You broadbands service had been pathetic from day 1 itself. Not even 3 months from installation, i have faced the same issue 7-8 times. N mostly took them more than 10-12 days to resolve it every time. The connection, the sercide and connection is just crap. Every second day you get a fiber cut message god knows why and how is that possible. People just keeps swinging you saying they are passing it to back end team, they will get in touch, we are puttimg it on high priority, and all useless things that just dosent seem to work at all. When we ask them for contact details or email ids of senior management so we could provide our fedback, they simply deny it. How the hell are they denying me for an information which is our right to know. When i asked for disconnection and refund as more than 50% of the time i have not been able to use the connection, they said they will not return thr entire amount. Its an abuse and a mental torture. Every day i keep calling them. But no one seem to be concerned about it. I wonder if i can get all thr call recordings from past 3 months and sue them in every possible way.

I'm have been you broadband internet service. on 12th july 2016 we lost internet connectivity. i raised an issue over phone to customer care on 13th of july 2016, after regular follow-up for 3days technician came to solve issue on 16th july 2016 and he blamed me for the issue saying "u have changed password that is the reason you are not getting internet" though i had not changed any password. finally he did some changes and issue was resolved.
Again on the next day i lost connectivity, i followed usual procedure and called customer care. today is 21st july still my issue is not resolved and i have no internet for almost 9days and no technician came to solve the issue.

I do not have internet connectivity from november 2015 onwards and i have disconnected their broad band service on 25.12.2015 and the modem was taken back by their representative v. Naresh kumar on 09.01.2016 modem mac:00195edifbda but still i have not received my modem deposit of rs.2000/-.
I need my deposit amount with interest.

Please do the needful.

I am a customer of you broadband in pune (acc. no. 1402341). it is a worst isp. there service is pathetic, i have to say this.internet goes very frequently, it doesn't connect at all giving error 651. whenever i complaint, customer care register the complaint and the local technicians/ engineers do not do anything and resolves the complaint from their portal, however they do not solve the issue in real, neither they bother about anything. i get error 651 very often, they always take atleast 2-4 days to solve it. customer care just writes whatever we say and the local team does not even bother. one can not rely on such service providers.

I would suggest others not to opt for you broadband as they have pathetic service. traders and work from home people may have to bear high losses.

Writing it here as i do not want any body suffer.

I have purchase the youbroadband internet connection on 13th june 2016. i was told that i will get internet connection within 15-20 days max. but also told that since my area is within coverage, i will get it by 10 days.

After 11 days, they have wired in my building and said that they will come next day to start internet connection.

After this they have not yet came till today to start internet connection. also, i have registered 8-10 complaints on the customer care. but out of this many complaints they only registered 3 complaints for which i got the complaint id.

Even after the these many complaints, they have just closed my 2 of the complaints saying that they have just wired out side my house. this is the worst part of you telecom (hell of them...).

Since last 1 week they are saying that they will install it today but that day has yet not arrived.

My experience is the most and the worst with you broadband.

I have given request on 7th june 2016 for shifting of connection from 18, chandraneel, bavdhan toc-103, vaidehi bavdhan. I paid 650/- as a shifting changers. Till today shifting is balance. I calling custmer care and relationship manager every day and they make false promise that they will resolve within a day.
I want other future customers should be aware about ethics of this fraud company

Internet is down every weekend and promised additional resources is never recieved. all fake service.

I've subscribed to the best plan and the excuse list i get.

Technical error.
Electricity not there where modem is placed.

Weekend the technician won't pick their call. fake promise to get the issue resolved in 10 hrs.
Fedup with their service.

I am using you broadband 100 mbps plan for that i paid 4000/6 months.
But i am not getting 100 mbps even 20 mbps also i am not getting properly. Some times the speed in kbps at that time i am unable to browse..
I asked to disconnect the internet and refund my money but they are saying we wont refund the money once you paid.

If the problem is there from their end why they wont refund money?

I raised many complaints regarding my issue but there is no proper response and they resolving the ticket which i raised for my issue without resolving my issue and without taking confirmation from me, from last 40 days i raised almost 50+ complaints but all are they resolved but till i didn't get any resolution from other side.

