I have tried each and every way to get proper connection and resolution with the service provider for a long time. They already have my money in advance and I am fed up of their service. They are not providing service properly. I want a refund. Please help.
It has been so many months now and still there is no response from the internet company. YouBroadband is awful.

    We have given complaint to rectify the connectivity problem on November 10th 2015. From the time I am calling them daily 2 to 3 times. I have to give all the informations of my name, father's monther's, grand father's, grand mother's and all details of my account number and my registered phone number etc., very patiently I did this for he past 30 days. I have got the following messge from them daily. 1. Sorry for the inconvenience sir 2.Our service person Ramesh will call u in 5 to 8 working hours 3. We are giving high priority for this issue sir 4. Today they will come for sure sir 5. We understand the issue and we will surely do it sir But I think that Ramesh is dead None of them called and rectified the problem But their person came on time and collected the bill amount on time. Please take immediate action against this fraud company. They are not genuine. Please don't believe this fraud company My account number is 1237553 User ID is uma321 Waste of my energy and waste of my time. Please don't get this connection at all. The service is very very bad.       Mu user id is asandeep8676.i paid an advance amount of 1000 rs at the time of installation which they said that it will be given after disconnection.i disconnected the net before 8 month till now they dint refund the amount.when i am asking they are saying it will be refunded

        I have recently taken a new connection of you broadband, i have paid for an 1MBPS plan. But the speed of the net is very slow it is slower than 2G speed. I had complained about the speed on companies customer support they told we that they will resolve the problem but it was invain. Then again i had called the customer support but invain

          We were on vacation for 7days. The internet has not been used for those days at all. but still their records show 6-7 GB usage. WE launched the complaint reg. this with them, but no steps taken by them. We had really a bad experience with YOU broadband

            I have hired a internet service pack of 6 month from you broadband but the second day of plan the internet service not provided properly i have complaint for many times but no one takecare of my problem, they just said field executive was a lot for checking but no one coming home for take caring this problem. after 10 days internet service going to start but after 2 days again the same problem start and same patten till follow and no one can take care of my problem and when i called to customer service office than executive told me your problem will resolve within 48 hr but no one resolve the problem and even sometimes they put on hold my call. please suggest what to do next customer id varun_082 complaint no[protected],[protected].

So that my entire work get spoil due to that fraud company. Now iam going to charge a complaint in consumer court against that company.                 Had booked new connection of YOU broadband... the sales guy was behind us for the connection and insisted on paying cash so connection can be done on immediate basis... we had paid cash for installation INR 500/- Next day someone from technical team calls for connection but doesnot turn up... then for next 7 days we chase them but all our calls are not answerable... and now after 7 days we realise that connection is not possible in this area... they have applied for a refund and refund will be by cheque since chq will come from headoffice in surat... moreover, they argue that you should not have paid by cash.. its written somewhere on their form donot pay by cash and on the other end payment mode option cash / chq / dd is mentioned... their attitude and approch to customers is worst ever seen by us.                   I have been facing issues with youtele Vadodara since a very long time. Earlier I was on a 12mbps plan in which I never got satisfactory speed.
                  After numerous complaints and conversation with customer care managers and nodal officer Payal Shah, the issue did not get resolved and in the end it was concluded that there was problem with my router. My router was perfectly fine but still I changed the router and installed a new one but the result was still the same.

                  Finally I decided to go for WTF 100mbps plan in hope that I will get a good speed. Never did I expect youtele to give me speed that was promised but I expected that I will get atleast 40-50mbps speed.

                  On 20th August 2015, I opted for this new plan and the speed that I got was not more than 5mbps. I waited for few days in hope that I will get better speed but no joy.
                  Finally I filed a complaint with regards to speed. Next day I got message from youtele that my issue has been resolved but now the speed that I was getting was less than 1mbps.

                  I had to file the complaint 4 times because everytime when I filed complaint, without solving it Vadodara office was closing the issue and I use to get message that the issue has been resolved.

                  Finally I had a telephonic conversation with Nodal Officer Payal Shah and she promised that the issue will get resolved. It took them 3 days to figure out what the issue was and still Vadodara office was not able to resolve the issue. The speed that I was getting now was just 10mbps for a 100mbps plan.

                  Today without even resolving the issue, I got message that the issue had been resolved. When I asked Payal Shah that how can they close the issue without resolving it, She said that there was problem in my router and if I connect my laptop with LAN I will get 70mbps speed.

                  I use a Macbook Air at home which does not come with LAN connectivity. So now she suggested that I should get a new laptop which has LAN connectivity and then check if I am getting the speed or not.

                  According to youtele Vadodara, If I access internet directly through LAN, I will get a speed of 70mbps and because I am using a faulty router, I am getting speed of less than 10mbps and now I can only check it if I go and buy an new laptop.

