    I registered for You broadband and made the payment on the same day with a commitment that it will be fixed in 4 days. Hathway does it 2 days in my personal experience. You has some seriously wrong and length process in place with approvals at following levels.
    1. Form Submission.
    2. Payment
    3. Feasibility Clearance
    4. Permission Approval (Operation)
    5. Cabling Status
    6. Device Provisioning
    7. Installation
    To be very honest, all these steps are just to cover their own slow and careless service. They are just incapable. I have been frustrated for last 2 weeks with my connection still pending at Payment. I know its ridiculous.
    The person who filled up the form and gave a commitement of 4-5 days has disappeared and is now saying his job is just to fill up the form. The customer care who I have called at least 10 times just becomes very polite for the sake of it and says that they will get back in 4 to 8 hours and nothing really happens. The people in their main branch appear to be very arrogant and say that this is how our company works. Because I dint have patience to wait any longer I requested for cancellation and asked for the refund, they threatened me to not refund before 45 days from today. I am just stuck and have no option but wait for the connection and use it for whatever time I paid. All I can suggest people who read this is be careful and don't get carried away with the false commitments.

    To just clairfy an incapable service, my next to next house has a YOU broadband connection point. The YOU broadband team themeselves was not aware of it. It took one full week for them to identify who is the closest connection(customer) around my house. It is ridiculously unbelievable. Even it was identified when I personally had to help them. I am already worried about the service as I have paid for 6 months. Sometimes you are just stuck with soemone and there is no coming out :(

    Today after 2 weeks, somebody calls me from YOU broadband and asks me what is your address where the connection is to be set up. Mind you, I filled up the form with complete details (name, address, plan) and payment 2 weeks back on 19th Jan. Are YOU guys kidding

    Things go quite again. No connection. No refund. No follow up. Nobody cares to call back. 3rd week without internet.
    Check out the connection status on 2nd feb in the attached image. It is still the same. The local branch says they are out of devices and modems. Wow! Then on what basis they committed 4 days for connection.
    Can you guys like and share this page. Spread the awareness.

      Hello,

      I have a You Broadband internet connection for 15 months in Ahmedabad.
      After 5 months i need to relocate to Pune and i have raised transfer internet connection to Pune. But You broadband service is not available at my new place at Pune.

      So, i requested for a refund for remaining months. But they refused to give a refund.

      The plane i have bought is around 5900 Rs. I have used it for 7-8 months.

      Please help me on this.

        Greetings, My internet connection is not working since week. Every time I make a complaint they note it and in the evening send me an SMS that complaint is solved.           Mr. Sanjay Jadhav had visited my home twice and confirmed that he can get a concealed connection set up for me. So finally on his assurance I paid him an amount of Rs. 4757 on 12th January 2016 towards the installation costs and advance payment for 3 months.

          A wiring technician from you broadband visited my home on 13th January 2016 and he told me that he will not be able to set up a concealed connection and went away without completing his job. I had specially called my electrician to help him out but he went away without informing me or my electrician.

          After that I have been trying to solve this issue by calling them repeatedly till today (23th January 2016) but they are not even answering my calls. I have spoken to 4 different guys till now and they are:

          1. Sanjay Jadhav (Mob No. [protected])
          a. He has not been answering my calls at all and whenever he did answer he always just transfers the calls to his manager or Ketan. Today when I called him from a different number he answered within two rings and on realizing it was me he told me that he will call back within 10 minutes but has not called back yet and is not answering my calls again.
          2. Sanjay’s manager. I am not able to recollect his name. Maybe it was Jaydeep.
          a. He had told me that it’s against your company policy to give a concealed connection. He had also assured me of a refund and asked me to contact Ketan for it.
          3. Govindsinh Rajput (Mob No. [protected])
          a. He was helpless as the wiring had not been done.
          4. Ketan (Mob No. [protected])
          a. Same as Sanjay Jadhav. Ketan tells me that Sanjay will call me and Sanjay tells me that Ketan will call me. Ketan had assured me that he will visit my home and see what can be done. But he never visited my home nor did he process my refund request. Has not been answering my calls since the last 3 days.


