Hi, - Hi, I'm a you broadband customer since November 2015. My name is Gaurav Joshi My CRF NO:698758(WHICH IS ON MY FORM) but my correct CRF no :698753.This shows from day one itself I was given incorrect information. The conversation started in the 1st week of November with a sales executive by the name of Rajnish. I was happy and convinced with your plans and asked Rajnish as to what the procedure. He then told me that I don't have to do anything, apart from address proof document and a passport size photo. Which I agreed to submit. Unfortunately, I didn't had my photo with me. To sum it all, it took me 15-20 days to arrange for photo as I was very busy with work. I was clearly instructed not to pay anything apart from the rental. I was very happy about it. In these 15-20 days Rajnish kept visiting my place to collect photos. One fine day, Rajnish told me that he has got a rental free offer for me for this month, and to avail this offer I need to submit my photo ASAP. In these many days, I was just told one the free trail pack gets over, someone will call you to renew. I was ok with that. On the 9 th of December, an female executive called me[protected] informing me about the trail pack getting over, and to renew the pack to avoid disconnection. I told her, I shall do this 4 5 days prior to day end of the trail pack. Now since a week I'm getting calls from sandeep ([protected]), asking me to renew the pack asap, along with Rs 1000 deposit for roof top device. I questioned him, why was I not informed about the the same at the beginning. He said he just collected the form from me and Rajnish was suppose to inform me. Rajnish is unavailable to answer this. But the sales Executive has cheated on me. And it's not only me, I had spoke to few society member, they had experience the same problem. Now I want to get this into everyone's notice, that just to get the target done (this is what sandeep told me) this happened. Now should I blame the management for target pressure or the sales executives I leave it up to you people. My point is to inform you about it. This has caused serious inconvenience as my Internet has stopped working and now I have to see for other options. I was extremely happy with YOU broadband services. But this major fall from the sales team has forced me to take strick action against the one who is responsible for the mess and inconvenience that I'm in now. I'm left with no Internet and constant calls from retention team for the payment. Surprisingly retention team never spoke about the rs 1000 deposit. I'm in a serious mess, ending up paying other service providers for temporary Internet service because of someone else mistakes. I spoke with sandeep on 24/12/2015, and told him about the issue that I'm facing. He then gave me his supervisor's number by the name of RAKSHIT AMIN PH#:[protected]. Spoke with this gentlemen, and I was surprised. He completely declined to take ownership for the matter. Infact he started taking names of people whom he had given connection in my society including the society committee members. He then told me he is on leave and not to call him and got sandeep (sales executive) on conference and was very upset with him as he shared his (supervisor s) number with me. He then told me that he will call me on 25/12/2015. As expected still waiting for his call. No one has called me. I'm attaching all the evidence along with this brief description. My point is I'm not liable to pay for any additional charges as I was never told about it nor is written on the form that I submitted. I need to no how are you guys planning to compensate on the inconvenience that I have faced and still facing. I'm planning to Lodge a complain on consumer court against the FRAUD and also on CENTRALIZED PUBLIC GRIEVANCE REDRESS MONITORING SYSTEM (CPGRAMS ) GOVERNMENT OF INDIA if the matter is not address at the earliest Gaurav Joshi PS :please contact me only after 4pm mon-fri

    My internet was down for past 4 days. Complaint is being raised but no response from customer, relationship manager or any other concerned person from You Broadband. The actual time for recovery of the service is 4 to 8 working hours. But it the actual time now has crossed that limit several time.
    Youbroadband connectivity also quite poor in my area. they frequently disconnect. speed is also bad.

      Three weeks back I subscribed for you broadband connection but till now there is no response from them. They have collected ₹1650 for installation but till now internet is not installed . I have contacted with customer care but no good response.

          We have taken the internet plan of 100 MBPS for 180 days attached herewith the image copies of the said plan. We were availed the said plan and since starting the plan we didn't get the given internet speed, we have called the company regarding the issues that we are not getting the said speed as mentioned in the plan and their executive also visited to check and verify the same and post verification it was found the said speed was not availed for a single minute to us and the network is also loosing every now and then, after subsequent complaints on telephone and following complaint numbers was provided :[protected],[protected], still the query is not resolved. Date of acquisition : 23/11/2015 was on trial base and will start on 08/12/2015 in full fledged. Account No. 1302678 Registered mobile no.             Hello i m from baroda gujarat and i m having an issue reagrding my isp youbroadband. I complained 18/12/2015 about speed regarding issue still 22/12/2015 my complaint still showing under proceesed. They told me complaint should be resolved in 4 to 8 working hour. My all online bussiness were stop . even google main page is not opening...

              Crf: sale53634- Its my 7th attempt in last two weeks to know the status of my new connection (crf no. Sale 53634). I have made the online payment on 14 December and till now I haven't received any confirmation call from you. I have spoken with Amit today and he said that my request is not approved yet. I don't understand this. I have clearly mentioned the details on call to the executive and a technician where my house is and nearest landmark. Amit gave a no for ramdevnagar, ahmedabad office and that no. never get answered. When I dial 1111 ext call disconnects. Im bit frustrated about the non cooperation of your staff since im not getting a valid reply. About 8 days are over now and the exceutive told me that the connection will be done in 10 working days. Also I have email from you about the approval of connection. This is a major concern here so I called again today and spoke with senior supervisor after 20 min conversation with customer service executive. The senior supervisor named Vinay and he is also singing the same song that all the customer service people were singing.. your complaint request will be escalated and out back end team willl call within 4 hours. I never receive any calls in last 8 days from these so called backend people. Are these guys doing business here? Im really stucked between these people and wondering about the service they will provide in future. All the followup was done just for they payment. once I did the payment no calls and noone has the time to reply on it.

