I am Rohit patel one of the customer of You Broadband in Gujarat. Customer Relationship No. Pat_96 After pathetic connectivity and instability of the broadband I have logged at least 15 complains on customer care since last month, every time got assurance that now on there will not be any problem in the connectivity the problems still persists. Almost 2 to 3 times in a day the net is not working for hour’s and I have to log complain every time. I get the answer that the technical team will do the needful but nothing is being done. Really pathetic connectivity and instability with you broad band. I do not want such a pathetic company as my internet service provider who does not care even their old unsatisfied customers. Even I am going to log complain to Grahak Surakha.
I would also suggest other users not to opt for this service provider if they want a stable net connection.

    My account no is 690425. I am not getting internet connectivity since 24th march 2016. I have raised complaint. I also requested them to refund the add on pack amount as they are not able to provide internet service to me. Till now they did not respond to my mails. I have approached all the appellate authorities in visakhapatnam but there is no response. Made repeated calls to technician, call center and visakhapatnam office also. I request you to instruct the concerned to refund the add on pack amount immediately.

        I have taken an internet connection from a company called as “world net broad band service/video world” and i am using it since march 8, 2016. However, it states that the internet is being provided by you broadband.
        I would like to bring it to your notice that there has been a frequent disconnection in the internet service provided and i consider you to be in breach of contract. Every day the internet fail to connect from morning till evening 6.00 o’clock. Hence, my official work gets disrupted due to internet disconnections.

        I have lodged numerous complain with officials at “world net broad band service/video world”. The person never answers my call. If he does then he would tell me that his team is no his way to fix the problem/ server is down/ there is internet problem from the main source “you scod 18” and at times he blames it on us stating that the router is not kept in a correct position.

        Hence, kindly look into the matter and resolve the same.

            Many times i go to the service center and they just gives date but at that day same thing happen

              With YOU BROAD Internet service provider the site was down 10 days during the period 24Th Feb 2016 to 5th Mar 2016. This was due to cable cute in whole of Baroda. They fail provide to services to all customers in Baroda city and now not attending looking with +ve attitude. They also assured for extension of services but not done and not responding.
              They have not given credit for these 10 days in spite of several complaint to them. I can give them proof of complaints made by so far

              They are not even coming on Mobile and replying to our written complaints.

                Hi

                Myself manish panchal as i am having Miracle Consultancy at Vijay Cross Road, Ahmedabad. I just bought Broadband connection from You Broadband company in February month.

                As they promised to give 100 mbps internet speed and router. Still they have not provide these two things. I keep calling them to give me promised router and 100 mbps speed internet but they do not do anything. They have collected money for all this things in advanced and not doing anything.

                I have registered complaint about this issue and You broadband complaint no is[protected] and contact persons are Darshan Joshi, Mohit, Customer care person. I did call everywhere in You broadband company but they are all shameless persons and not giving proper solution.

                i Kindly request you take strict action on this issue, so i can get my internet and i can start my work. I am helpless without internet and I am losing my business at the moment.

                  Last one and half month my internet is disconnect i complaint many more times but every time give the answer wait and give 4 to 5 days, but 5 days their is no solution after 5 days i repeat verbly go to office and what can i see their is lots of complain the front office lady talk to every customer like loudly and give answer every customer take me 3 to 4 days. she can`t any answer for customer satisfaction. i seriously tell you please the total satff is bundle they can`t give any owner`s telephone numbers .i same on you service.

                    I have got this you broadband internet connection on 16th march. In which my user id is ravan6. On my name as nitesh vyas, address:b-21, vallabhnagr, opp. Mental hospital, karelibaugh, vadodara.

                    My internet plan is a 6mbps plan(In which 6mbps upto 200gb after that 1mbps unlimited.)

                    From the first day i am having issue of not having a proper frequency of internet. It keeps connection and disconnecting. And from morning 9:am to night 9:pm internet works if its in working condition.

                    It will never connect before 9:am and get disconnect around 9:pm.

                    Please solve this issue.

                      I have you broadband network at my home since a year. From past 3 months the service is stopped due to break in collaboration with geb poles. They are promising since 2 months that the internet will go on soon. We have visited and have made complaints hundred times there. I have there written commitment that it will start by tomorrow. I have waited a lot. They are not even refunding amount. They always asks to wait for 3-4 days and then again they tell to wait more some more days. This has gone by infinite times. We all tired. Our money is stuck there. They just need to joint our apartment wire to main host and there are not even doing that. Not providing service what we have paid for.