          All in all, they never answer calls, don’t take responsibility and do not want to provide the service for which I have already paid them. They have provided a pathetic customer service and thus I request that appropriate action be taken so that other customers do not suffer like me.

          Daily I have wasted my time and money to call them, had to pay extra to my electrician and also have bought a modem specially for You Brodband which will be of no use anymore.

            With one hour assurance you broadband executive collected the renewal amount till now 21 Jan 2016 16.35 its not attempted . even service engineer who has been assigned not even attend the call. very poor service and no response at any level

              I would like to receive my refund.

              After specifically asking the salesperson who contacted me if You Broadband connection is available in my area (and she said yes), I paid online for their three-month You Jaguar plan. After constant follow up on my part for two weeks (and they promise to set up modem within 7 working days), the customer care person tells me connection is "not feasible" in my area. I have demanded a refund via online payment. They erroneously updated their database that they have returned my pay. It has been a month now, and I have been running high mobile bills calling their useless customer care multiple times. "We will get back to you in the next 4 - 8 working hours", they say, but no one ever calls. And they don't even connect you to a manager. Another farce of a response is that they say they don't even know who the Pune manager is! I have also written to their appellate contact, but no response.

                I've been calling the coustumer care everyday from past one week and no response from any one. Not even the manager, executive or technician HSS s common sense of attending a call of coustumer or to the problem. But if called for new connection they do attend fast. Pmy suggestion don't take the connection. Only for first 5 days it works fine and after that no connection at all. You rather prefer BSNL rather than this one, which is 10 times better in service

                  From last 8 days, I am not getting said services and I have called n number of times on support number, visited 4 times to office but still not getting any solution. Every time executive is giving a vague answer and it is simple they are not capable to provide services or resolve the issues. For cheque collection person came on holidays also but there is no person to resolve issues on holidays and the scenario is from 8 days. So now there comes a limit to bear all this. Also they are denying to refund.

But still date no any installation done.your proposed time for installation within 5 to 6 day. But still 10 day no installtion done. And no any possitive response from ahmedabad branch.                       I recharged 1750rs for two months by nov 7th 2015, It is jan 15 today and service was only up for one day and every weekend from November for resolving service issue, Reply I get is "You will be contacted within 4-8hrs and provided resolution".This is the worst lie I would ever want to hear in my life.Its been 2months and no resolution.When asked to return money these cheaters wont do it.They will swindle your money.If anyone is interested in taking this to consumer court, we can do this.#BoycottYoubroadband YouId:ranga15

                        Contacted you broadband Nov end to gets details of the internet connections. It didn't take a day for the company and sales representative to contact me for the money and the form. Zafar called me and said I am in the area and I'll come now. I requested him come next day. He came filled the form and said to pay the entire amount. I asked him if he is sure the building will get the connection and he confirmed yes. He even assured me that if it doesn't work ill immediately give u the money. After he left the place I called him in 30 mins and told him forget the form and don't log it in as I got to know that the building I am living in does not get connection. He said let me try for a week and I'll give it back. It's been almost 2 months I am waiting for my cash. I requested him that it's not possible for me to run around as I have 2 small kids. Every time I call him he says 5 mins madam I'll come to return the money. I need immediate action on my case. Address for connection: 5 Amit Spring, Prabhat road no 3, Pune 411004.                         Most pathetic service provider i have ever experienced.. their sales team gives fake commitments for getting a new customer and after that they even bother to answer the calls. Customer Care keeps on fake promises that issue will be resolved in 4-8 hrs, you never hear from them. For that matter the even the highest escalation authority in the city Ms.Cynthia Joseph (Appellate Authority - Pune) does not even bother to answer your calls. Never ever go for this service provider.

