Hi,
I have been using YOU Broadband for the past 6 months and I have made complaint several times to the customer care and the appellate office for which I have not even received a response once. Now I am not able to use internet for the past 8 days and I am getting SMS saying that it will be rectified in 4 hrs time.

I called customer care and they are not even able to give me a specific time for when the issue will be rectified. They are saying that the issue is due to rain in Chennai. I am working from home and this is affecting me severely.

This happens every month. Only 20 days internet will work of the 30 days I pay and I am not getting a proper response from the customer care. None other number is working in Chennai and I have no one else to contact.

Please let me know how I must proceed.

    I had YOU broadband connection 2 years before in Gurgaon. I got that disconnected in April 2014. They were suppose to refund my security deposit within 2 months, however they sent an expired cheque in August 2014. I returned that cheque to them in October 2014, asking for a legitimate cheque. They have not done anything about that yet. I am tired of following up with them I(It seems that they have done the same thing with many people). Now I am going to consumer court and take them on.

      Dear friends if you have any issue you have to do one thing you go to your user account panel there are one panel coming its Refer Friend you go and gave fake name & mobile of your family member and and your friend and relative who is near of your house. They immediately call you because they are in very good focusing in got new connection so they will call you immediately and you nicely tell them sir i want new connection so can you come and collect my details. definitely they will came soon then got them in to your home / house after tell your issue how long its won't work mind it friends you never allow them to go outside without issues clear i am sure they are calling to their higher officer speak with them with out issue clear we won't sent them they can easily clear your issue...its working because i try to clear my every issue using by this way friends...

          YOUTELE give only gave 40GB against 60GB data committed in writing to me.Despite various complaint s even to their appellate Ms.Payal and visit ing personally no satisfying actions have been taken by them.Instead, they have warned me if charging Rs.99.00 for modem rent!! Please help.

            I've network connectivity issue since last 6 days. I've filed a complaint to resolve the issue. The technical guy didn't come and I got a message from You broadband that my problem was resolved, but it didn't.
            Then, when I went to the You Broadband's Ahmedabad Office, his CRM manager gave his no. and told me to resolve my problem today anyhow.
            The technical guy came but he couldn't resolve the problem and pour his all responsibilities to his other fellow which I don't know. He said that someone will come and resolve my problem, but he didn't come.
            It usually always happens – the connection goes down on almost every Friday evening. The don’t pick my call, as You Broadband’s office closes, when I call next (Saturday) morning, I get response that their technical person will come and will solve the problem, but no one comes and most of the time the connection starts working any time and goes down on weekends randomly.
            NOTE: It happens on weekends (every weekend or alternate weekends), but not on weekdays. I’ve filed so many complaints regarding this, but I haven’t got satisfactory and permanent solution yet.
            > I'm an s/w engineer and I have my daily US calls at night. I'm continuously taking my night calls (till 12 in the night) from office, as my home internet is not working.
            > As the service usually goes down on weekends, I could not plan for anything as I have to wait for the technical guy to come and resolve my connection issue.

            > I need compensation for all the above problems I’m facing.
            > Also, I want to close my account on an immediate basis with my remaining duration's money + advance money which I had submitted at time of taking connection.
            > I also want any action by authority for this worst, even pathetic service.

                Hi my Name is Edwin i am using YOU BROADBAND for the past 6 months. i refer one of my friend their executives they says "1 Month FREE Internet for your reference" after my friend got connection. then i call and ask customer care they says this "free internet Only for same building and same street friend" Put they put one Banner in their Website some nice words are there the words is : MEMBER - GET - MEMBER "Refer a friend within your BUILDING / SOCIETY & Enjoy 1 Month Free Internet for you & Your Friend" Then i ask them why you put a stupid word in your website SOCIETY you nicely put only same building and same street friend only we given free internet.                   My self Bhargav B Bajani . i Was using YOU Broadband India Pvt. Ltd Internet Plan Which Validity Was 6 Mnts (22-jan-2015 to 22-july-2015). company took 1000 Rs. of deposit of Modem Which company provide . after expire Of My account (subscription) i called many time to take back there modem and give return Deposit Money of modem. After Many Complaints, after 1 month they Collect modem from me . Company policy is deposit money Will refunded in 45 bank Working Days. Today (2/11/2015) Total Days of My Account expire is 90+ and modem collection days 60+ .2nd last complaint i did was on Saturday (31/10/2015). n told me to they will contact me in 4-8 hr but not did contact from Company. For This problem i already used more then 300 Rs. but problem not solved till today. so Request to Take action On Company . solve my Problem

                    From Last one month I am complaining to coustmer care about my net connection but still I didn't got solution to my problem. I was brought plan as 12 mbps but still I meet not getting the speed. 2/3mbps speed is there.modem is also faulty I have called 10 t0 12 times to coustmer care. And 2 times I visited their office personally still there is no resolution Please solve my problem Thanking you.

