    Respected Sir / Madam, I am You Broadband customer since last 5 years, and I have never complained about services received from You Broadband. But since after the renewal of new plan provided by the company I am getting very low and poor speed. As per the plans provided on the website of You Broadband I renewed the plan "online" by netbanking. But none of the customer relationship officer bother to listen to my complain. customer id number :- 642575 renewal date :- 13/Oct/2015 transaction:- online through state bank of india plan details :-- dual speed 100 mbps (you wtf 100) speed upto 100 mbps 300 GB usage for 6 months cost of plan : - Rs.4057/- complain done:- 7 TIMES (twice by mail + 3 times online complain + 2 times by calling on customer care service number ([protected]) problem resolved :- not resolved till date So I request you to give solution to my problem, as i can see that higher authority is also not giving response to from You Broadband.       My broadband doesn't work on 5:30pm - 1am everyday on the exact time. This problem is since 9-10 days. I call them daily and mention the same problem. Their executive was about to come but haven't reached since last 5 days don't know why. They just keep on saying that we're escalating the complaint and executive will reach within 4 hours but no one has arrived till date!

        No service since 7 days even after multiple complaints.
        Since Wed 14 Oct 2015. Multiple times we have called customer care number and every time they say that in 4-8 working hours problem will be resolved. When we asked for disconnection they were ready but not to refund the pending amount as per their policy.
        Youbroadband service is unreliable. Many a times the speed is hopelessly poor or there is no connectivity. I had made several calls to customer care as well as field engineer and they perpetually kept on giving same reasons that high speed cabling work in going on in your region and speeds are affected. They are very prompt in following up for renewals but they dont show such a promptness in resolving customer issues or provide smooth services.

          There is a delay in the installation of new broadband connection at my residence. after 15 days too there is no step taken in this direction. i have complained about this almost 10 times but there is no response from their side. also after compalining in the customer care there is no response and no step is being taken in this direction. so i would like you to take proper action concerning my complaint.

            I used to live in Bandra West, Mumbai and had a You Broadband internet connection. I moved out more than a year ago now and had the connection cancelled. I have for the last 3 months been receiving a call every week from a call centre hired by You Broadband to ask me to renew the connection. I have politely told them that I have moved to Worli, where I have existing internet services and do not require their services. But I am still getting calls every week, to renew my connection in Bandra, despite repeatedly telling every single person who calls that I have moved out of that house, and that I have told n number of people about this before. Seems like Youbroadband has just given a list of phone numbers to the call centre, to call and badger people to renew, with no feedback looping back to exclude customers who say thank you but i don't need your services right now. This is just plain harassment and a complete waste of my time. The call centre folks refuse to connect me to a manager or to You Broadband, the You Broadband helpline is non-responsive. Who can I complain to stop being harassed week after week?

              I was pay for new connection to you broadband 9800 for 10 Mbps plane at 28-9-15. They commit me to connect my internet within 10-12 days but they connect my internet at[protected]. Now internet was close that day means 17/10/15 1:20AM, Internet again close[protected]:00PM. They are not receiving my call. Customer care say me to start connection till 8:00pm same day. but Next day pass but Internet not starting... Local Office staff does not receive customers call. I have Local office Land Line number with 3 Extension, I am calling many times at Saturday but they are not receiving. My Agent who give me connection does not give me proper Answer. Now I want to Action front of them, I want register case in consumer court. They are wresting my time. I am Software Industry person and getting work on-line.Because of them I can not work properly so this half month I am in Loss I want to cover my Loss from them also get back my internet money.

                I have paid for 3 months in advance for You broadband's net connection for the plan of 1 mbps unlimited data. Its been around 7 days now, still the process has not been initiated. Still the wires have not been put over. Upon contacting the concerned person, I got to know that it will still take 15-20 more days to get the wire put over from nearby building. However i was committed that the connection will get started in no more than 7 days. I even try to contact the concered persons but they do not attend my calls. It's really frustating for me and that If i do not get the connection in next 2-3 days I am got to lodge a complaint in consumer court. My cont details: [protected]