                              Youbroadband in Pune is quite unreliable. They have very less plan options to choose from for prepaid broadband. On top of that every now and then they have issues like fiber cut or power outage. Once down it takes over 5 -6 hours for restoration. They generally fail to meet the estimated time for restoration and it just gets extended further and further. At least they keep the customers notified thru SMS when they have some problem at their end. It saves the users from unnecessary calling the customer care. As a result I have to also spend a lot on availing a monthly mobile 3G plan as a backup. I can certainly understand a small disconnection for about 5 – 10 minutes, however hours of downtime, that too almost as if it’s a regular event is simply not acceptable.

I want a Full refund of 3500 for which i paid and have not got a pinch of service for that. I was looking out for new broadband connection and your sales person got back to me stated that the connection would be given within 3-4 days So i paid online immediately. But after multiple follow ups they finally got this done after 10 days and it harldy worked for few hours then snuck up. You tech guys promised to come on 2 specific days and i took leave twice and no one ever turned up. At last got it after 10 days. And I have raised multiple complainsts about the connection issue and no one has even bothered to get back to me. All i have experienced with this is loss of time .. False hopes and promises and money recharging data card. All above this i am in anna nagar and i have a couple references. I really couldnt trust you guys anymore and dont wAnt to lose any more money... I want this to get this fixed today or full refund... Paying in advance for 3months and asking for a decent service is this too bad to expect from you guys... Its hardly the first week.. The thought of .future brings me nightmares. Being precise, Initial sales person promised of connection in 3 days .. Paid 3500 for 3 months False promise to get this done in 2specific days i took leave and awaited and no one tunrned up After i got connection it worked for few hours and suck up Raised a compaint and no one has even bothered to reach me out I want this fixed today or refund of 3500 If not i will do whatever it takes to get things straight, because being polite has never got me anywhere.                                     My account name is : Incredible technologies Pvt Ltd. Reg Mob -[protected] I have been using you broadband for 4 months now and its the worst ISP i have ever come across. All of its employees including the CEO are big time thug and are running a scam looting thousands of people all across India. I have registered numerous complaints till now with them and not a single one of them have been addressed. Reaching their customer service is the biggest hurdle for a customer. Even if someone manage to reach their customer care, all we get is a pre defined response that we have registered your complaint and we will get a call back within 4-8 hours which no one ever got. Coming to my recent issue. My internet is not working for last 3 days and I have made numerous attempts to reach their customer service. Every single time I get the same response that I will get a call back which as expected I never did. I tried to escalate this which by the way is an achievement in itself if you can get in touch with some so called supervisor. After numerous attempts I Finally reached Mr Ajay, who claimed to be the supervisor, who told me that he will personally look into my issue and it will be resolved by EOD. As expected nothing happened. I got no calls or nothing. Again I called their customer care, which again took half hour just to connect me to Mr ajay, who said He will get my issue resolved within half hour. I had no choice but to trust him. After then I got call from their so called "technician" who didn't knew about anything and was making vague promises. When I asked him to give him a deadline, he just said thank you and cut the phone. I knew their customer service is the worst, but I never thought they could fall this much. Again on day 3, i am trying to reach Mr ajay from morning, but I can't. Customer care executives are telling me he will call me back which I know he wont. I had no other options but to file an complaint against them. Because of their incompetent and pathetic service, my company has suffered enormous loss as we are a tech company and without internet no work can be done. From past 3 days, we have lost 100's of our potential customer's just because of you broadband's pathetic service. I request you to please look into this matter very seriously as you broadband is a scam which is looting people of their hard earned money. I request you please check their Facebook page where more than 1500 customers have given them the worst review.

                                        We aditya expocast in Ahmedabad have issued cheque for new connection of broadband with YOU broadband india pvt ltd Ahmedabad. Cheque collected persons never lifts mobile afterwards. Their Sarthik Building office in Ahmedabad will never allow consumer to superior officers. Their call center too follow same philosophy. Searching website we contacted their Nodal officer and he also takes rest following above non response philosophy. This is highly objectionable, why a consumer should be pervented from approaching superiors of a company in default.
