Dear Sir,

My name is Keerthana from Hyderabad n A/c No: 1270935. I bought 6 months plan 100mbs plan in September 2015 from Youbardband but it never give me more than average speed of 20 n had raised so many complaints on speed n Frequent disconnections but never resolved the issues by the time expiry came. This time sales person convinced me to buy 1 year renewal of one year 100mbs plan by promising all issues will resolved. So I did renewal on April 2016. But till now, the issues still persists. No in spite of making so many calls and escalation. I did not get any proper resolution. After I raised compliant request on speed, immediately the technician(Dayakar n Sampath) are closing tickets by mentioned "issue resolved" without seeking Customer feedback also they never visited home n check the issue. I also talked to back end department(Madhu) and Hyderabad in charge Bhaskar reddy for permanent resolution but nothing happened. So, am writing this email with unavoidable circumstances n situation that you may aware of background realities what really customers are facing. Your immediate attention on this issue is highly appreciated for which shall be very thankful to you.

I have installed 29 aug 16 and it was worked only for 2 hrs after that till dste it is not working.

I have raised complaints in customer care and also wih the person from whom I took this plan but nobody is givi g sollution.

    I have seen worst ever service provider.they thought that customers are fool and they can't understand anything.they don't have any permanent solution for any issue.worst experience with you-broadband.
    they don't even work efficiently on registered complaints and when subscription is near to end at that time they called frequently.
    it's look like that they are here for only make a money, they are list-concern with customer query.

      We have recently moved to youbroadband and facing a lot of trouble with the service and processing of my request.
      Last month my internet was not working for 13 days and your person had to visit us 3 times to correct the problem. Till date i have not received my refund and this is a very unprofessional behavior. I had made a 10 calls to your customer care and they always say the refund will be processed in 4 hours and till date no progress.

      1st because of your no services for 13 days we faced so much trouble and now when we are asking for refund we are again facing trouble.

      Is this a professional company or some private internet company working on their whims and fancies. I need my refund!

        I have paid 6 months money for my connection. I was told by local lady to pay online for discount online and new connection will be in three days and maximum is week.I have been waiting for since 15 days now but no clue when will be getting the connection upstart working. I have my sister staying abroad talking to her becomes impossible. After seeing customer's number dont respond the phone call as well and says your money r safe with us. It is not a bank that i am investing my money here. It was appreciated if was told in advance that new connection will be like 25 days now. I would have not paid money and would have choose a better service provider. Pathetic customer care service. Pathetic toll free number service as no one picks the phone and it's always on waiting till you get bored calling them.
        Lady i talked was Deepika Mistry- [protected]. She answers me all have problem when i genuinely tell my problems and tells will speak to technical person. I have waited enough for such a pathetic service after paying advance money for six months. poor service provider. please find my Registration No ::[protected] of the payment made.please be informed that installation of your broadband account would be completed in next 7 working days (*this is line mentioned when payment is completed) .payment done on 9th August, 16.

          Abhi 1 month bhi nahi hiva hai aur total 10 + complain kar chuka hu

            One lady called me from youbroadband and told me that my data balance is exhausted and if i will recharge my account on the same day from the mobile application then i will get 15% extra resources. But after 15 days i am still fighting against them. They ask me if i have any message regarding this offer? But i have only got the phone call. So giys be aware of that they used to scam on the phone.

              After a long struggle of 10 months i have received a cheque from you broadband for rs.1400/- vide citi bank cheque no.189253 dt:28.07.2016. But i have paid refundable modem deposit to their representative b. R. Sathiyamoorthy on 28.06.2007 for getting the broadband connection. Crf no: iqf no 087458 & their invoice no. Post - 3621669 dt:10.07.2007 enclosed

              Worst broadband service provider in pune.I have done recharge 3 days ago but my broadband plan is not working.and whenever I tried to contact customer care I just got fake promises that technician would be reaching on next day.But didn't got my issue resolved yet.

                I paid renewal amount, so my account was activated from suspended mode,
                When i called you broadband for renewal payment, they reached me within 1/2 hour to collect the renewal amount, and they activated my account,
                Later i came to know that there is a cable/wire cut/which is reaching my home, i called customer care 3 times in past 48hrs, only reply they used to foce is 'within 4-6 working hrs your issue will be solved' but not solved even after 48hrs, some how i got local office nos and called them they used to say,
                We will send technician, but no one reached from 48hrs, pls friends dont go for youbroadband, believe me friends, this is a comptetvive world, but still this ppl don't know that better service can survive in this comptetvive world

                  The manager and executives deny the registration of mobile number even though i have made the full payment of 2502/- rs (Inclusive 1000 modem + rs 650installation charges + 850 you tyrant scheme visible on their site).