                      YOU broadband is worst internet, service provider, total fraud company. Took our 6000 rs in advance, claimed at that time 100 Mbps speed, I am not getting even 1 Mbps speed, not even connection half the day. I have complaint at least 12 times in last 10 days, they take complain, promise to send technician and without doing anything close complain. Horrible service provider, please don't go for it. Have called multiple people of them but don't pick call a also. Fed up, going to consumers court. Worst worst experience

                        I had opted for a new connection and the customer care executive promises to get it done within 2 to 3 days. But even after calling them about the status for atleast 5 times, they failed to do it even after 15 days of connection request. I called them and said I don't need a connection any more because this was pissing me off and my work was affecting. I get a call for the cable fitting and I again called up customer care to remind that I had already cancelled the connection. They said they will update in the database and refund asap. I also mailed about the same. But this was useless and again I get a call from their executive that your connection is pending. These people are really pissing me off and again I called them like 2 more times to cancel and refund me asap. Today I called up for refund again and the customer care lady at Pune said there is pending connection. :( This is really insane. And hence I have to write to Consumer Complaints.                             My internet stopped working more than 7 days back. Since then I have been calling you Broadband to get it fixed. Every time I am told that my complaint has been put on priority and someone will call me within 4 to 8 hrs. but till today I have not received any callback. Thrice I have received a message that my issue has been resolved when it never was and when i call back again asking for any resolution again they tell me to wait for 4 to 8 hrs. I tried contacting the branch office but nobody picks up the call there and customer service has no answer to any off the questions. I have paid for a 3 month plan but hardly used the internet for a week now and for the past one week it's not even working. When I ask for a cancellation of subscription and refund they say that the amount will not be refunded. My contact #; [protected]

                              My self Hitesh bariya, existing customer of YOUBRAODBAND, ( Customer relationship no: 999797 & registered mobile no: [protected] ) having lots of problems of connectivity failure almost 4 to 5 times per week. I have chosen unlimited 1Mbps plan from Dec-14 & if i am not getting connectivity then what is meaning to take this plan ? i had already registered complaint on 16 sep.2015 on call centre but till date today 25 Ovt 2015; problem not solved... i have emaild 28 times but till date there is no reply !!!

                                I am resident of Vadodara and regular customer of YOU TELECOM from more than 2 years. My Id is SRG64. As per my plan I pay Rs. 1314 per Month You Telecom Is A Company Who Is Unable To Manage The Connectivity And Speed As Company Advertise . Every Alternate Day We Have To Call Customer Care For Connectivity And Frequency. As Per My Plan Speed Must Be 12.1 MBPS But I Hardly Get The Speed Of 1.1 MBPS. When Ever We Complain Regarding Speed Or Connectivity Issue First Of All, Customer Officers Are Unavailable For Longer Time, In Case We Get Connected, The Managers At You Telecom Have Standard Reply “ Your Complain Will Be Resolved With In 24 Working Hours”. After 24 Hours Problem Get Resolved But Just For 2 Or 3 Hours Again We Have To Call The Customer Care.This is the scene from last two years . If We Fail To Pay The Bill For One Day Our Account Get De-activated But At The Same Time When They Are Unable To Give Us Speed And Frequency As Per The Plan For Entire Month No One Is There To Check . It Is An Open Cheating To Many Customers As We All Pay Amount As Per Their Norms And Plan. We Must Get What They Are Charging For. And It Is Problem With Many People In My Area As In Our Area You Telecom Is Easily Available. Per Day Thousands Of Costumer Are Paying Amount As Per Their Norms And They Fail .Its Huge Benefit To Company & Fraud & Cheating With Customers.

It took me 92 days to have my 'connection problem' rectified last time. I dont know how long would they take to have my problem resolved this time.

                                      I have renewed my internet account on 6th of OCT 2015. It was 12 Mbps plan for Rs. 858/- but I am getting only 1 to 1.5 Mbps speed. I am following with them since i have renewed my account but still no resolution provided. I have called up their customer care multiple times, I even had a conversation with client relationship manager and Appellate authority but no resolution provided yet. I have raised multiple incidents with customer care but all incident has been closed before resolving my issue or even before notifying me. Below are the list of my incidents raised.out of which 1st incident was update twice after opening and 2nd incident was opened once after closed down.                                         It is not working not atlest one day the worst wifi i have cimplaint many times say 20 to 30 times but no action is taken and they allways say that they will bring pemanent solution whenever i call them for complian but no solution has been brought till now i have installed thier wifi before 2 months and from 3 rd day its troubleing me i want my cash back i want rid of this you broadband