                          I have applied a new connection on 10th march 2016 and they have promised me to install a connection at my flat within 5-7 working days after paying the payment online.So i paid amount of Rs. 2554 online. But after that i didn't hear anything from them and finally i called him back to their customer services about status on 18th March 2016 and they told me that i technical team will connect me within 2-4 working hour and still i didn't hear anything from them.So i called him again on 21st March and same thing they told again and still i didn't hear anything from them.They are just lying to us. Please consider this issues because of that many people are disturbing.

                            I am using You Broadband connection. I have applied for a connection transfer and paid all the relative charges on 29 Feb 2016. I was told that connection will start working in 8 days. But now its been 22 Days and it is still not working. I have been to their office for 6-7 times.
                            I call them everyday, but they are not providing me the solution.

                            Then I also paid there 1 month advance fees but it is still not working.

                              I am a subscriber to YOU Telecom for their household broadband internet connection.
                              My account number is 1217510 and I had subscribed to a 4 month subscription.

                              However, there were intermittent service shortages throughout this period apart from regular declared outages due to fibre cut issues.

                              Also, in February, there was an outage of almost 3 weeks as they were shifting their lines. They had sent an sms to either opt for a 3G sim card with 5 GB Data or service credit. I had requested for service credit via reply sms to them.

                              In spite of all this, they have suspended my account after completing 4 months and they are not ready to provide any service credit.

                              Even after suggesting that I would approach the consumer forum, the Manager named Rahul says, "you can go to consumer forum, that's fine" as if he doesn't care.

                                There is no continue connectivity with my connection. I have registered a complaint 2 weeks ago on this forum but still waiting for solutions. Please do something or please help me to get refund my money. My user id with you broadband surat city is suniljari.

                                  I applied for broadband connection with You Broadband Chennai. I did my payment on 12th Feb 2016 and till today no one has come for installation. Additionally, on 16th Mar, the technician Mr Ramesh called me and requested to forward the SMS which I got from You Broadband having my account details (user name / password) - he told that is needed to initiate the connection, and I forwarded, and since then - my status in my account shows installation done, which is not correct.

                                  I have been contacting the customer care representative Mr Mallikaarjun, and he is also just making false promises - saying we will adjust the delay in number of days.

                                  I am already frustrated with the customer care and technicians behavior. Requesting to kindly take appropriate action and help me out to get the connection done / or get me back my amount.

                                      My You broadband account no is 11545054.I have been a You broadband customer for the last one year.
                                      Since 10 or 11th Feb 2016, my You broadband Connection is not working.
                                      I made a complaint to customer care.I have been given multiple complaint numbers given by different people.
                                      Complaint no:[protected], [protected] etc.
                                      Every time I make a call I get an assurance that someone will callback in 4-8 working hours but no one calls.

                                      I have been been patient but this is the limit of harassment.After promising to callback, no one seems to be bothered to callback.The customer care keeps saying the same thing that I will escalate your request to the Pune team and someone called Tanaji has been assigned and will callback withing 4-8 working hours.

                                      I had emailed to the appellate authority Cynthia Joseph on the 13th.She calledback on the 14th and said that there was an outage which has been fixed but the ONT equipment in my building is not working and the technician will fix it that evening i.e 14th.
                                      Today is the 16th and no action/callbacks.Customer care seems toothless to do anything.
                                      I have made almost 15-16 calls to their customer care and wasted almost 150-200 min of my mobile and used almost 1-1.5GB of mobile data as i needed to use the internet.
                                      I am amazed at the apathy of the entire team.

                                        Dear All,

                                        I applied for broadband connection with You Broadband Vadodara. I did my payment on 29th feb 2016 and till today no one has come for installation and neither I have got repay of the payment after numerous complaints.

                                        I tried to mail to their appellate authority but their as well there was no response at all. Every day the call center guys says that they are prioritizing the complaint but nothing has happened and give me a local number but that nobody picks up. I tried to call at appellate authority but its coming busy all the time.

                                        Even if i cancel it i will get the payment in 45 days. I am stuck with the You Broadband people and almost blocked a sum of 3200/- Rs without any service.