                  The company already delayed installation and device provisioning service & now the manager denies the registration also after plenty of calls and complaints. Crm you broadband : [protected]. The executive helped till payment and now don't even pick up the call [protected].

                  I want the installation and services within 2 days or refund my money back.

                    I had applied for the connection about 2 years back but couldn't get the connection due to some technical reason. I am till date awaiting refund and had been writing to saranjeet kaur in recent past but always getting a false commitment from her on the refund. I had personally visit gateway plaza office of youbroadbrand and called several times as well.

                      I am an existing you broadband customer and my account no. Is 1037267.

                      Chain of events
                      This is with regards to the complaint on no internet connectivity i raised on 14th aug’16 in the morning around 10am - reference no:[protected]

                      I placed multiple calls to the customer service wherein i spoke to usha who promised that a technician called ‘anil’ will certainly resolve the issue by 6pm:
                      • no call no show till about 3pm so i called up again and spoke to the same lady who reassured that it will be fixed by 6pm and i am not supposed to worry!
                      • while i was pretty sure nobody will turn up and hell i was right that no technician called to at least keep me posted on what’s happening
                      • fyi; it’s monday morning, a 15th aug’16 holiday wherein i write this lengthy email from my phone over 3g data sitting at home at the mercy of no internet from you broadband

                      Now here is the irony; except of the last point from above, the same issues were repeated last weekend as well wherein i had registered a complaint against no internet connectivity on 6th aug’16 around 8pm ist - reference no:[protected] /[protected]

                      Complaint 1
                      • i work monday to friday with a corporate organization so all i look forward to over the weekend is to access internet for work & leisure while relaxing at home. It has been two weekends that these corrupt operations of yours which screw-up my weekends in entirety
                      • please check your records to realise the number of calls i have made to check for an update and expressed my frustration wherein i lost all my weekend and energy fighting for resolution of the issues
                      • let’s talk about your employees:
                      O why the hell can’t they provide me with a contact number of the technician (Anil, in this case) so i can call them directly? Doesn’t your organization believe in transparency and quicker resolution – oh sorry i am sure it doesn’t!! Except for the fact you launched an ios app which crashes on launch itself
                      O i receive 1 text message per week from you broadband asking to contact “my customer relationship manager”- manju shinde (+91-[protected]). Who hired her and gave her this designation? Does she even understand the role of customer relationship considering the rude responses she gives me each and every time i raise an issue? Yeah well she did a good job by following up with me when i asked for an additional internet connection for 3 of my affiliates which unfortunately i can't disclose here.

                      Do you understand what this means about your customer relationship manager (Manju shinde), just for your clarity – your teams only bother about new business and care a damn about after sales customer service!!

                      • on to the roll, there is akashdeep (+91-[protected]), technical team manager who didn’t return a single of the 15 calls i made to him yesterday
                      • another one; mayur (+91-[protected]), area coordinator i suppose whose number was rolled up to me by manju herself so she could do me a favour, wasn’t reachable throughout the day

                      Complaint 2
                      • one of you superior in authority must take the pain to come & have a look at the terrace of my building in terms of the way you broadband cabling has been placed – it’s literally all over the terrace, trust me your company should be paying me rent to have occupied and made a mess of our building’s common terrace which to be honest clearly explains why the connectivity keeps going down. Even the junk of cables which are not used are dumped on the terrace itself so screw things up further and ensure that the next technician doesn’t understand a dime of which cable goes where
                      • do we care to employ some technicians who believe in hygiene and cleanliness so all the cabling & wiring can at least be consolidated to keep it neat?
                      • by the way, the whole building’s internet connectivity is down and the concerned flat owners have registered separate complaint numbers

                      Conclusion
                      You guys have got me believing that i am paying you broadband
                      1. To keep the connectivity alive only when i use it the least over weekdays and drop it when i want to use it over the weekend
                      2. To pay the staff salaries (All included the ones i mentioned) who care a damn about how to treat customers
                      3. To launch a fancy app for ios & android but ensure they’re useless when it comes to raising an issue but brilliant when you either want a new connection or during a renewal
                      4. To call me right before the renewal so i would renew each quarter / six monthly just to witness no connectivity over weekends

                      I need a full compensation of the loss suffered & the frustration caused in addition to internet connectivity up & running at all times else please be courteous enough to refund all my money and take-away you broadband services from all my undertakings!

