I had Internet connection from you broadband India ltd.
i have requested for shifting the location but it's been 1.5 month i request.
Shifting amount is already paid, but shifting is still in progress.

Please i want Internet connection bcz my work is not being completed due to this issue.

And it's been very problematic for me, i have contacted the customer care many times but they saying that it's will be done ASAP.

    I have applied for new connection 1 month before. It has been told to complete installation within 5 working days. Even after one month connection has not done and no one is responding from You broadband.

    One person from YouBrodband service came immediately for check collection and deducted amount very second day. but now, he is also not replying.

    I need support to resolve the issue.
    Still there is no response from You Broadband

      Hello

      i feel really very bad experience with your YOU broadband internet service. i am dealing with your company approx last 9 months. but last 32 days i had request to the customer relationship manager to resolve my modem problem. but still they can't do anything. my username = arr016
      and i have 100MBPS plan. and my current modem type is not feasible to get whole speed last 32 day my speed is only 16mbps then what can i do with this lowest speed.
      if i have comfort with 16mbps then why i should get 100mbps plan????
      my query is not solved till now.

      if that is continue with monday[protected] then i don't continue with you-broadband and i am complain with your higher authority regrading this.

        I am customer of this company since last 2 yrs and my user id is kdg846. I requested them to disconnect my broadband connection because of no one is there in the house to use internet. My account was expired nearly[protected]. I have complained again and again but no one is coming to collect my modem and they are also not giving the deposit given in advance rs. 900 given for modem. Whenever i called up in their customer care they just spoke that our person will come in 4-8 working hours and they will collect my modem but no one is been came yet. I have bills and phone recordings as proof. I humble request to resolve my complain and to refund rs. 900 given as deposit of modem.

          I am using youtelecom's internet service, it has not been working since 23rd may 2016, i have made many calls to the customer care of youtelecom, they say that they are forwarding a request and a representative will come to my place and will fix this issue, but no one has showed up yet since 23rd of may. it is very unprofessional of them to overlook my complaint, not addressing my problem, making false commitments and not getting in touch with me at all. i called them on 24th may, then i called them thrice on 25th may and then i called them twice on 26th may, and each time i got the same response from them that my problem will be fixed shortly and they are sending a technician soon. on 27th may i finally decided not to call them up and file a complaint against them for this harassment. i am also attaching few audio recordings of the conversations that i had with the company.

            I am using Youbroadband from past 9 months, and my account id is jyoti089, but from past last 70 days, my internet is not working and i have complained about it thousand times, but dint receive any updation on it. When spoke to customer relation manager of our area, he told me that he is not able to provide services in our building, then i asked him for refund but he dint back to me after saying that he will connect with his senior person. Even he stopped picking up my calls.

            But last one week i am again and again getting calls from their sales department for renewals. even told them thousand times that not interested in their service even when asking for refund they are cutting the call. i am totally got frustrated with their weird service.

            My only concern is to get my refund that’s why i am contacting you. Hopefully through this consumer forum i will get my refund amount.

              My you broadband internet is not working from last 15-20 days, i have lodged a complaint in you broadband. I have been calling their customer care from last 15-20 days but they are giving me only one answer "your complaint is under as soon as possible satus and it will be solved, we have also forwarded your complaint to the concern person". Today (23/5/2016) also when i called
              1st call "when i asked to forward the call to supervisor :- our supervisor is busy so you will get a call back" but didn't got a call.
              2nd call "when i asked to forward to supervisor :- they forwarded my call but it handed up automatically after 5- 10 mins".

              I would like to bring in notice of you, please solve this problem we are without internet from last 20 days.

              I have all the call recordings.

                I applied for new connection on[protected]. On[protected] you broadband clear feasibility clearance and permission approval but on 17th may 2016 they withdraw permission approval. I complained two times on helpline regarding delay in installation but till now nothing happened except feasibility clearance.
                Please install my new connection as soon as possible as there is nearly a month happened to go after payment but no process done.

                  I have a youbroadband connection for Internet. It's not working for last 4 days. I called my customer relationship manager. Her reply has not changed since first day. Every time I ve called she told me issue will be resolved in next 24 hours. Her way to deal with customer on phone is soo low and unprofessional. And every time I asked her about the issue, she makes some new story. Youbroadband customer service really has a big scope for improvement.

