It was told that there is feasibility of connection at my place, but later i got a call from their technician who told me that they cannot install.

I have taken an internet connection from a company called as “world net broad band service/video world” and i am using it since march 8, 2016. However, it states that the internet is being provided by you broadband.

I call many times in service center they give just date but on that date it was not resloved everytime
Many times i go to the service center and they just gives date but at that day same thing happen
Plz help us
This company treats us like begger
Plz take some strict action against them....

With YOU BROAD Internet service provider the site was down 10 days during the period 24Th Feb 2016 to 5th Mar 2016. This was due to cable cute in whole of Baroda. They fail provide to services to all customers in Baroda city and now not attending looking with +ve attitude. They also assured for extension of services but not done and not responding.
They have not given credit for these 10 days in spite of several complaint to them....

I have applied a new connection on 10th march 2016 and they have promised me to install a connection at my flat within 5-7 working days after paying the payment online.So i paid amount of Rs. 2554 online. But after that i didn't hear anything from them and finally i called him back to their customer services about status on 18th March 2016 and they told me that i technical team will connect me within 2-4 working hour and still i didn't hear...

I am using You Broadband connection. I have applied for a connection transfer and paid all the relative charges on 29 Feb 2016. I was told that connection will start working in 8 days. But now its been 22 Days and it is still not working. I have been to their office for 6-7 times.
I call them everyday, but they are not providing me the solution.

I am a subscriber to YOU Telecom for their household broadband internet connection.

I applied for broadband connection with You Broadband Chennai. I did my payment on 12th Feb 2016 and till today no one has come for installation. Additionally, on 16th Mar, the technician Mr Ramesh called me and requested to forward the SMS which I got from You Broadband having my account details (user name / password) - he told that is needed to initiate the connection, and I forwarded, and since then - my status in my account shows installation...

I applied for broadband connection with You Broadband Vadodara. I did my payment on 29th feb 2016 and till today no one has come for installation and neither I have got repay of the payment after numerous complaints.

I tried to mail to their appellate authority but their as well there was no response at all. Every day the call center guys says that they are prioritizing the complaint but nothing has...

This complaint belongs to You Telecom. Since You Telecom is not in the drop down I could not select the same. On 21st Feb I have raised a request to shift my broadband connection to a different location. I paid the shifting charges of 650 as well. since then I have called more than 25 times written multiple emails still no action has been taken. Eveytime I call, I get some false promise . My You ID is 487050. Please help. We pay the service...

About the YOU Broadband connection, can I take any action against them?

It's been nearly a month now, they charged me 1200 rupees, didn't give connection despite the repeated complaints.

Now, they're apparently refunding me the money, is it fair? Can I do something about it?...