                          My internet is not working from last two days. I raise ticket yesterday on 9 aug, 2016. Still date it is not assign to anyone. If it is assign to anyone then it take 4 to 5 days to visit my place to resolve complaint. I am facing this issue from last 4 to 5 times. I have taken your connection before 40 days ago and in this 40 days more then 10 days internet was not working (More then 25% days). Every 4 to 5 days there is one day internet is not working. You have taken payment of 120 days but i thinks it work only for 90 days and to take payment of 120 days. Every time it take more then 30 minutes to pick call and it not toll free number. So, i can not pay every time 30 minute rupee to telephone operator. I buy 100mbps plan but it give around 10mbps or less speed.

                            It has been 2 months since i cancelled my subscription to you broadband and i have not yet received my deposit amount of rs. 1000, which i was told will be given back in 45 days time period, as they had to get a cheque from their head office in surat. It has been more than 60 days now and i have not even received an email regarding my cancellation nor any news about the deposit amount. When i called their call center, they seemed least interested to help me and told me i will get a call from someone in a few hours. Today, i am getting a call from them and they are saying it will take another 25 days before i get my money back. What kind of ridiculous policy is that. They want the money upfront even before the connection is given, but while giving the deposit back they have made me wait for 2 months and now another 25 days. What do they even need the deposit for, since i had not taken any instrument from them and internet fees was paid at the starting of the month? It looks like they are trying to scam people of the 1000 bucks, thinking that most people probably just forget about it. Can someone please help me get my money back?

                            What are they sending me their customer care number for when I have already filed a complaint with them? My YOU broadband account number was 1379817, so if they want to resolve this call me and give me my money back without any delays.

                              A complete fraud.. Promised 2 mbps. I don't even get 1 mbps speed... Bad and extremely poor service.. Service assurance head and business heads have been promising resolution but no action... Relationship manager sanjeet does not even answer. Yout call.. Customer service is trained to respond like robots.. My internet goes off every friday and after complaining like a zillion. Times gets resolved by tuesday to get disconnected again by friday...

                                Worst Internet company ever!!! Internet hardly work, lucky if works 1-2 hr a day. Coustomer service are like robot are trained state "Complain is register and someone will assigned into 4-8 hours". No one cares then. Asked for disconnection on 9th day of connection. They state NO REFUND. Paid money for service which they don't provide. Pls avoid. Waste of money. It is SCAM. They state lucrative offer, get customers then no sevice n no refund...

                                  From the last two weeks...Every second day internet doesn't work . Especially on the days when work is to be done through Internet it NEVER EVER works. If the work which can be done only using Internet is done by using our mobile data JUST BECAUSE the Internet doesn't work than what's the use o[censored]sing YOU BROADBAND.
                                  And if the company is having technical problem every second day that "YOU" seriously should think about Managing and solving technical problem. If we pay and don't get the services especially when it is needed the most...than that thing makes us think twice TO USE YOU BROADBAND or NOT...

                                    As per you broadband team, they sent my refund cheque by courier 2days back and failed to provide me with the details of courier in past 2days for tracking purpose. I've been repetitively reminding them via mail at appl. [protected]@youbroadband.Co.In and customercare. [protected]@youbroadband.Co.In
                                    But received to reply leave apart the details of courier. Tried calling their customer care no. But all you get in reply is that they will call back in 4-8 hours which have never happened in past 6months.

                                      Last 2 months there has been constant disconnection everyday, sometimes upto 8 hours and minimum 4 hours everyday! The reason generally given are maintenance work or power failure. But how many times a week do they need to do maintenance work and power doesnt go more than once a month in pune. These reasons are just excuses and cannot be accepted.
                                      Thats at least 25-30% service failure that means upto 30% waste of my money! For charges of rs1400/month this is not acceptable. How can i demand a refund?
                                      Below i have attached some of the 'service sms' over the last few days. If i had known earlier that pictures of proof were required i would not have deleted over 50 sms from the last month and before.

                                        I has referred 3 friends from my apartment but did not get the benefit committed by you broadband service executive mgm benefit as referral status

                                        Flat no. 405 refer two times as two bachelor friends are staying in that room the first refereed friend having ref. Id 79262 was in office at the time of document submitting so, other friend ref. Id 97374 has submitted documents on his name same communicate to service person came for receiving documents but he has not updated any reference as he committed.