After confirmation from higher authority and ensuring from them that within 20-25 days they install connection but they cheat and now after more than one month now no reply from them..

I asked for writing abt time period but they are not agreed for that.

I think there are many other costumers who face same problem.

One year before i faced same problem and after so many follow up i got my money back.
I also told them abt last problem and they give endurance not happen next time but once again i faced same.


Please do necessary action urgently.

This company take money for promising that they provide good service but they aren't provide services we can't access internet. We complaint in that company but they didn't answered and they talked very rudely to their customers. They didn't solve my problem since last 25 days i couldn't access internet. So please i am requesting to take any action against tbis fraud company. There are so. Many other customers that they are hesitated and angry with the service.

Inspite of my repeated complaints for the last 2 weeks, You Broadband India have not yet resolved my internet connection problem.

Still internet connectivity is not getting

I am facing miserable experience and mentally upset with the service of you broadband. It us not working from 4th july for the past 3 days. I have made 6 calls to customer care centre telling as recorded voice stating the issue will be solved in 4 - 8 working hours and some technical person will call me. But nothing happened till now. The contact numbers of chennai office the customer care provides is useless as there are dead persons working there. I have made more than 20 calls past 3 days but nobody picked the calls.
If you take my previous records you will know how many times i am facing issue in a month. Approx. I am loosing 10 days without connection out of total 30 days.
Then why the hell i have to pay in full if you can't provide full service???
I even met mr. Satish, head of operations in chennai head office today at 10.30 am and he committed that it would be resolved today at the earliest. But no responses till now and the contact numbers he has given me are useless as nobody picks up and even don't care to reply me back.
I don't know what to say but for sure the chennai service is pathetic to the core and i strongly believe that the service team in chennai are totally died altogether...
I know nothing is going to happen and change things. You broadband is totally a crap and bull!!!

I registered my complain on 3rd july that my internet connection is not working. today is 6july evening. after 5 followup on cl and mail person has not come. customer care are not even sharing me my complain detail in writing.
My life's most of the part is spent on broadband and their promises are always so big. i am frustrate mentally with thier behaviour. please do the needfull.

Hi is company ka mene net liya tha phir cable walo ne net dene se mana kiya aur pehle "aasim k nakhuda" name ka madarchod aadmi paise le gaya aur cable wale ne net dene se mana kar diya ab muje refund nahi mil raha. pichle 30din se wait kar raha hu ye log gol-gol ghumate rehte hai ki aapka cheque courier me aa raha hai.

I am a regular customer of You Broadband India Pvt. Ltd. Since last one week my internet connectivity is not working and I have complained to You Broadband India Customer Care support team. They are giving dates but the technician is not coming and resolving the problem.

I am getting very bad experience from You Broadband India service team. Request you to kindly help me in resolving this issue

The worst service provider in chennai my account no 1063024 i have given request for shifting of connection on 1st june 2016 and they have collected chq on 3 june 2016 and chq cleared on 6th june 2016 and till today i. e up to 5 july 2016 the connection is not shifted and given complaints several times to there executive rajini and chitra they are just giving false promises and now i have decided to take up the matter with consumer forum court for imposing penalty and they should repent for the same

I have paid for the connection 1.5 months ago..I got my user id but there is no modem installation yet ... I have registered a complaint 12 times but every time they are saying that you will get a connection by tomorrow but no progress is there and their local office or sales person is not responding in a proper way... I want to cancel my connection.

I have requested a new broad band connection from you and they took the money on 20 June saying that the installation will be done within 7 days. Still no show from them. Then I asked for refund but nothing has happened yet. Please help me with this. I daily call them for 30 mins but still no resolution is provided to me. Worst service I have ever seen in my life.

I booked YOU broadband 2 weeks before and i have specifically told them to give connection within 3 working days and they said yes mam u will get your connection within 5 days. But 2 weeks passed no reply from them.. when called them they said we will update . then called the person who gave me the connection... he said im not responsible.. another person said im in meeting.. and the 3rd person never picked up the call. after 2 weeks i came to know connection is not available at our area.
i just wanted to know 3 things..!!
1) y cant they check before booking connection that this area is available for them or not.?
2) y cant they get money after installation.?
3) y broadband connection is not available in M.G.R nagar???????
