Internet is not working last 5 days and they are making fool. Last five days i m trying and trying.. And they people are telling today it will work today it will work... And their today till now dont come.. I m loosing my business because of them. Prashant, kiran, moham arif all people are making me fool on phone and they are not sharing any information as well as

    We applied for the you broadband connection in the first week of jun'16 for three months subscription. This is the second time that we are facing the issue with internet. When we call the customer care, they said it will be resolved within 4 to 8 working hours. We have been following up with the local office at bagyanagar colony, kphb and finally they resolved the issue and we got access for 2 hours from then. Again, they have disconnected the internet and till now it is not resolved. When we ask for returning the money where they are not agreeing for it or not resolving issue.

    Need your support in punishing them and help us to resolve the issue.

      I have buyed a you broadband connection before 3 months. But after every alternative day from evening to afternoon of the next day. I have complaint many times but their engineer calls me after revival of the service and claims that it will not happen again. I have contacted personally to the head of the branch but they also reply with same words. And also they are providing a referral programme in which if you acquire a new connection with referral you would be credited with extra 50GB for 1 Month with condition that the referrer should be of same society or building. I have been in that scheme and applied a new connection with referral code but the company rejected my referral saying that it was not of same building. But that is not true as the referrer and me are living in same society . If you can please help me as internet Is a essential for my work and I am not able to use for about half of the time. If you can please help me regarding this as soon as possible.

        I got a message that your technician is on the way to install Act No. 142 1302
        This SMS is dated 20 Jun 16 at 1255 hrs.
        Till now i.e. 22 Jun 16 1730 hrs. no one visited us.
        This is strange that if you make small comments it is ignored and if you make a big essay, it is attended. So the person has lot of time to read essay rather than reading small sentence and resolve the issue immly. May be this is the way it works. My analogy is, if you politely tell some one your problem, it is ignored. But if you shout at him and particularly abuse him, then immediately there is response. Strange way of people. I have tried to make a long complaint, if you are still not happy, tell me, I will try to write a two page essay.

          I purchased a new broadband connection on 27 May from YOU Broadband, and despite being told a maximum activation time of 7 days, the connection is still not working. While making the connection inquiry I was told that the connection will be active in 2 days (which was a lie as customer care afterwards said its 7 days), however despite my efforts of calling/messaging/emailing them every day the connection is not working till date.

          On 6th June they registered a complain (no.[protected] and said the issue will be resolved asap. Since then I have been calling daily in the company (to installation guy/senior executive/manager), and except one guy (who came to install the modem), none of the senior guys either pick up the phone or voluntarily provide any update on the problem. The guy who came to install the model gives a different reason every day and promises that issue will be resolved by ‘evening’.

          I even sent an email to their customer care ID provided on their website, however never got any response on it (attached is a copy of the email). In fact I got a bounce back on it since they never care to read (and process) the emails and the mailbox is over allowed quota (the exact wording of error - “The users mailfolder is over the allowed quota (size). (#5.2.2)”)

          I even requested them to cancel the connection and refund my money, but they refuse to do so as well and there is no end to my frustrating experience.

            My Internet connection is not working since last one month (except few 3 days in month). I have done several complaint to customer care no. they say that connection will be fix within 48 hrs, however No action has been taken since last one month. I have also complaint to three higher authorities but nothing has been done on ground to fix the connection.
            I dont want to keep connection & I want my money back as internet not worked for single day since my last recharge.

              I have been calling up the customer care for the past three days, these guys have disconnected my connection, saying cheque has bounced, then why hasnt anyone come to collect the payment and return the cheque??????

              I am really regretting taking the service, Have been calling for the last three days and just no response after saying someone will get back to you in 4 hours.?????

              Can I please talk to someone senior in the company, this is a serious case of bad service and irritating the customers, wasting their time.

              I havnt got my cheque back and no response either and no proof of communication.

                Upon my request, broad band services were discontinued and modem was uninstalled on 20.04.2016 by mr. Niraj mandal, youbroadband employee.
                As per youbroadband policy, they will take 45 days to process the refund of deposit of rs.1000/-.
                Today, on 19th june, it has been 2 months and i am still struggling for my deposit money. Few calls were made my me to mr. Rawal, youbroadband baroda incharge. But everytime, fake promises are made for refund.
                I have raised the same concern to national consumer helpline as well and will highlight this incident on every channel.
                Please helpesolving this asap.

                  I have requested for a new broadband connection and paid online fees of rs. 3209 on 8th june, 2016. They committed to give me installation in 7 working days. Still i have not got any installation and they have not given me any update regarding status for my connection. Everytime i call in local office, they do not answer or give any update. Many times they even does not receive my call. Many times i called on customer care numbers given in website. They makes me fool by saying that they will call back but no one calls then. I have asked many times to disconnect my request and give me my money back. Still they are not informing me any status for my disconnection request. May kindly do the needful at earliest.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I was taken new connection on 5th June 2016 so company authorised person said that your connection are occur in 7 days but the company can't send technical person for router configuration for that I go to the office approximately 5 to 6 times but the staff member says that we will send technical person in 1 hours but they can't any action. Really I tired from this company and they can't return my payment...

                    Please sir take any action for this company...