On 10/10/2015 after my refund request, A/c No generated 1275402 It is mentioned in the receipt that "Please be informed that installation of your broadband account would be completed in next 7 working days" Emails sent to customercare.[protected]@youbroadband.co.in on: Dt. 04/09/2015, 08/09/2015, 04/09/2015, 15/09/2015, Dt. 28/09/2015 with a copy to appl.[protected]@youbroadband.co.in, again 02/10/2015 & 03/10/2015 Complain to Customer Care ID: [protected] Dt.18/09/2015 - talk to Hardik [protected] Dt.22/09/2015 - talk to on 29/09/2015,[protected] Dt.:01/10/2015 Talk to Krupa - Again request to connect supervisor, bur after a long waiting the call was disconnected.                     My you broadband userid is preyas_33. I am getting worst speed(below 100KBPS) from 6:30 PM to 11:30 PM from 05-Oct-2015. I have also logged complain for the same. complain number is :[protected] Nobody is doing anything. this force me to think of stopping your service.                       My Internet connection is completely in non working state since 30th September 2015, ISP has done minimum efforts to rectify the issues. This is not the first instance, I have a mail from all my earlier communication with the ISP. Below is the small narration of events which I have created to let you know about the issue I have faced. I arrived from my Noida office in Gurgaon home on 30th September in late evening around 9pm and noticed that the Internet connection was not working I checked the cables and restarted modem but there was no success, So I decided to call up the support 1st call was made on 30th September 2015 9:23pm and I was assured that the compliant would be addressed in 8 working hours. Next day, I made a reminder call at 1st October 2015 11:15am, followed by another call 1st October 2015 3:57 pm no resolution was provided to me. Next day, I called up the helpline at 2nd October 2015 9:47am, They had sent some engineer to check my router however without giving any receipt he had taken the router and vanished, So the follow up started 2nd October 2015 2:05pm and late evening my modem was delivered to me and I was assured internet was working. I could not verify this as I had to travel in evening to some other place. After returning home, I checked my internet connection late evening and notices there were all lights in modem but Internet was not working, so I called up the call center on 2nd October 2015 10:17pm. On 3rd October 2015 9:11am, I called up the call center again to check up on my Internet connection issue, and I was told that there is a signal issue because of which I face intermittent issues and again the same tag line this would be rectified in 8-10 working hours, The final call by me was made on 3rd October 2015 5:17pm to check the status I was assured that the team is working on this and same will be rectified by 10pm. On 4th October and Internet connection has been down for 5 days, there has been no full proof solution from the ISP side. Sir requesting to help such ISP's exploit the customer base. The above narration is small snapshot of what details were given to ISP however I am posting this on 8th October 2015. after sending multiple reminders to them. I would like to discontinue with the ISP as I have already gone under huge Mental agony by their pathetic support.

                        You broadband is the worst internet broadband service provider I have come across so far. I am not able to use my services since last 11 days. The service and response I got from executives at all level is absolutely pathetic. These people are liars & rob people of their money. They give fake commitments, there is no co-ordination between on field technical guys n customer relationship executives. They have zero understanding and skillset to recognize the issue for connection disturbance. Each person give separate reason for same problem. Not just the junior level people but higher authorities also are bunch o[censored]nprofessional and lying group of persons. I urge all the people who are thinking of going for this service that please save yourselves n find some other service provider

                        Here @ Bangalore BTM Layout the speed sucks. I was previously using BSNL Broadband and was fed up of it.After taking reviews n feedback from people i switched to G Broadband. Now i understand what exactly "G" stand for its not Gati.
                        They make a fool out of people. The Service Coordination is pathetic. the behavior is completely unprofessional specially in BTM Branch
                        I have stuck up my money for next 2 months in this Service G-Dispatch.

                        I recommend not to use this Broadband . I will make sure this is escalated to other authorities.

                          We have been using YOU broadband since last 6 months, Worked fine for first 3 months, but since the last quarter the service has degraded to worse. The internet goes off from approx 8Am-7Pm DAILY. The customer care and the local area Manager never respond to the complaints and declare it as Resolved in system without attending it.Very disappointed

