The net connection is down for 2 weeks . I have called, written, spoken, shouted but problem is still not solved .

Only one call was picked up and they said that they are solving in a day, only four buildings in the area werecaffected, that was 5 days ago but no solution.

I sent mails to them, i received a call or two and they have registered complaint in system on 16 Jan.

However, no service engineer has called or visited and now all mails are ignored.

Saranjeet Kaur, the so called appellate authority does not even pick up and cuts my call.

    On Jan 3, 2017 - I had made payment via Paytm to a You Broadband representative (sales executive name: Senthil Kumar) for a new connection. For one week, I was ping ponged between sales person and technical team saying they will get back and provide connection the next day. But I never got the connection.
    On Jan 10, 2017 - I called the You Broadband helpline ([protected]) and asked for refund as no work was done for my connection. They told that someone from You Broadband will get back in 48 hours and that I should get my refund in 7-10 working days. I did not get a call back from them.
    On Jan 12, 2017 - I called You Broadband helpline again and got the same response that someone from You Broadband will get back in 48 hours. But no one has called me yet.
    During this time, I wrote multiple emails to the email provided on their website (customercare.[protected]@youbroadband.co.in) along with their sales email (onlinesales.[protected]@youbroadband.co.in) but there has been no response whatsoever.
    On Jan 21, 2017 - When I called their helpline, they told me that when I had first raised the refund request on Jan 10, my account was not created. But now my account has been created and it will take 22 bank working days for my refund!
    So, you broadband has continuously not taken my request seriously and provided bad/no service. Why did they create my account after my request for refund? Especially when till to this date, no one from their customer service or technical team has even bothered to call me for update?
    My time and money got wasted on multiple calls and emails to You Broadband. Will You Broadband pay for that?
    Will I get interest on my money for the delay in their processing my refund request?
    In the first place, at least how can I be assured of my refund? I do not trust You Broadband anymore to take positive action.

        It's been 1 month 10 days since the cyclone Has affected the Internet connectivity in chennai but even on repeated complaints being done, no action was taken from the company to repair/ activate the same.Few of my friends have got activation only on renewal of the connection.I had activated for 4 months just before the disconnection.1.5 months of rental charges wasted completely.

          Dear Sir, My internet Service has not been working since 7-8 Days & I have already made complaint in this regard before 3 days ago but No complaint is sort out till now. I am calling customer care daily but No satisfactorily replies were given.

          been using day night unlimited plan but for past 20-25days, connection isnt working. It works for 15mins and lost for 04hours.
          In night particularly, connection lost issue is repeated.
          I have mailed complaints to you broadband but they dont take my issue seriously.

            You Broadband service not working for the past one month for the relationship no.1286299.

            Even after several complaints and call to Customer care, no body tried to resolve the issue. It's not working from 12 Dec 2016 to till date(09 Jan 2017)

            I have paid for 3 months subscription and not used even a single byte of broadband. Already more than 20 days are gone without service.

On his block list.wtf going on in dnt understand.they committed in 3days we will fix connection but leave connection, I hv not even received any confirmation mail.when I called his team leader viswa he said he is on leave for one week. Bad service not recommended.

              Update on 10th january.
              Dharma said he will refund amount on monday.but now he is not receiving my call and not replying to my messages.i have paid 1657rs advance .no net connection .no mail reply .these guys are cheating customers.please guys help me .it's not about money it's all about taking money ans running away.
              7th january dharma said before 6pm .wtf do you guys think we have so much free time to wait for you at home.why it's taking so much time .at time of connection he used to call me several times.now he is not even bother to receive my calls and do you guys have courtesy to reply to mail or u guys just treat your customer like garbage .listen I want a call back asap with time limit and if it is not fixed by today I want my refund back

                  I am a customer of you broadband for only 2 months. First month the services was poor (As there was disconnect quiet a few times) but still manageable. Second month there was no service and the issue was from you side not us. Now they say that they can't provide the service. On asking for refund, they are denying the same.

                  Very disappointed by the customer service and support.

                    I had Made Payment on Saturday 26/Nov/2016 to Mr Vikash Kumar.

                    I had got commitments from Him and His Senior Jaffar the Connection will Be done on Saturday itself.

                    I am being calling them from last 5 days they are not pickup calls and not responding to us.