                      We applied for new connection on 17th May and request number is[protected] and told me it will come in 10 days and i paid Rs.2575. But still not got so i called on 25th may again said will get back in 7 to 8 working hours. Again i called 7th June and had talked to give refund or else give connection. They told me we will give refund in 45 banking working days. When i applied for connection they told me will refund by cheque but didn't informed about 45 days. Now my point is that if they company is not able to give connection then why they are giving commitment and taking advance money from us. My request id is[protected] on 15th June for cancellation. That call center executive told me we are informing now that will give refund in 45 days. They are using public fund without giving interest.

                      Worst experience dealing with ultimate cheaters

                        My account number 1290965, in the name of Sajeevan with You Broad band india. i lost my connection from 10th June 2016, and i called the customer care number[protected] almost 10 times(daily twice), but the reply was Mr kumaresan will call you and help you. and at last i called Appelate Number Priyanka [protected]@[protected] . but the reply was device problem we dont got the approval for changing the device. waiting for approval. if a company cant change the Device immediately (atleat in two days) then why they should run the company. is it a a good service from the You Broad band side ?

                          Please note that after repeated call to their customer care- the number is
                          [protected] regarding installation of new internet connection. i have submited the cheque amount for the plan. amount 5605 rs. Bank of India Cheque. cheque no- 000106. this formalities done from my side on 1st june and they deducted the amount very next day. after that no one came for connection. neither call from them.

                          I want my amount refund as well as compensation for cheating me with false promise. i want my refund and compensation.

                            i got connection from you broadband from 3rd june 2016 but still the company had not provided me net connection.

                            i am complaining at customer care but they always that your will resolve within 2 to 4 hours but my complain is still there.

                            i want to take an action for this fraud.

                              I had been using You Broadband for last 10 months. I had suffered from frequent disconnections and loss of service ever since I started using it. The customer care person who registers the complaint has no idea about what the issue is, and it is very common for the issue resolution to take 3 or 4 days more than whatever estimation they give. There is no clear information about when or whether the issue will be resolved or not. If payment is delayed even by one day, they instantly deactivate the account. However, there is no compensation provided for loss of promised services and the mental agony caused thereby. I demand that you broadband be held responsible for the loss I've incurred the present time for not being able to access internet since Monday, the 6th of June 2016 which was supposed to be resolved by 7th June 2016 6:30 PM but till now (8th June 2016 21:11 hours) no action has been taken yet.

                                Hi,

                                I am selvakumar from chennai, using youbroadband for about 5 months.
                                (Login id: selva222, acc no: 1347800).

                                I have been continuesly cheated by the sales people of youbb in chennai.

                                Initially mr. Satheesh & mr. Karthick (Sales team) together called me and promised to provide one month free data as i got new connection using referral system.
                                So i was told to take two month plan for rs. 2233 (33mbps plan) and said to provide 3 months plan.
                                Finally they said me i am not eligible for that and they can give just 10 days. Still i didnot get that.

                                Second time, mr. Sridhar (Cash collection team) called me to renew through cash (Rs. 690) and promised me to give 40 days of internet for 1mbps.
                                But now my internet connection is dead slow and when i complained they said they can give only 500kbps for 10 days and then only 30 days of 1mbps.

                                The problem here is, i did not ask any offer.
                                But youbb people volunteerly says fake offers and cheating me again and again.

                                Two times i was cheated and disappointed much.
                                Who will take necessary action against them?

                                  Despite taking a package of 9000rs for 3 months to get high speed internet connection, the Internet services are off for most part of the month and we have to keep calling them to get a resolution. The customer care people do not have a clue about the problem and repeat everytime that you will get a call back in 4-8 working hours and the issue will be resolved, while we never get a call back and have to keep calling them to find out the problem. At most times they say it is fibre cut, Internet remains unavailable for days together. It's a content problem and they refuse to return the money back as well.

                                    I have taken You Broadband Connection from past 2 years and suffered many times on connection issues but even after so many complaints they are not listening to our concerns. It has been more than a week I don't have Internet connection and every time they say, they don't have any updates!
                                    There is some issues in the modem, but even after 100 complaints, they never changed it! Every month I pay for the bill and their service is pathetic!

                                    I want serious actions to be taken against them ASAP.

                                      Have been using their services for the past 6 months and its an ON/OFF service.
                                      This time lodged a complaint on 28th May(Saturday) and have called them over 20 times and even after 4 days, its not resolved. We are fed up with their service, haven't received a single call back since the complaint was logged. Their behaviour is absolutely un-professional and they treat their customers as scape goats. Since the payment for the time period is already done, we are at a huge loss.

                                      We want the line to get fixed right away- meaning today or I want a full refund +penalty charges due to the time we've spent calling them.

                                        I had taken 100mbps plan fr 3 months for which i paid 6028 and they assure me connection in 3-4 days on high priority as the society was feasible but after hell lot of follow up the dont bother to revert back! i asked them to cancel my connection request and refund me for which they took the request and told me within 4-8 hours ill get a call which i am hearing since 4 days but no one calls back and suddenly after my cancellation request next day i get call for installation and i was like i have already cancelled my connection nd the guy was so what we got request for installation so u have to install it i was like no ways i need my refund so before the user id generation refund process was of 7-10 bank working days now suddenly after user id generation they told me 22 days i was like how can u generate my id when 24hrs before i gave request for cancellation ! its a fraud company please help !!