                            We are using You Broadband for the internet in Vastrapur area of Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We have been using it for 4 months now, starting from June 2015, and currently 4th month is running. For the first 3 months, we had 2Mbps o[censored]nlimited plan. Since, we are 4 heavy users, we have switched to and upgraded to 4Mbps unlimited plan. According to You Broadband, they provided speed "up to" the taken plan. So, if it's 2Mbps, they provide speed up to 2Mbps, and in rarest of the rare cases, exactly 2Mbps, but that's just for a second or two. Now, we have a 4Mbps unlimited plan. So, speed they provide is up to 4Mbps. Now the issue is, we get a very good speed of "up to" 4Mbps during day time. But, after 6pm, the speed is so poor that 2G data looks faster in front of 4Mbps of broadband connection. This problem lasts till late midnight, till 2am to 3am. This is the problem that we are facing since more than a month now. We have been complaining about it regularly. But, all we get on the next day of complain is, "Your issue has been resolved." When we complain on a call (by calling customer care), they say, "Our technicians work till 5pm and they check speed before 5pm." We always make point of making them write in the issue description that we face problem after 6pm, but they never check after 6pm because it's not their working time. Last 5-7 complaints have been automatically resolved by them the very next day. But actually, in real life, the issue is not yet resolved. So, the problem here is, they resolve the issue "automatically" at their whims and we have to call every other day for registering the new complaint. We have paid for 3 months in advanced and in return all we get is the speed of hardly 1Mbps for the plan of 4Mbps. This is very frustrating, because we all are professionals working in an IT and Consultancy fields, so need of internet is high once we come back from the work, to research more, to learn more and for the other freelance work. When we cannot get what we have paid for, it doesn't make any sense. Please find attached screenshot of the Speed. The ISP is You Broadband and the server on which we tested the speed is hosted by You Broadband itself. Still, the speed is poorer than poor.                               Hello... I am using You broadband since last 8 months, and my plan is: 3Mbps, 360+180 days. This is a worst network. I have a permanent problem since I have started. In a week it is dead more than 3 days. And speed is very slow.(Downloading: 40 kbps). No any response from customer care when I have call them. They are always try to cheat me and uncapable to solve my issue. Always negative responses I have got from them. And always give me a fake suggestions.                                 Hi, I had closed my You Broadband connection in first week of July. At the time of closing the connection i was informed that i will get the 1000 rs refundable amount of modem through cheque within 45 bank working days. But no amount is refunded till now talked with customer care as well they are every time updating the complaint but no resoultion provided. Could you please help me in getting the refundable amount.                                   Very horrible support services by the You Broadband after the connection is solved. Customer Care executives, customer care head, appellate officer are least bother to reply the mails and resolve the long pending issues even after number of emails and personal visits to the local office. Technical persons hired on contract are least bother to provide customer satisfaction support. Since last more than 1 month, i have been mailing and requesting for the support of wireless router but issue has not be resolved by the technical person even though they asked me to purchase the new router as they keep on mentioning that the old router was not working. One Should not recommend any new customers to this company...

                                    I have applied for You Broadband new connectio for my house on 3 Sept 2015 CRF no. SALE47515. i have been dealing with sales executive Swati Joshi and she had committed for providing Broadband connection by 10days time at the time of regesitration. Due to some delay in connection i have escalated the same to Mr. Vijay Rathor Head of Vadodara Division as mention by Swati. I very surprising Mr. Rathor also failed to keep his committement and stopped responding to my Phone Calls, even sale executive also done the same thing. I have also wirtten mails to Nodal Officer, shockingly there was no response from there end. Now i have lastly approached to Payal who is looking after there Coustomer Griveance Dept and she has failed to kept has Committments. Overall it is a intemperate experinced, I have not seen such a Pathetic service provider in my life. I need my deposit of 5326/- INR Back with Interest of same. I want the reimbersment for follow up with the team.

                                      My Internet was not working for a week and i was constantly registering a complaint for the same. However, the only response i used to get from Customer care was that a Technician will get back to me and my complaint will be resolved within 4-8 working hours. Even after i told them repeatedly on Customer Care that no action was taken regarding previous complaints on the issue, the Customer Care people didn't waiver from their response and no other response was given other than "Your complaint will be resolved within 4-8 working hours. Due to the nature of problem, i have suffered huge loss in terms of time and effort related to my work. Eventually, i had to sit for hours and do some research on my own to resolve the issue

                                        COMPLAINT Sir, My younet connection A/c.No.1022391 and registered Ph: [protected]. My net connection has been disconnected 10 days back. Immediately I made complaint. After 3 days, a technician came and tried and failed to restore and went away. Since 10 days no connection, we are facing much troubles. I am a prepaid customer. When I tried to call your local Office No., no one lifted/responded. In this connection, my main complaint against YOU BROADBAND : 1. Local Office (vizag) phone no one lift. Even customer care also. 2. As Iam prepaid customer, I am loosing several days for disconnection of net, loosing days must be added to my connectivity days. 3. Technicians who are attending not properly responding, simply come and without telling any facts returns. If we ask reasons for repeated failures, they are simply saying “cancel connection” 4.
