I am a subscriber to YOU Telecom for their household broadband internet connection.
My account number is 1217510 and I had subscribed to a 4 month subscription.
However, there were intermittent service shortages throughout this period apart from regular declared outages due to fibre cut issues.
Also, in February, there was an outage of almost 3 weeks as they were shifting their lines. They had sent an sms to either opt for a 3G sim card with 5 GB Data or service credit. I had requested for service credit via reply sms to them.
In spite of all this, they have suspended my account after completing 4 months and they are not ready to provide any service credit.
Even after suggesting that I would approach the consumer forum, the Manager named Rahul says, "you can go to consumer forum, that's fine" as if he doesn't care.