                  Is this some Joke. I am now being forced to go to the consumer court for the same and take legal actions against youtele.

                  I want to get compensated for the money that I wasted on this new plan, call centers etc and also I will request you to provide me capital so that I can buy a new laptop with LAN connectivity and check if I am getting required speed or not.

                  I hope this mail will be taken seriously and prompt actions will be taken for the same or else I will move to the consumer court and also will post the entire story on social media.

                  I request you to stop fooling the customers.

                  The above was one of my many mails sent to nodal offices dated 4th Sept. 2015 then I had to send a mail again on 2nd Dec 2015 and its as below.

                  After all the below mentioned mails and issues I again renewed my account on 2nd of Nov 2015 for a 100mbps 200gb plan. As expected the speed that I was getting was less than 1mbps.
                  I waited for few days for the issue to get automatically resolved but then after 3 or 4 days of renewal I filed the first complaint for the speed.

                  Without any technician visiting my house the issue got closed and I got a message that the issue has been resolved. Then I filed the complaint again and yet again next day I got a message that issue had been resolved without actually resolving it. I filed the complain again and this repeated for 4 times.

                  At the 4th time I asked for manager escalation. Had a word with the manager and he assured that the issue will get permanently resolved.
                  Finally on 23rd of Nov 2015 the issue got resolved.

                  As per our telephonic conversation you were suppose to give me a credit of 30 days but instead I got a credit of 4 days. I would like to know on what basis was I given this credit? Your technicians confirmed that I was getting speed less than 1mbps for a 100mbps plan.

                  Within last 3 months months I've filed more than 60 complains which has already costed me a fortune paying the phone bill. If you check my monthly usage I am not being able to use more than 50GB because I don't get the surfing speed. Basically I have wasted a lot of money on this.

                  As per the loses that I have incurred you should be giving me free services for the rest of the year. But you have made a joke of me by giving 4 days of credit.

                  I hope you will do something for this issue or the next you will get is a legal notice from my lawyer and if even after that the issue is not resolved then I will need to go to the consumer court and on the basis of the telephonic recording and the mails that I have, you will have to ultimately compensate me.

                  The above are two of the many mails that I had sent to the nodal officer and trai but the issue dint get resolved. I have already wasted thousands of rupees on youtele customer care and on their plan and the only reason I keep renewing it that youtele is the only brand that provides ultra high speed in my area.

                    I registered my compliant on 9 november and i call everyday and they say our IT team will call but i have not recieved a single call from them and on 23rd november they upcated in complaint the our next building owner not allowing to go on his terrace as problem is ther but internet is working in my next flat. they are just lying from 9 november and when i say i will go in consumer forum they do not care about it. i escaleted this issue to their manager but still i have not recieved any resolution.

                      My username is ac_402. My ISP You Broadband is deliberately limiting my Internet speeds. I am on an unlimited 3Mbps plan with any fair use policy. My speeds are restricted to very low 512kbps speeds. After complaining they raise the speed to 3Mbps but in a couple of days they reduce the speed again. Also the service is disconnected frequently so that I cannot use the Internet as desired.

                        I have taken Wi-Fi internet service from you broadband internet private limited around 1st November. But till today s date yet they haven't started my connection. At first visit they have collected cheque from n promised me they 'll start connection in next 4-5 days.after 4-5 days their technical person came provide cabel left outside our window and told from here u have take the cabel inside...so I called my electrician he did that and I paid those charges after that they came to put modem but they were not having their crimping instrument so they insisted me to get it done from other computer person...so for that I opposed them because they were not providing enough service.for this I have registered complaint at costumer care department and to the sales executive who has collected cheque from me. But they didn't send any person, didn't take interest to provide service. After one week I tired and called my computer operator who has come with crimping instrument done the work for that also I have paid the money. After this I called them to start the service I register complaint at costumer care and sales executive (Mr kishor ) but since 4 days I m calling them but they are just giving me promises. i m calling their branch manager since 10 days to explain him my condition and problems but he is not picking my calls. So I got disappointed, frustrated, mentally tired and decided to disconnect the connection get money back so acai registered request today afternoon at costumer care. I feel like cheated by you broadband private limited. Please take personal interest in my case so a at least they don't repeat same thing with others...

                        I am using You Broadband connection. I have applied for a connection transfer and paid all the relative charges on 29 Feb 2016. I was told that connection will start working in 8 days. But now its been 22 Days and it is still not working. I have been to their office for 6-7 times. I call them everyday, but they are not providing me the solution.