                    I had recently opted for you broadband in chennai, only to regret.

                    The sales guy took the cheque from me a week ago, promising that installation will be done within the days, that didn't happen.

                    Today a guy came and installed the cabling in the morning. After chatting then up, another guy came and fixed the lan jack to that cable, in the afternoon. And when asked whether i can start working, if informed i'll have to wait for the username and password that came in the night. Though everything like came, jack, login credentials etce ready, still i was not able to start using because the network point wasn't configure. I called up their chennai office and no one picked the call. The sales guy to didn't respond!!! When i complained to their mumbai call center, they're not registering the complaint because it is shown in their system as installation pending...

                    Well, long story short, think twice before choosing you broadband!!!

                      I am heavily facing connectivity issues with youbroadband since more than 2 months and even after registering many complaints have been registered but till date there is no resolution provided, everyone in doing fake promises of solving but nothing has been done

                      Biggest of all is nodal officer at vadodara region mr. Jaypalsinh barot, and relationship officer with contact number [protected], both these persons are biggest fraud and master in fooling customers. Simply fooling around customers and cheating them and misguiding, doing fake promises, giving different different excuses all the time and not solving anything after more than 2 months.

                        Internet is not working properly since last 1 month. I have registered lots of complaints in last month. But each week 2-3 days internet stops working. I want my refund and want to disconnect my internet from you broadband.
                        Help me to recover my plan refund amount. They are saying then can't give return plan amount. Even when I call their customer care, call charges me 1.5 Rs per minute and they keeps me holding for a 10 minute to get more money from call. At least customer care service should be free. Why no one is registering any kind of complain on them?

                          Whenever i want to use internet connection, the connection shows error 651: the modem reported error.
                          And when i complain to youbroadband costumer care they says we will resolve your problem in 4 to 8 hours but it takes the complete one day to resolve the problem.
                          Youbroadband giving very bad service means in every two days costumers need to complaint for service.

                            I always had net disconnection issue always regiatered a complaint i mean every alternate day we can say but this time it was really a headache . my net connection is off since 8th may and every day i am calling the person named amol shelar who is supposed to be the branch manager of aundh baner pune. He is giving false promises as well no movement over the issue that has to be resolved. Till date ie 14th may my issue havent been resolved . i think serious action to be taken against such people.to note i have made full payment in advance so not even net payment issue.

                              YOU broadband is cheating on their new costumers, while selling new connection they promised to install new connection in 3 days. But after 14 days also there is no update.
                              I paid Security Deposit Amount & Advance Rent alongwith documents on 1st May and Sales person (Altaf mob: [protected]) promised me that net will be installed by 4 May (Wednesday).
                              Then on 4 May, Altaf said it will be installed on 6 May, then on 6 May he promised to install it on 8th May. On 8 May Altaf Boss Amit Raut (Mob: [protected]) promised get it installed it on 10 May but since then no one from YOU broadband is entertaining the calls and Sales Person Altaf & Amit Raut both are not accepting my calls.
                              I'm feeling like cheated from YOU broadband

                              You Broadband India — No connection for a month and usage meter still running

                              It's been almost a month. For a stable connection of one day at least. They never pick up calls and never give customer care number, if we search and call they never answer.

                                I, shikha kaithwas a resident of pimpale saudagar pune, had made a payment of inr 4317.00/- for a new broadband connection on 30th march 2016. Attached is the screenshot of payment made.

                                Since then, i have been chasing them for the connection but i could not get any positive response or action from them.

                                Initial 6 or 7 calls went in to track my request and beg them to get the things moving. I never got any message or call back from their team on the status of my request.

                                Later, out of frustration, i requested them to process the refund. They registered the request (Requestid –[protected] but to my surprise, again there was no notification nor was any refund done even after a week.

                                It is then that i called them again requesting to either process the refund or act on the connection request. I being a helpless consumer who was now left with no option (As there are no other service providers in the area where i stay) decided to proceed with the connection and requested them to move on with the connection request (Requestid –[protected].

                                And it’s not just me but several other innocent customers who made the payment and later you brodband never responded back. The reviews are available online.