                Worst ISP I have ever used, been 5 months and have already registered more than 50 complaints. Half of the time their maintenance work is going on, stil customers have to pay the full amount. Most of the times net won't work and when you log a complaint they just check the status of your modem and if its online then they resolve your issue without even bothered to go and check. I recently logged a complaint and escalated it to the so called grievance sections and got the issue resolved but within 48 hrs again it's stopped working. At the time of writing this complaint also my modem is online but I have to use mobile 3g data, as their net is not working. Their management are either blind or dont give a sh__ what consumer think. I don't understand why the DOT is not cancelling their ISP licence as they are violating almost all the rules and a big time fraud company. User ID : k_s_101

                  I applied for Internet services with them and paid for static IP Also, Never received static IP and My Internet is not working since 13th December and Today is 21st December, I called their helpline everyday and get a new complaint registered, The previous complaints didnt get resoolved.. They did not connect me to their supervisor nor they provide any resolution to my problem. This is the worst Internet Service I ever Experienced.. Please Help

                    I am an existing customer of You broadband in Vadodara city of Gujarat state. I applied for shifting of connection to my new address on 5thNov -2015. The payment receipt no is 1300756. Initially they told me that it will take 7 working days. Since i came abroad, my family contacted them so many times and everytime they respond that it will be completed with in 2 days. My wife also compaint in customer care and they told it will be resolved in 2 days. Now they are waiting from last 1.5 months. When they ask them to return money they threaten them and told money cannt be returned once paid. I am really unhappy with the service and the way of responce. My family literally wasted their time and money. They gone so many times to you broadband office. None of the officer had respond them well. Please do needfull.                     I dont understand if they cant rectify then why untill date they always commited that it will be completed within 2 days. That means they just want to cheat me. Its ridiculous. Why there is no clarity about work? when they are going to finish? why these much days (2.5 months) just for one connection.

                    Note: YOU broadband trying to make this as a technical issue but i want to update that in my neighbour building You have connection. Also for 1 month even nobody attended the case.
                    I hope somebody can take this mater seriously.

                      Acc no 858863 I have been struggling for about 45 days without internet connection, i tried calling the customer support almost all the numbers are not working, even though i gt connected to a person in sustomer support no support was done, all of a sudden i got calls from them saying i need to renew my plan for the next month as validity is getting over in 2 days I want thse no of days to be credited to my account, if thats not gonna happen im gonna terminate my connection. Thank you

Account no is 960818. my internet is not working from 17th october 2015 and I have already paid 3 months advance but they are not providing services. I have already complaint more then 100 times but they are not resolving the issue. so I want my money refund 2400. and I dont want to associated with them.

                            Dear Sir, We regret to inform that, for the past one month from[protected] we are unable to use internet due to worst service from your broadband. We have lodged several complaints regarding broadband not working to the customer service and we get a standard and ready made answer "a technician is assigned to rectify the problem and it will be resolved within 4 to 8 working hours" which never happened. We are totally frustrated in your service to the costumer. We are sorry to inform that in spite of getting our money in advance and not giving the basic service is very pathetic. We feel we have wrongly selected a service provider who does not work in professional way and not able to resolve the customer problems within stipulated time frame. In this regard I have already given complaint by mail and to your customer service .                               You broadband is really bad company. cheating customer by saying something and providing something. there staff staff don't know how to behave with ladies. there sales person promised me to start the services on Saturday and even after three days not installed it. I paid two cheque's[protected]~ +1K for deposit of wifi router) & 1200 for another router. When they installed, it was with LAN & didn't know abt my payment of wifi router. there was no internal communication. I request others not to subscribe for there internet services. Regards Pandit

                                YOU BROADBAND itself disconnected the cable from my home saying changing whole cable wires and now they are not connecting them again and closed the service. All customer care people including nodal manager is giving false promises about repairs. The complain is NOT resolved till date My complain number:[protected] I WANT COMPENSATION FOR ALL THESE PERIOD DURING WHICH I COULD NOT USE THE INTERNET

I have pre-paid amount of Rs. 2430 (You Jaguar plan for 3 months) + Rs. 1000 modem deposit. I have paid the amount using the cheque (Cheque no. 967618). Till the time, I haven't got any connection setup in my home. I have also lodged complaint on You broadband customer care for the time overdue of broadband connection. You broadband complaint and request Number[protected] Also the customer service is also not good. The CSR promised the connection in 4-5 days. Still the connection is not provide.                                       I applied You Broadband new connection on 10-NOV-2015 still now I didn't get my connection on every time when I call to their representative Issac.s give fake information regarding connection due to his promise I disconnected my previous internet connection. While I contact to You Broadband Chennai Head office[protected] many of the time no one pick up the call if they pick up they are not giving proper answer. I have only contact with this number only[protected] each time I charged RS 10 to 15. I raised a claim[protected] for refund still now I didn't get any call back. Here I also attached my bill.                                         Hi Team, I registered a complaint on November 12 and below is the complaint number: [protected] My account is : 865663 I am really frustrated with the service provided by YOU Broadband and also customer support is very worst. They asked me to renew the account which costs 1000 per month and still i didnt get my services back after a month. Each and every time when i call they are just telling that issue will be resolved soon. But no action taken from their end and also no updates at all. All the numbers which they have provided by Escalation team are fake i guess. Its ringing and none picks up the call. Contacts they shared are: Zahir hussain: [protected] Srinivasa Rao: [protected] Dharmaraj: [protected] I am writing this after following the correct process i.e. first customer support, then escalation contact, then area manager. Its almost a month and its still not resolved.
