I have a You Broadband internet connection for 15 months in Ahmedabad.
After 5 months i need to relocate to Pune and i have raised transfer internet connection to Pune. But You broadband service is not available at my new place at Pune.

So, i requested for a refund for remaining months. But they refused to give a refund.

Youbroadband in Pune is quite unreliable. They have very less plan options to choose from for prepaid broadband. On top of that every now and then they have issues like fiber cut or power outage. Once down it takes over 5 -6 hours for restoration. They generally fail to meet the estimated time for restoration and it just gets extended further and further.
