This complaint belongs to You Telecom. Since You Telecom is not in the drop down I could not select the same. On 21st Feb I have raised a request to shift my broadband connection to a different location. I paid the shifting charges of 650 as well. since then I have called more than 25 times written multiple emails still no action has been taken. Eveytime I call, I get some false promise . My You ID is 487050. Please help. We pay the service charges still we suffer, it is really unfortunate

    About the YOU Broadband connection, can I take any action against them?

    It's been nearly a month now, they charged me 1200 rupees, didn't give connection despite the repeated complaints.

    Now, they're apparently refunding me the money, is it fair? Can I do something about it?

      Sir i am using youbroadband internet broadband connection from when i taken 100 mbps plan, when i taken this connection they told me that your plan will activate in 24hrs but i am not getting speed at lest i can brose any website and i constantly calling custumber care for problem and no one is doing any thing i paid full amount for that connection then after they are not listing me for this problem i dont know what to do.

        4-8 hours ????? really……..it has been 4 DAYS now and my internet is not working

        Really pathetic service, you guys providing. From past 3 days my internet is not working. I make several calls to customer center. But no body is interested to solve the problem. Even I tried the number of technical person Mr. Chote lal yadav. He is not responding. Really painful service.

        And you have PARROTS who do not understand anything but just repeat n repeat

        Rep: Thankyou for calling YouBroadband, How may I help you today?
        Me: My username is ***, my ph# and Email ID is ****. My internet is down for a few weeks now. And I've been through all ya troubleshooting steps, I don't wanna do that again, can you pass the phone to your Supervisor?
        Rep: I'm sorry sir. I'll help you. As I've understood that you are not able to access the internet...
        Me: Stop stop stop! Stop with your scripts. I've worked in call centers and I know how it goes. I'm telling you again "I'VE TRIED ALL YOUR TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS, JUST PUT ME TO YOUR SUPERVISOR"
        Rep: I'm sorry sir. Did you try restarting the router?
        Me: Enough of your sorries! And yes I tried
        Rep: I'm sorry sir. If you get that error, it is purely a technical issue. I'll register a complaint and it will be resolved in 4-8 working hours and you will receive a message to your registered mobile number.
        Me: STOP!! This is what you guys 've been telling me since the day one, ever since I started calling you people to get this fixed. See, I'm not mad at you, I'm just mad at the company you represent, just pass this phone over to your supervisor...CAN YOU DO IT OR NOT!!???
        Rep: I'm sorry sir, please hold on. Let me check.
        Me: Ow...I know what you'll tell me next. You'll place me on hold, get back after a few seconds and you're gonna tell me he's busy right now and that he'll call me back, right?
        Rep : No sir, please hold on for a minute.

        Rep: Thank you sir! I'm sorry, my supervisor is attending other issues right now, he will give you a call to your registered mobile number in an other 4-8 working hours. I have registered a complaint and your issue will be fixed and you will get a call back in 4-8 working hours.

          Hello Sir,

          I am using You Broadband internet services from last couple of months, I have paid them advance for 6 months, but it has not worked for more than 1 month.. It remains down most of the time. This time it went down on 17th Feb 2016 evening and it has not been resolved till date I have filed complaint #[protected] on 17thFeb 2016 with Appellate Authority, but every time i call them they give me date of 4 days after or 1 week after the day when i call them.

          First i got information that there is a Fiber cut and it will get resolved till 23rd Feb, then 27th Feb, then 3rd March, Then 7th March and now they said 15th March 2016.

          I am not getting permanent solution, When i ask them to refund my amount and close the connection if you are not able to provide service, they say they cannot refund.

            I paid cash Rs 3200 for youbroadbconnection on 27feb 2016. Receipt no 772951. Many times i called you broadband customer care, Today is 8th march still they didnt started my connection. Today I called youbroad band customer care and asked for refund my money, but no proper guidance given for refund of my money. So i want you to look in this issue and help me in taking back my money which i have paid to youbroadband.

              I have been a long time customer of You Broadband. Almost since 10 years. Speed, pricing and service was good.

              However, recently 6 months, speed has deteriorated a lot. Very rarely do I get smooth browsing experience. Many times, I had to miss a client call since network was not good enough to allow webex conference.

              Another issue is frequent disruption in service and outage. Daily, my internet is down atleast 30 times a day. My nature of profession requires good connectivity and I am facing lot of issues.

              With this in view, I request YOU broadband to please take proper remedial action to restore speed. I have raised complaint thru call centre many times but its not satisfactory.
              Also, they have a very high number of negative reviews over the web. its high time you broadband acts on this aspect.

                I have been using you broadband internet since long. But since last 4-6 months it is very unreliable. Every day atleast 4-5 time it goes off for an 1-6 hour and then come back and suddenly go off.

                Complaint to customer service or even appellate authority is resulting no solution to problem at all.

