They cheat govt and customer by pulling electricity for their commercial junction box from residences. And not really pay the customers the benefits. They save in lakhs by doing this and not having to pay for commercial electricity. They promised me to provide 5 days of free internet every month during the connection. But they never did. Also, they provide connection to 20 other customers from this junction box. By that they are clearly cheating the customer and the govt officials by making customers bear their business cost and cheat govt by not having to pay for commercial electricity usage

    On 3oct.16 the internet stop working on 4oct. I made complaint and no one came till 2 days. On 6th oct. One of person (Mr. Karan, [protected]) came from ybb and check the modem and told that the modem has problem and take the modem. He told that by friday, 7th oct. He will come and with replacement modem.
    We have tried to call him but he did not answering a single call, we have call on[protected] and ask for the status. Customer care is hopeless. They have no information on how to resolve this issue. They are still struggling to send any information in this regard. On friday 7oct16 they told me that till the end of the day your connection will be okay.
    Today on saturday, 8th oct. We call again on call center and ask them for the status but they do not have any answer for my problem. We have called to relation manager ([protected]) number given in ybb sms to get any answer but this no. Is always busy or if ring goes then no answer from the opposite side. I got local no. From call center[protected] and tried to make call but it was out of service.
    I have worked with isp in past but we at-least reply customer call but now a days these isp just keep call center and their job is to give date, date and date only. I request to all not to go for these kind of bogus company

      Due to lightning, you telecom model got affected. We were not at home when lighting happened. Their person came three times with a new modem and still internet is not working past 5 days now. Customer care is useless. They have no information on how to resolve this issue. They are still struggling to send any information in this regard. Earlier when i was on time based plan they resolved issues quickly since they were adding such incidents as additional time however on data based plan they discriminate users and provide delayed service.

        I am using you broadband for past 1 1/2 years . Initially I don't have problems I was satisfied. But gradually their service went down. For past 3, 4 months I activated on the basis of monthly.
        Accordingly, I every month I activated my account in that only 10 or 15 days I had the access remaining period no se at all. I lodged a complaint about my connectivity but no service at all. None of the technician turned back not even a single call from them. Though customer service keep on asking 4 to 8 hours time to work on it. But no use at all. For past two months I don't have access of internet. Regarding my issue no one called but renewal of my account keep on calling even I don't have access of two months
        Though I trusted their words I reactivated my account still I have not used single byte
        . In that context I asked them to terminate my connection though they are not ready and not willing to transfer refund and plan charges.
        I keep on calling them twice a day to find the solution. They're not showing any response. Through their I found one technician number but the fellow has not picked my call and then I tried from different number he picked up and stating that he is not responsible person of my area. My area technician never picked my calls.
        Really I fed up with their service. Their service is very worst I have never seen in my life.
        For past two months I struggling a lot though they never consider the position of customers only their intention is to exploit customer s.
        yes this company if fraud

          I have been tolerating their service for 7 months now. Of those 7 months, my Internet has never been on for the full 24 hours a day and on occasion, it has been disconnected for at least 7 hours during the day. Whenever I call their customer care to register a complaint, they respond saying I will receive a call from their technician in 4-8 working hours. Thing is, to date, I have never received this call from a technician. The Internet gets temporarily fixed and the next time I lose the Internet connection for a prolonged duration, I am forced to call customer care again and it is the same useless process of registering a complain with the assurance of getting a call from the technician. To date, I have NEVER gone a day where the Internet has been working for a full 24 hours consistently without disconnecting. Calling customer care is futile as it is just the usual process of them registering a complaint and not caring about it after that. I have never received a call from a single technician of theirs and never seen a single technician at my doorstep. I want to discontinue service but from what I'm seeing of other customers' experience, they do not respond to such demands either. This is an issue as I am stuck paying for a service that I am not getting and I have no options left but this.

            This is Francis from chennai. For past 7 days I am unable to access Internet in my home.Each and every day I am contacting customer care, they simply saying the issue will be solved within 4 to 8 hrs, but still now they didn't resolve my issue.When I contacting chennai team they not even giving respect to the customer, simply cutting the call.when my sister try to reach them, to her also they behaving badly.

            Either my money should be refunded or else issue should be solved immediately and need to take strict action on executive behaviour over customer

              I applied for a new broadband connection with your fraud company. you did not provide a connection so i am asking for my refund (3700/-). asking for refund since 13th sept but you dont reply to emails and customer care is useless. they keep repeating the same thing that i will get a callback in 4-8 working hours. customer care is highly stupid and irritates the customer by repeating the same thing. i just want my refund

                Mithilesh Kumar sharma and Gayatri were the 2 very rude employees I had the honour of speaking today. I HAVE already complained slow /no network issue in last 2 days and nothing was done about it. the technician only close the case without calling customer and checking if issue was resolved so I have to again and again call for the same issue.These 2 employees were absolutely helpless insensitive on the call.Its like they dont want to help or understand the custiner problem They do not even transfer to manager and themselves cannot resolve.Both Promised callbacks as their managers were busy though I was okay to hold and yet no call back recieved. Want to disconnect my service and get my recharge money and deposit.money back. Ashamed to be a customer of you broadband

                  When i took connection and providing power to youbb box, i was promised to give 5 days free for each month. now when i ask for the same youbb gave only 20 days only the executive was telling me that because i am the only one using it they will not give 30 days (power for 6 months).
                  My question to is will youbb give me more than five days per month if there are more connections?
                  Will you give money back for the 12gb data which i did not use?
                  Will youbb tell its land lord that it will not give the full rent because my company is running in losses and will youbb pay more if it makes more money?