                          Subject: delay in refund of starter pack charge Value: Rs. 2129 Company- you broadband India Pvt Ltd I was fill registration form for new connection my CFR no.: YOUF No. 738718 on 24/10/15. As per company executive they give a connection within 3 day. After many call they not give the satisfactory answer and later they not even receive my call.After so many frustration i was applied for refund on 30/10/15 as per call center executive they will refund the amount within 7 bank working days, my complain no.[protected]. but when till 12/11/15 i was not receive any refund i again call them, they told me that complain already close without any refund so give me new complain no.[protected]on 12/11/2015. Again i call on 20/11/15 and they have the same answer the complain was closed and give me new complain no.[protected] Every time they told our executive call you within 6- 8 hrs and resolve the problem, but they never call. till day i was called them more then 50 time but still i am waiting for my refund.

I mr. shailesh k.umrigar, regeart to say you that i have appy for new connection to your (you braodband india p.ltd.surat, adajan office). before i apply this connection your representative came to me and he checked all things (e.i. area and my house) to fit it connection, after that one Mr. kiran khanvanshi has came to my house and filled in connection form and taken payment cheque no.128161, axis bank, dt.29/10/15 for Rs.6072, after this formality, two persons came to fit connection, they said my we can not provide you this connection or it is not possible to fit this connection (point to be noted one your valuable consumer has this your connection he is next to street, i want to say he is staying near to my house, finally i said on 31/10/2015 to Mr. kiran khanvanshi if it is not possible, then give me my payment /cheque .Mr. kiran khanvanshi said i will give you cheque within two three days But more then 20 day passed i have not get my cheque for rs.6072.( point to be noted that i did contected to your (gujarat region office)ahmedabad office they could not give me proper reply) kindly do needful and oblige me, thanking you yours faithfully SHAILESH K UMRIGAR

                              I applied for the new connection on 13th Nov by making online payment for a 3 months plan in advance.

                              I was told that the installation will take place within 7 days after payment date. I was also told that i would be getting a call soon from the YOUBROADBAND technical team for the installation. How ever I am still waiting for the call and installation to happen.

                              I tried connecting to customer care/Asifa mundhe several times through phone/email, but have not been getting any response.

                              I will be waiting the whole day today and if the installtion doesnt happen then i need the refund of the payment done.

                              Also will share this horrific experience of youbroadband through social media site to let my friends/relatives know about it. so that they can save themselves from this in future.

                              I also purchased router immediately via flipkart thinking that i should have one before the installtion takes place.

                              Asifa mundhe who was constantly in touch with me before making the payment has suddenly disappeared now.
                              I called the customer care service(Sandhya) on 18th Nov (request no:[protected] where i was assured that the installation procedure will be expediated now upon your request and you will get call from our team within 8 hours, but as like previous experience, i am still waiting for the call.

                              Very terrible experience...
                              I reached out to

                              Cynthia Joseph, Appellate Authority For Public Grievances for Pune region on [protected], where she informed that
                              our technician visited my building premises yesterday (If they would have, then they should have called me prior to visit as per Asifa mundhe) and they could not go ahead with the installation because of premises permission issue from chairman. and hence they have initiated for the refund without informing me.

                              I checked with our building chairman and they said that no one from you broadband came to our premises for installation.

                              These people are liars. They wasted whole of my week. and now they dont want to keep up the promises.

                              Please dont ever go with YOUBROADBAND.

                                  I have taken the connection and paid them on nov 2-2015. Till i paid the money! every one hour they used to call me sir good service best speed all fake promises!!! till night 10pm they called, and informed that it will 2-3 days to set up for sure. So i purchased the wireless router with express delivery in amazon thinking they will do it in 2 days. Since after i paid no calls no response from any of the you broadback team. I called zakeer hussain who was the regional head!! i don know how he became!! telecaller name nandini her supervisor name manikanta( not sure) told all fake promises!! guys please dont believe them! i will disconnect after 1 month

                                    Act No. 1091769. I registered a complaint on 27 Sep 2015 that the connection not working. I have atleast talked to the customer care 50 times during this period and even I personally visited their office twice. Every time they assure that it will be rectified I one day's time and they are not responding. Now I have requested for disconnection and they told that some one would contact me in 4-8 working hours. Today is the fifth day and I got the same assurance when I called up today.

                                      Worst broadband service ever. Please dont waste youe time and money on You Broadband. They took 24 days to solve my issue in July Month.. And now from 9th Nov I am counting the days. I am calling daily and everytime only one ans "4 to 12" working hours main issue resolve ho jayega. If you cant solve the issue dont do wrong commitment with consumers. Soon they will shut down their service if continues with such type of .

                                        I recently subscribed to youbroadband in chennai. Since Nov 8 i have not had any internet at home. I visited the office 3 times and was given false promises by the zonal officer that the issue will be rectified by the end of that day. Absolutely nothing has happened and they do not see to care about the pain they are causing customers. There is no coordination between the complaint desk and the technical team handling the issues. Each person tries to pass the blame onto the other. Since i work from home i need to have the internet working most of the time. I need to have this issue rectifiec ASAP. my number is [protected]
