I have been tolerating their service for 7 months now. Of those 7 months, my Internet has never been on for the full 24 hours a day and on occasion, it has been disconnected for at least 7 hours during the day. Whenever I call their customer care to register a complaint, they respond saying I will receive a call from their technician in 4-8 working hours. Thing is, to date, I have never received this call from a technician. The Internet gets temporarily fixed and the next time I lose the Internet connection for a prolonged duration, I am forced to call customer care again and it is the same useless process of registering a complain with the assurance of getting a call from the technician. To date, I have NEVER gone a day where the Internet has been working for a full 24 hours consistently without disconnecting. Calling customer care is futile as it is just the usual process of them registering a complaint and not caring about it after that. I have never received a call from a single technician of theirs and never seen a single technician at my doorstep. I want to discontinue service but from what I'm seeing of other customers' experience, they do not respond to such demands either. This is an issue as I am stuck paying for a service that I am not getting and I have no options left but this.