                    I had raised at least 15 complaints to your call center and revived very bad feed back from the very poor talk never connected calls to senior authority. Complaint nos is[protected].

                    Also Today i came to know that my payment is not being done so my connection is on hold by the company.

                    Is this a way to handed the client .

                      I have choose you broadband package of worth rs.1100/ and made this payment last week but still they didn't show up to set the connection. My package becomes valid on 1-dec-2016 and the count starts from that day, so i missed 5 days of service and still their technicians/representatives didn't appear to set up the connection. I have made a call to their sales
                      Representatives almost 30 times and their customer care also, but no response.
                      If they are not willing to set the connection then i want my money back.
                      Total waste of time and money.

                        I have surrendered their connection on 26/09/2016 and representative collected their modem and that time he said I shall get the refund of deposit of amount Rs. 1000 within 45 bank working days. Now its been too long but I am yet to receive the refund, I contacted them on their customer care number [protected], they said complaint will be resolved within 4-8 hrs but its already two days but I haven't received any feedback from them.

                          You Broadband is a worst company with pathetic service. I’m unable to access internet since couple of months and they are not able to resolve issue. Hence, I requested them for disconnection and my request is not initiated till now. I called them more than 20 times but there was no action for the same.

                          I dropped a message to Minal Majehia (General Manager: New Services Development – You Broadband & Cable India Ltd.) but I have not received any message from her regarding this. Also, I call Chetan Gohad (some person who works on escalation matters) many times from my number and other numbers but he did not received any call. Seems unprofessional behavior. The complete management is careless and unprofessional.

                          I have made a complain few times in last 48 hours. They always commit to resolve it within 4-8 hours which never happened. As a commercial customer we suffer a lot in spite of paying them for highest packages

                            My account no. is 1252031. I have asked for shifting of my broadband connection to new place. But the representatives told that connection tovthe area is not feasible. I asked for closure of my account and refund the remaining amount in the month of August. Till date I have not received the refund. Every time I complain through customer care telephonically they assure that they are on the job and refund is being initiated and they will back about the status. Till now I have made more four such requests but no one called me back single time. It is very irritating to Call the customer care every now and then keep asking about the status of refund. Please do needful at the earliest.

                              We are complaining everyday that we r not getting speed plz come n check n almost 15 days happen frm complaining when we r calling them they always says that we r writing complaint every time n they also say that our senior talk to us means call back us within half an hour but none of the call being received uptill now it is too hetic now n they also not listen to us n says we require some days but almost 15 days r over how many they want more within an month internet pack also getting over reslove this problem or we want refund frm youbroadband

                                I was raised a service request, and it was not solved with in 24 hours. I unable to get the contact number of area service technician, they are not providing. This company is cheating the customers by collecting money through prepaid connections.
                                Number one cheater company in our India. Dear friends do not go for this company's services.
                                Irresponsible staff in customer care department.

                                  N 03/03/2016, I renewed my internet plan (receipt no:1363430) at above mention home with the check number:011288 Union bank.

                                  Unfortunately, your service of cable broadband which is to be renewed with the same plan as mentioned in renewal receipt is not being done even after my several efforts and telephonic complaints (details and complaint numbers are mention below). I am disappointed because this renewal problem has not been rectified from last one month.

                                  To resolve the problem, I would appreciate your that you renew my internet service plan according to the commitment. Enclosed are copies of my records include receipts, complaint numbers etc.

                                    Hai..i made my payment on 28 sep 2016.
                                    Today date is 21-oct-2016
                                    till now i havnt received any call from you broadband..
                                    Payment guy agent will come on time for payment. Remaing technical guys never come in touch with us. 158 calls were made till now about this issue. But they vigorously neglecting the issue.. as per the Constitution they are doing totally wrong..

                                      I took this connection couple of months ago. Connection is good when it works but the irritating thing is service interruption.

                                      They call it "Fiber Cut" and it happens every week and particularly during weekends. Billing system is prepaid so obviously there will be validity period for every renewal. There will be no connection for atleast 2 days per week.

                                      Even after repeated complaints they will take atleast 2 days time to rectify it so 8 days a month will be offline service.

                                      This is kind of forge they are playing and they dont have any explanation for this.

                                      Respective authorities should take severe action about this intentional service disconnection for 8 days a month to save consumers hard earned money.