                    I have surrendered my internet broadband connection in jun 16 but till today i.e. 22-09-16, I have not received my security deposit refund cheque.
                    Whenever i am calling to you broadband, they will arrgange a call from respective department but i am not receiving any call from their side.
                    I have also submitted modem to them on time and as per YOU broadband terms and Condition, security deposit will be refunded within 45 days but 3 month has been over but I have not received my cheque after several followup and they are also not reising/giving any complaint no.

                    Please look into this...
                    I have a you broad band connection. since monday 19.09.16 the net is not working, i am complaining daily but they said aaj ho jayega... but today is 4th day still my net is down...

                    plz help me out...

                      I am a customer of you broadband in pune. I have requested for discontinuation of connection and cable to be removed from my terrace. Despite repeated requests and calling almost daily for 1 month, still the issue is not resolved. The area manager of Pune East and Kondhwa division has stopped picking up my phone. The cable is still there. Everytime I am provided with a complaint ID and assured that the cable will be removed in one day...

                        Respected sir, from last 2 weeks i am facing problems of speed dropping continuous. Regularly, i have to call at the call center but still they are not providing any solution and giving fake promises that we will solve it in within few hours. I had requested technical visit for checking the problem but the technical is not also arrive yet. Please sir take some action against this fake company. They are fooling their customer.

                        Current plan : up to 4 mbps
                        Actual speed : 0.15 mbps

                          - We're facing problems from You broadband internet service provider, they are not providing service and proper response. our internet is shut off from more then a week and we have done many complaints but they are not giving any response to us and telling us lie that we will do but they are not doing their job properly. We are facing this problem from 9th September 2016 till now. Please sir, take some action against this FRAUD company.

                            Worst experience, i haven't faced such worst experience with local area cable TV connection provider. They have taken a plan of 12 months and it's been 24 day I have paid for the plan. Still it's not even a month i've opted for this broadband, firstly they took15 days to provide connection and also counted those 15 days into the plan deducting as i have utilized their service for 15 days where I have started using their service after 19 days after i paid them the cash for 12 months plan. Now they have disconnected the service and not responding to calls and Mails. And now i have raised a request to cancel the service and requested for refund they disconnected the connection and it's been 24 days there is no check of been generated.
                            We had taken Amanora special 1month 55 GB Plan @ 785 Rs/-
                            It is horrible to say these people provide fake data, the internet quality is so poor and it gets consumed in 5 days. Shameless people, they do fraud in every aspect, the reports of data consumption are faulty.

                            Please do not take their service. Its total fraud!!!

                              We have taken 4mbps plan for internet but getting very less speed like 0.5-1.5 mbps. We complained it about to provider they took complains and did nothing to resolve the issue. They just closing the complains without resolving and confirming with us.

                              1st Complain did on 13/09/2016 after that did 3-4 complains.

                                  Got an internet connection two months ago. Have been facing continuous problem with the service. Complained several times via E-mail, Phone, sms but never got a satisfactory response. They have rude customer service people who do not pick up the call, or even if they do they transfer it to someone else who again follows the routine. I have also got a number for their supervisor and have been in constant touch with him (Prahlad Giri- Contact no: [protected]) but even he's not willing to help citing that these things take some time to resolve.
                                  Now internet is not working for past 11 days and they are neither willing to rectify the problem, nor give me the refund. I even threatened to go to the consumer court but he laughed saying that do whatever pleases u.

                                    I have paid 4500 rs for 6 months broadband plan, after using for 7 days i have changed my location but you broadband is not providing services in that area so i have request them to give my money back, but they are denying for that. i have paid 4500+ for just 7 days. they should have to return my money.

                                    I am talking with you broadband customer care for last 15 days but they are not resolving my issue. I also had talk with my Customer relationship manager of you broadband but they are not giving good response. every time when i call them they just told me, we will call back you in some time.

                                    they told me that it is company policy, we can not refund the money. I told them you should let us know about this kind of policies but there reply was horrible, they told me that you are purchasing the services so you have to ask that before making payment.

My connection disconnected on 29.08.2016, made many times complain lost more than Rs. 600/But still no any actions. Whom make this compensation when it will be rectified. Who will be responsible for these type of delays? I have also recorded all the conversations with your customer care executives. Today at least before noon it will not be rectified and resume my connection and compensate my expenses, I have to forced to go to consumer court and make complain against you whole services. Will see at least what action will be taken?S

                                        They are just money eaters most of the time the connection doesnt work but they ask u to renew before ur monthly pack gets over no proper service dont buy this broadband connection!!!
