlier a technician would cone and check out but of late no one is addressing my complaint and my mails are also not answered. I request you to please check it and get my complaint resolved ASAP.
                                  Internet lost on last December 12th, till now I didn't get the internet.
                                  Pls tell me what's the problem in Youbroadband signal!??? And also I can't reach any service technician through phone.

                                    My You BB confirmation number: CC123837. I am fed up with service although Connection not activated yet.
                                    It's been 4 days my account is not yet activated. No proper communication received even making call 10 time/day.
                                    Amount got deducted from my account(cheque got cleared).
                                    Daily they are saying that by end of day service would get activated. Even they are not cancelling / refunding me the amount as I want to cancel my order.

                                    I was out of station today n i turned off router n went around 5:30 am n returned back by 3:00 n I noticed there was deductions of 3 GB data when I left home there was 231Gb n when I returned back it's was 228 so when a router turned off how can data been used need explanation on this.                                       This is Francis from chennai. For Past 8 days I am unable to access Internet. Regarding the same each and every day I am raising a complaint to customer care but still now they problem not fixed also i have escalted this issue to their senior leads also but no use.when I try to contact service executive he not pickingup my call.The service you broadband providing really makes me frustrating.This type of issue will happen twice or thrice in every month.They never fix the problem properly.worst type of service to customer.

                                      This week itself i have raised more than 10 complaints.Because of their poor service.I lost my business.

                                        I am Youbroadband internet user . Past 1.5 months I am not getting internet connection despite of prepaid payement done in November. After cyclone Vardhan I was being told about the outage in my area and past 1.5 month I was given false assumptions of new technical resolutions date.despite of the outage some people in my area were able to access the same Youbroadband connection . I have complained personally to the customer care by 30 personal calls and 3 emails to the higher authority as well, but the resolution is not done yet. Till date I am not able to access my internet connection from 12 Dec 2016 to 26 jan 2017, despite the outage in area has been solved as told by the customer care today.The team in chennai doesn't bother to make confirmation calls nor the senior officials respond. I want my internet connection by tomorrow with all the compensation days in my account which has been wasted or I want the Youbroadband company to refund me all my money 2850(3month plan)+1000 deposite +Inconvinence charge.