                                  I have a account with you broad band :1306843

                                  I had made payment for prepaid connection on september 12th 2015, as i was promised the connection within 10 days, even with continous follow up, it took them more than two months just to install the broadband.
                                  Connection was given on 16th Jan 2016.
                                  However the connection went down the very next day. Connection was the told to be fixed on 5th February 2016.
                                  The connection went down again after a week, i think it took a week for them to fix it.
                                  And the connection went down again in couple of days time.

                                  Company counted the activation from jan 15th, even though more than 40 days I didnt had internet connection, my account was deactivated on 30th April, neglecting several call i made to the customer care detailing the issue.

                                  Every time i contact the customer care, i was told that ill get a call back in 4 to 8 working hours, how ever I never receieved a single call back till date. I would have called the customer care more than 30 times since I paid for the connection.

                                  You broad band is one of the worst and irresponsible service provider i have come across in my life.

                                  Before getting connection itself I had asked for refund several times, however the so called customer support people never registered my request, despite the fact that i was calling them on daily basis for the same.

                                  Being fed up with all these, i literally had to raise my voice on the support people to cancel my connection.
                                  I raised the request last week and its not been processed yet.

                                  This company needs to pay for this irresponsible behaviour, I need my money back, what ever belongs to me.

                                      I am writing this letter after getting extremely frustrated and dejected while spending lot of my time, energy and money in contacting on several contact numbers ranging from call centre number to nodal office number about my complaint but the internet service for account 1143611 (Area: Sector 45, Gurgaon, Registered mobile: [protected]) has still not been rectified.

                                      Please note that even though my internet has not been working since 4th May 2016, I made the complaint only on May 6 after waiting for 2 days after waiting for the service to come up. I was assured rectification in 24 hours, but nothing happened.
                                      I called Gurgaon appellate authority number [protected], where Ms Deepa assured me that by evening the service would be up, but again there was no rectification
                                      I again called customer care on 8th May, but the lady coldly said that it is Sunday and nothing can happen.
                                      Today again I called Ms Deepa on appellate authority number [protected], and today she was not at all helpful. She was ready to give me yet another number and said she was from retention department. This is really shocking as this number is given on You Broadband site and this is supposed to be the supreme authority and provide all solutions.
                                      I called customer care again in the evening today and requested the executive to connect me to the superior. He first refused and tried to discourage me and then after putting my call for several minutes I heard a message "Goodbye" and the line got disconnected.
                                      Why are you providing such poor service? Why does 1 complaint take so much time to attend to? Why is there no accountability on any employee or department of You broadband? Why does nobody call the customer to update him of the issue? Why are you doing such a filthy job?

                                      I faced the same problem several times before and the last one in March this year when my internet did not work for 15 days in a row. After relentless calls to the technician (whose number we got after great difficulty) and literally begging him he assured us of permanent solution but now again we are back to square one. Please understand that for many people internet s not just a source of entertainment but also the only means to carry out their job/business/studies.

                                      I really wonder how does any of you sleep at night after giving such hard time to your consumers? I am not sure if there will be any reply to my email and I can just hope for one.

                                        Hi, i am vikram singh. I live in pune. I opted for you broadband connection on 30th april'16 and paid the installation charges (Rs.650) and advance rental (Rs.849) in cash on 30th april'16. The executive who came to my flat to collect the payment ensured me that the i will get the connection by 4th may'16. He gave me a receipt of the payment and mentioned his contact number on it. Since then i am trying to reach him but he is not picking up my call. When i called the customer care of you broadband, the did registered my complaint and gave me a complaint id:[protected]. Even after so many calls my complaint is not yet resolved. I had word with some manager also and he gave me the contact information of pune region head named as synthia joseph. I tried calling her many times but she did not answered any of my calls. Today, when i called again to cancel this connection request and ask them to refund my money they said they need one more chance but i didn't agreed to give them any more chances this time. Now they are asking me to wait for 7-10 working days to get the refund. I am not sure if they ever going to refund my money or not. Those people didn't install the broadband connection even after so many calls and follow-up and now they are making excuse of their company policy and all. They say that their working overs are 9am to 5.30pm, but to collect the payment they send their executive at 10pm on saturday night. But when it comes to provide the service they didn't even responded to any of my complaints. I request consumer forum to look into this matter and get me my money back in full and also the cost that i incurred because of you broadband negligence.