                I would like to start consumer court appeal and petition so, either company start giving money back or solve the problem immediately.

                  i have more then 8 time compline for the speed problem and 1 time i goto office and most of the day i call customer care but all time no one proper ans provied even manger or any one no ans propoer .
                  or call karte het to guse se bat karte hey .or ans bhi bara bar nahi dete or solve bhi nahi karte bolte hey 4 to 8 working houes me solve kar denge but 2 din ho jate hey fir bhi nahi hoti solve.
                  mere ghare me day night plane hey 600kbps and 3mbps, mene kitni bat compaine kihey you me speed ke liye or koy ans nathi de raha hey so ab muje raha nahi jata 3mbps ki jaga 30 se 50kbps atihey speed

                    Hi,
                    I have applied for a new You broadband connection at Aundh Gaon Pune location in the name of Ravi Lalsare on 24th February 2016. I have paid the charges for 3 months in advance along with installation charges and deposit. It has been 15 days since I have paid my money but still installation of my connection is not done yet. I have tried to contact the concern authorities (Rahul Garge-[protected]) but they are not receiving my calls and no response from them either, same experience I had with their call center number also.
                    Another issue is the person Prakash([protected]) who came to collect the charges has insisted me that I need to pay all the amount in cash other wise my connection will not be installed, whereas according to policies of You Broadband you need not have to pay in cash. He did not provided me any receipt for the payment although I insisted to give the receipt against my payment.

                        I have a broadband connection at You Broadband at SURAT. Customer No. 87383. On 28th of february, broadband connection was disrupted due to some techincal issues and they promised to solve it in 2 days. Its now 7 days and still the connection is not active. Since last few months after i renewed my broadband plan, there are frequent connection disruptions, almost 4-5 times in last 6 months and each time they take 4-5 days minimum to solve the issue. Moreover their backoffice shows a status 'COMPLAINT SOLVED' even when the complaint is not solved. This happened 3 times with my complaints. This causes a severe harrasment to all the users in my family. Specially i have affected much in my business due to this as everything works on internet. Here our PM is taking great efforts in providing free WIFI and this company is not providing a proper internet though we have paid for it.
                        I request to take this matter with priority.
                        The company is losing reputation in the market due to the poor services of their employees.
                        I want the company to solve the problem of my internet connection by today or else i desire of getting complete refund of my paid amount.

                          I have files this complaint on[protected]. I have paid all the money for service but not getting service properly. I am calling to You broadband's customer care every other day and still got no solution from them. I am not able to connect to the internet. Every time i call customer care they give me time for next 24 hours. its been 6 days. I have not got solution for my complaint.

                          I facing connection problem ever since i bought this connection. Whenever my internet strop working i file a complaint and they dont solve it on time. they take 7-20 days for a complaint. And the worst part is whenever you call their executive, they say your complaint will be resolved within 24 hours. but no complaint has been resolve within 24 hours/ it takes them minimum 7-20 days to resolve a small issue.

                          you broadband is a total fraud... They keep giving me fake promise to start my internet service, many complaints i have filed to you broadband, Still they have took no steps to start my internet service,

                            You broadbannd is a one of fraud company in india. Never buy you brodband internet connection. I paid for 4 months and they provide service for few days then after no response from them and not giving me my four months money back.

                              Internet is not working since 13th Feb 2016 when i call customer care executive update cable work is going on.So no complain will be registered against this. On 25th Feb again internet is not working to till date when i log the complain complain id is[protected], but again the complain was resolve and update the status Co-axial cable work is going on and due to this you will able to access internet from 3rd Mar 16.

                              My complain is from 14th feb 16 to 21st Feb 16 total 8 days internet was not working but they had given me only 7 days as credit. Again internet is not working from 26th Feb to till date, between this days 7 days credit is used.

                              I have opt plan for 120 days, but service provider not providing full 120 days o[censored]ninterrupted service.

                              Even i m not getting any proper reply from Service provider customer care.

                                Hello,

                                I would like to bring to your notice that I had taken a Broadband
                                connection with You Broadband, Surat.Thir telephone number is
                                [protected]. There was a campaingn by these guys(Viral). I was Renew my Plan On 31/12/2015 They mention Broadband connection of 100 Mbps, but the connection I receive is around 256-512 kpbs. I have made several calls to their call centres and they evoke no response.( Calls made to (dinesh patel, yuvesh) etc) at various dates ((31/01, 02/02, 04/02)etc). I had even sent a mail and they have keep saying they will get back to me. This connection is a broadband connection for 12 months duration and It is almost a month i have made the complaint. The compliant number is :[protected]

                                These players should not be given licence to run the company. They promise people different stuffs and charge them in advance and whey they are approached for their in-effiency they do not even bother to respond.

                                        I have requested a new broadband connection on date: 02/01/2016 and issued cheque for the same. Details are as below.

                                        After waiting for almost 22 days, as connection is not provided, I have raise connection cancellation request and asked for refund on date 24/01/2016.

                                        I have not received my refund and they have closed the complaint without informing me. I have raised another request for the same. Request no is.[protected].

                                        Requesting you to do needful to provide refund with interest. You broadband always taking money in advance and for refund, they are delaying and eating interest of it without any reason.
